Malakor Harrington sensed a new powerful presence, recognizing it as Andris, a Celestial Dragon Empire National Treasure, confronting Aditya. Despite the Anti-Emperor Faction's victory, Ren sent Andris, a Seventh Order cultivator, to face Aditya. Malakor worried about the significant power gap between Aditya's Sixth Order and Andris's Seventh Order. However, he and Lou Han, both Seventh Order cultivators, prepared to intervene if Aditya was in danger. Aditya, realizing the immense destructive potential of a Seventh Order battle and the danger to his troops, ordered a full withdrawal of the Anti-Emperor Faction soldiers from the battlefield. He also initiated a mental communication with Lou Han, revealing new abilities and assuring him he could handle Andris.

Aditya replied calmly.

Hearing those words, Lou Han could only sigh inwardly. He had already realised that his master had no intention of backing down from this fight. Nevertheless, Lou Han decided to respect Aditya’s wishes.

Aditya added through their mental connection.

Lou Han immediately focused his attention on his master’s words.

Hearing this, Lou Han silently agreed with his master’s reasoning.

Although Malakor Harrington was extremely powerful, even he would have difficulty dealing with several Seventh Order cultivators at once. Furthermore, there was no guarantee that the enemy cultivators would fight fairly. If they noticed that Lou Han had left his position, they might immediately take advantage of the situation.

Aditya understood this very well, which was why he wanted Lou Han to remain where he was. Though Aditya was sure that given how strong Malakor Harrington was, he might not have any problem taking on two seventh order cultivators at the same. But he still wanted Lou Han to remain there.

Aditya briefly looked at Andris, who was still floating opposite him.

Although Aditya was confident in his abilities, he was not foolish enough to believe that he was completely unbeatable. He knew that there were still many powerful cultivators in the world, especially those who had already reached the Seventh Order.

Until now, most of his recent opponents had been Sixth Order cultivators. Even though some of them were considered extremely powerful, they had not been able to force Aditya to use everything he possessed.

However, Andris was different. As a Beginner Seventh Order cultivator who was famous for his physical strength, Andris was someone who could truly test Aditya’s current abilities.

And that was exactly what Aditya wanted.

Lou Han silently nodded his head.

Although Lou Han was still slightly worried, he could understand Aditya’s decision. His master wanted to test his own strength, and Lou Han had no intention of interfering unless his assistance was truly needed.

Furthermore, Aditya had already promised to contact him if the situation became dangerous. With that settled, Lou Han remained in his original position and continued keeping an eye on the three Seventh Order cultivators from the Emperor Faction.

Meanwhile, Aditya turned his attention back toward Andris.

Despite the powerful auras surrounding both men, neither of them had made the first move. Instead, they continued floating in the air, silently facing each other.

The reason was simple. Both sides were still busy withdrawing their troops from the battlefield.

Following Aditya’s earlier command, the Anti-Emperor Faction’s soldiers had already begun moving farther away from the area. Their officers were organising the withdrawal, making sure that everyone followed the order as quickly as possible.

The Emperor Faction was doing the same. Although their army had suffered enormous losses, a large number of soldiers were still alive. These soldiers were desperately trying to escape the battlefield, and their commanders were doing everything possible to get them away from the area.

Neither Aditya nor Andris wanted to begin fighting while their respective armies were still nearby. After all, once two powerful cultivators began fighting seriously, the damage caused by their attacks could easily spread across an enormous area.

Even if they did not deliberately target the soldiers below, the shockwaves from their attacks alone could kill large numbers of weaker cultivators.

For the Emperor Faction, which had already suffered terrible casualties, losing even more soldiers because of a battle between Seventh Order cultivators would only make their situation worse.

And Aditya certainly did not want his own soldiers to suffer unnecessary losses after they had already won the first battle. Because of this, both men silently waited.

Andris occasionally glanced toward the retreating Emperor Faction’s troops, while Aditya kept his attention on the soldiers of the Anti-Emperor Faction.

Neither of them spoke. There was no need to rush. Their battle could begin once the ordinary soldiers had moved far enough away.

While waiting, Aditya suddenly turned his head toward Athena, who was still floating high above the battlefield. Unlike the ordinary soldiers, Athena had not immediately withdrawn after hearing his command.

She was still watching Aditya and Andris from a distance. However, in Aditya’s opinion, that distance was nowhere near enough.

"Athena, you should leave as well." Aditya said while looking in her direction.

Hearing his words, Athena immediately turned toward him.

"Aditya, I—" She wanted to protest. Although Athena understood why Aditya had ordered the ordinary soldiers to retreat, she felt that her presence could still be useful to him.

As the Goddess of Wisdom, she possessed an incredible ability to analyse situations and understand her opponents. Even if she did not directly participate in the battle, she believed that she might be able to help Aditya by observing Andris’s movements and identifying weaknesses in his fighting style.

Furthermore, she was naturally worried about Aditya facing a Seventh Order cultivator by himself. However, before she could explain her reasoning, Aditya shook his head.

"Trust me, Athena. Nothing will happen to me." Aditya said with a reassuring smile.

Athena looked at him for a moment. "But you are about to fight a Seventh Order cultivator. I might be able to help you by observing his attacks and—"

"I understand what you’re thinking." Aditya interrupted her gently. He knew that Athena only wanted to help him, and he appreciated her concern. However, he did not want her to remain so close to the battlefield.

"But even if you want to watch the battle, you shouldn’t stay there." Aditya continued. He raised his hand and pointed toward the area farther away from their current position. "At least move back to a safer distance. You don’t necessarily have to stop watching, but you need to get farther away from us."

Aditya’s expression became slightly more serious. "You are too close to us, Athena. Way too close."

He paused briefly before adding, "Once Andris and I begin fighting, I cannot guarantee how far the shockwaves from our attacks will spread. I don’t want you to get injured simply because you were standing too close."

Athena remained silent as she listened to his words. She could understand his concern. After all, even though she was the Goddess of Wisdom, her title did not make her immune to the destructive power of a Seventh Order cultivator.

"Just trust me on this. If you really want to watch, then watch from somewhere safer. There’s no reason for you to take such an unnecessary risk."

His voice was calm, but his expression made it clear that he was serious about her safety. "Please, Athena. Move farther away from us."

Hearing this, Athena had no choice but to reluctantly move back.

"It seems you are very close to that woman." Andris suddenly spoke after observing the exchange between Aditya and Athena. Although he had remained silent throughout their conversation, he had noticed how concerned Aditya was about her safety.

Hearing his words, Aditya turned his attention back toward Andris. "She is my future wife and one of the women I love very dearly." Aditya replied calmly.

Andris raised his eyebrows slightly after hearing this. He then looked toward Athena once again before turning his attention back to Aditya.

"Your future wife, huh?" Andris said with a small smile.

He remained silent for a few seconds, seemingly thinking about something, before slowly shaking his head. "You know, Your Royal Highness, when you were exiled from the Celestial Dragon Empire, I genuinely thought that your life was over."

"Back then, you had failed to awaken your Dragon Bloodline, and you had no cultivation. Without your position as the Crown Prince and the protection of the Imperial Family, I thought you would struggle just to survive."

"To be honest, I even wondered whether you would be able to find enough food to eat every day. After all, someone who had spent his entire childhood living inside the Imperial Palace would naturally have a difficult time adjusting to life outside."

"At that time, I never imagined that you would accomplish anything significant. I thought that once you were exiled, you would simply disappear from everyone’s attention and spend the rest of your life living as an ordinary person."

A faint smile appeared on his face. "But look at you now."

Andris slowly spread his arms. "Not only have you become an extremely powerful cultivator, but you have also established your own Empire. And now, you have returned to the Celestial Dragon Empire as the supreme commander of the opposition faction."

He shook his head in disbelief. "Who would have imagined that the same boy who was once considered a failure would eventually return and lead more than half of the Empire’s nobles into a civil war against the current Emperor?"

Andris looked at Aditya with genuine surprise.

"Even if someone had told me this would happen a few years ago, I would have laughed at them. The difference between the person you were back then and the person standing before me today is simply too enormous."

He then briefly glanced toward Athena. "And what surprises me even more is your relationship with the Goddesses."

Andris chuckled softly. "Becoming powerful enough to challenge the Celestial Dragon Empire is already an unbelievable achievement. But having Goddesses among the women you love is something I never would have expected from you."

He slowly shook his head once again. "Your Royal Highness, I must admit that your life has taken a completely different direction from what I imagined when you were exiled. Back then, I thought you would struggle to survive. Yet now, you have become the Dragon Monarch, gained the support of countless powerful individuals, and even have Goddesses as your loved ones."

Andris smiled faintly. "Life truly is unpredictable."

"I suppose it is."
