Malakor and Elena reunite, with Elena and Alen apologizing for past actions while under mind control. Malakor, having already forgiven them, reassures them that he holds no grudge and considers Ren and the Organization responsible.

"Brother Wahid!"

Alen walked toward Wahid, and the two brothers immediately embraced each other. There was a great deal that Alen wanted to say to him, especially after learning everything that had happened during the attack on Axel City.

"I heard about what you did for our son." Alen said after they separated from the hug. His expression became emotional as he placed both hands on Wahid’s shoulders.

"Words cannot express how thankful we are to you. You saved our child’s life. If you hadn’t been there that night, we might have lost Aditya." Wahid simply shook his head with a warm smile. To him, what he had done was not something that required gratitude. He had never considered saving Aditya to be a favor toward Alen and Elena.

"I don’t have any children of my own, but Aditya is the only child in our family." Wahid replied calmly.

"I have told you this before as well. I never felt that I needed to have children of my own because I have always seen Aditya as my own child."

Wahid briefly looked toward Zahira and Yuna before continuing. "And my wives feel the same way. To the three of us, Aditya has never been merely our nephew. We watched him grow up, and we have always loved him as if he were our own son."

Standing beside Wahid, Zahira and Yuna both nodded with gentle smiles. Neither of them disagreed with a single word their husband had said. Even though they had never given birth to children of their own, they had never felt that their family was incomplete because Aditya had always occupied that place in their hearts.

Because of that, when Aditya’s life had been in danger, Wahid had never stopped to consider whether he should risk himself to save his nephew. In his heart, there had never been any difference between protecting Aditya and protecting a son of his own.

At the same time, Riya and a few of the other girls gathered around Elena and gently patted her back, helping her calm down. Surrounded by the warmth of her family and her son’s future wives, Elena gradually stopped crying and wiped the remaining tears from her eyes. After everything that had happened, being reunited with so many people she loved at once was almost overwhelming.

Once she had calmed herself, Elena turned her attention toward Wahid. "Brother Wahid, how have you been?" She asked warmly as she approached him.

Although Wahid was technically Elena’s cousin, their relationship had always been much closer than what that simple title suggested. Wahid had lost his father at a young age, and afterward, Malakor Harrington had taken responsibility for raising him.

Malakor had never treated Wahid differently from his own children, giving him the same parental love, care, and guidance. Because of this, Wahid had never grown up feeling that he lacked a father’s affection, and Elena had naturally come to regard him more like a brother than a cousin.

Seeing Wahid again after such a long separation brought back many memories for Elena. However, he was not the only person she was happy to reunite with. Her gaze soon moved toward Zahira and Yuna, and a bright smile immediately appeared on her face.

Elena happily approached the two women and pulled them into a warm hug. Zahira and Yuna were not merely Wahid’s wives to her. Elena had known both women for a very long time and had always treated them like her own sisters. After years of separation and everything their family had gone through, Elena was genuinely happy to finally be reunited with them.

For the first time in many years, so many members of their family were standing together in the same place again.

"Alfred. It’s good to see you again, my friend." The moment their eyes met, both men smiled. Alfred stepped forward, and the two warmly embraced each other. Although one had once been the Emperor of the Celestial Dragon Empire while the other served as the royal butler, their relationship had long gone beyond that of master and servant.

"Your Majesty. Every time I see you, I cannot help but feel nostalgic." Alfred replied with a smile after they separated.

"It reminds me of all the wonderful years we spent together with the royal family."

To outsiders, Alfred might have been nothing more than the Head Butler of the Dragon Palace. However, everyone who truly knew the royal family understood that Alfred was practically one of them.

He had watched Alen grow up, served several generations of the Imperial Family with absolute loyalty, and had become someone whom every member of the family trusted completely.

After exchanging a few words with Alfred, Alen’s attention shifted toward the two unfamiliar young men standing nearby.

"By the way, who are these two young men?" Alen asked curiously. He had noticed them from the moment they arrived, but until now he had not found an opportunity to ask about them.

Alfred immediately stepped aside and gestured toward the first young man.

"Allow me to introduce Prime Minister Spencer." Alfred said proudly. "This young man possesses one of the greatest and most brilliant minds I have encountered in all the centuries that I have lived. He is truly an extraordinary person who was born for the position of Prime Minister."

Alfred continued without any hesitation. "Despite his young age, he is capable of managing the entire Istarin Empire, whose territory stretches across multiple continents, with remarkable efficiency. In fact, I dare say that His Majesty Aditya would have great difficulty governing such a vast empire without Prime Minister Spencer by his side."

Hearing such overwhelming praise from Alfred made Spencer feel both honored and embarrassed. Receiving recognition from someone whom even the former Emperor treated with great respect was already a tremendous honor. However, Alfred’s introduction was so grand that Spencer almost wished he could hide behind someone else.

He felt that Alfred was praising him far more than he deserved.

"Sir Alfred. You praise me too much." Spencer said with an embarrassed smile.

"I am just a humble man trying my best to fulfill my responsibilities as the Prime Minister. There is still much for me to learn, and I continue to improve myself every day." His modest reply made several people smile.

However, Aditya simply rolled his eyes from the side. Having worked with Spencer for so long, he knew exactly what kind of person his Prime Minister was. Spencer certainly was humble when necessary, but at this moment, Aditya felt he was trying a little too hard to appear modest.

"Grandpa Alfred. He’s not that great." Aditya said with a grin.

"If you keep praising him like this, his feet won’t remain on the ground anymore."

Spencer immediately turned toward Aditya with an expression full of mock grievance.

"People praise you every single day wherever you go." Spencer complained. "Now that I am finally receiving a little praise myself, why can’t you simply accept it and let me enjoy it in peace?"

"You shouldn’t be saying that while wearing such a smug look on your face." Aditya replied without missing a beat.

Spencer blinked once before innocently tilting his head, pretending that he had absolutely no idea what Aditya was talking about. His expression was so sincere that anyone who did not know him well might have actually believed he was completely innocent.

Aditya folded his arms and looked at Spencer with a helpless expression. "Besides, it was my idea that made your work so much more efficient that you now have enough free time to travel all the way to the Main Continent and stand here."

The system that Spencer currently uses had originally been Aditya’s idea. Instead of forcing the Prime Minister to personally handle every document and report, Aditya had created a structure where numerous capable secretaries took care of most of the day-to-day administrative work.

Spencer’s primary responsibility became supervising the entire system, reviewing the important matters, making decisions when necessary, and then presenting the final reports to the Emperor. In reality, the job was far more complicated than that simple explanation, but this was the basic principle behind the system.

Spencer smiled faintly before calmly replying. "Is that so? Then why don’t I retire for twenty-three months and let you take over all the responsibilities of the Prime Minister? Only then will you understand the burden I carry every day and truly appreciate my importance."

The moment those words reached his ears, Aditya froze. He could not even imagine managing the Empire as Prime Minister for a single month, much less twenty-three months.

Spencer noticed Aditya’s reaction and continued with an innocent smile. "You managed the Empire without a Prime Minister before. You already have experience."

The reminder instantly brought back memories that Aditya wished had remained buried forever. Those had truly been some of the darkest and most exhausting days of his reign. Every day had been filled with endless paperwork, meetings, reports, and decisions that seemed to have no end.

"Don’t you dare." Aditya immediately replied with a panicked expression.

"You are not retiring." Seeing the usually calm Emperor react like that made everyone in the room burst into laughter.
