Stunned, Ye Xiao nearly protested that survival eluded even him, so how could he assist her? Yet he reconsidered, deeming it wise to consult the rapidly maturing Flower of Chaos plant.

So he posed the query, promptly receiving the plant's response as it continued its swift growth. It assured Ye Xiao that shielding another unscathed in the Void of Chaos for tens of thousands of years required minimal energy, mere minutes even less so.
