In the Celestial Dragon Empire, Merchant Leo lived as a revered, modest immortal trader known for his kindness, generosity to the poor and orphans, and ownership of high-quality restaurants and butcher shops. Beneath this facade, Leo was the leader of a mysterious organization, troubled by the Goddess of Wisdom's terrifying abilities that threatened his long-hidden home, where he had lived for nearly half a million years. Haunted by memories of his late wife and driven by his master's grand purpose, Leo faked his death that afternoon, burning his mansion and servants' bodies, while donating all his businesses to orphanages in his will to ease his lingering guilt.

Aditya and Athena came back from the Pocket Dimension following the slaying of the Goblin King. Concerning the surviving Goblins, Aditya intended to dispatch an elite unit commanded by a general to eradicate every single one. This scenario would offer the novice soldiers an ideal chance to acquire combat expertise.

Yet, that matter would wait.

At present, their attention centered on a complete family assembly. All members were summoned to the living room, allowing Aditya and Athena to disclose every detail they had personally observed and experienced.

The couches in the living room held everyone in composed positions. Alicia remained the sole absentee, requiring a bit more time due to her ongoing crucial discussion with a prominent and formidable female trader. Recognizing this, Aditya chose to begin only once she arrived.

The living room hung in utter quiet at that moment. Only breaths and pulsing heartbeats broke the silence.

Such an ambiance felt charged with strain.

Watson and Julia hadn't encountered such gravity in ages.

'Wow, the pressure is intense. Something truly grave must have unfolded in the pocket dimension, compelling His Majesty to summon this emergency family gathering.' Spencer mused inwardly. He saw his wife's anxious expression and softly clasped her hand, offering a comforting grin.

This gesture eased his wife somewhat.

Alicia soon entered.

"I apologize to everyone for keeping you waiting." Alicia embodied punctuality in her era. As the world's foremost businesswoman, and perhaps in all history, she grasped the importance of timeliness like no other. Indeed, she never arrived late to any appointment or conference.

However, this assembly's summons arrived unexpectedly, right amid a vital negotiation. She couldn't abandon it midway, as discussions had reached the concluding stages with both sides poised to finalize the agreement. Just a handful of key issues remained to settle.

"No worries! Take a seat!"

"Our journey into the pocket dimension revealed much more about this enigmatic group. Truthfully, I somewhat regret delaying the visit. We might have uncovered far greater insights into the group and its extensive past." From the outset, this organization had been Aditya's foe. It stood as the sole adversary the dragon monarch yearned to obliterate.

The group posed an escalating danger. Day by day, its menace intensified. For genuine tranquility and contemplations of starting a family, the organization needed utter destruction. Their survival hung in peril should the group persist.

With all assembled, Aditya and Athena narrated the full sequence of events from their time in the Pocket Dimension.

"Mom, you've traveled to the Main Continent numerous times. Do you recognize anyone called Leo?" Riya inquired with concern. The notion of an individual enduring over a million years while orchestrating events across such vast spans proved profoundly disturbing.

Riya even sensed that nearly her whole existence had fallen under the relentless surveillance of the Organization and its agents.

Yet Amelia denied it. "I know many with the name Leo. None particularly distinguish themselves."

"He excels at concealment." This was plainly evident. Else, someone of his caliber would rank among the Main Continent's premier influencers. Instead, he favored manipulating from obscurity, dictating outcomes unseen.

"The alarming aspect lies in how many elite figures from the Main Continent serve him or the Organization."

"At minimum, from prior events, we can confirm my cousin's involvement with the Organization. But who else betrays us?"

Worry etched across every face.

"On a brighter side, we've uncovered the Bainnith Family's roots," Lilith remarked to lighten the mood and shift thoughts elsewhere.

"It's no surprise Aditya unlocked the Crimson Dragon Bloodline." All eyes turned to Aditya.

"I'm certain the Crimson Dragon King never elevated his Blood to divine status. Had he done so, he would have preceded me as the ideal Dragon Monarch." From their observations and revelations, it was evident the Crimson Dragon King had never truly been the Monarch.

Indeed, immense admiration and veneration spanned the globe for him as the sovereign of the era's mightiest and vastest realm. Yet the Crimson Dragon King's esteem among dragons paled beside Aditya's revered position in every dragon's heart.

This marked the divide between a Dragon King and the Monarch.

"Still, before you, he embodied the glory of all dragons," Athena chimed in playfully. Her words rang true both literally and figuratively.

During his reign as Emperor, dragon numbers within his domain surged dramatically. Though all races received equal treatment, a dragon ruler naturally drew more dragons than others to migrate and establish homes there.

"Yet to imagine a figure of such renown, influence, and might utterly vanishing from records. Even the Majin heirs lost memory of the Crimson Dragon King, retaining only the foretold prophecy from their forebear." Leo proved utterly horrifying.

"I'm starting to believe Leo can command every powerhouse on the Main Continent at will. But since it clashes with his aims, he deliberately conceals his prowess." Rin shared her suspicions openly.

"You're not far off." Aditya endorsed Rin's view and offered his own analysis.

"Via my cousin, he effectively governs the whole Celestial Dragon Empire. The Celestial maintains tight bonds with various other mighty entities. Through these ties, Leo could rally the full alliance against any Empire or Sect opposing him."

"In truth, I suspect such a move looms near." The Celestial Dragon Empire might mislead its partners with fabricated tales, then enlist them to assault any obstacles in the Organization's path.

This revelation prompted Mateo and Bree to trade stunned and incredulous glances. They struggled to accept it, yet Aditya's deduction seemed sound and feasible. It rendered Leo's presence even more terrifying.

"Prior to the Crimson Dragon King's demise, he mentioned knowing Leo's master and warned of the master ravaging the world while barring Leo from similar acts."

"We caught the voice of his master. Darkness veiled his features, but his words carried immense weight."

"The Pearls segmented the world into the Six Continents and the Main Continent. Thus, the impenetrable divide between realms stemmed from his doing."

"Behold a being so potent that, sans any conduit for the Pearls' might, he reshaped the world's form, scale, terrain, and all facets. The pre-division world's chronicle stays an eternal enigma."

A shiver coursed through everyone. No pinnacle cultivator could replicate even a sliver of Leo's master's feats.

"Worse still, that entity endures. He slumbers within a cocoon, tasking Leo with guarding the Pearls."

Athena glanced at Aditya before contributing.

["I have finished the initial cycle with the Pearls. Preparations for the subsequent cycle must begin."]

She echoed his directive to Leo.

"He uttered these additional phrases."

["Thus, it's time for me to form the Cocoon once more and plunge into profound sleep."]

["Do not exceed your limits or cause chaos before the maturation phase."]

"Evidently, upon the Pearls' ripening, that entity will rouse for some monumental aim. This likely forms the grand objective Leo incessantly references."

"The gravest issue is our ignorance of this Grand Purpose's intent. Might it trigger another global reconfiguration at the whim of an ageless being?"

"We lack the precise maturation timeline. Yet, given the Organization's fervent pursuit of the Pearls, the phase nears, driving their quest."

"A single Pearl could devastate an Empire via one beam. The Organization holds three already." The Celestial Dragon Empire possessed the third. With Rin as the Organization's marionette, the third Pearl had surely been secured.

"Merely the fourth Pearl awaits acquisition."

"Our paths forward: halt the Organization from claiming the fourth Pearl. In the direst case, should they seize it, we must rally all resources and unity to confront them. Victory means either our end or a world liberated from a self-proclaimed deity molding reality to his desire."
