Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100 Chapter 3 Killing Goblins and Leveling up

Max grappled with the shocking possibility that his true name might be Max Voidwalker, indicated by the system upon awakening his unique SSS-rank class, Dimensional Keeper. As goblins advanced toward him, he assessed his new skills, Three Dimensional Body and Dimension of Time, finding them rankless yet intriguing. With the urgency of battle at hand, Max activated his skills, experiencing heightened awareness that allowed him to deftly dodge arrows and counterattack. He swiftly engaged the goblins, utilizing both swordsmanship and magic to fend off threats while supporting his comrades, reveling in the thrill of combat and honing his newfound abilities.

Bang!

A single bullet was discharged at one of the goblins, puncturing its skull and leaving a massive cavity. Closing the distance to the remaining trio, Max opted to finish the encounter using his Basic Sword Arts skill.

As soon as he was within range, Max launched an assault, executing a rising slash from the floor that clove one goblin in two. With fluid motion, he pivoted to his right, driving his blade directly into the cranium of the second creature.

The monster failed to evade, its head thoroughly impaled. In that same heartbeat, however, the final goblin lunged with a wooden knife, targeting Max’s left flank. Utilizing his Three Dimensional Body skill, Max perceived the incoming strike before it landed.

With a sharp spin, he angled his sword to deflect the blow, sending the goblin's weapon flying. Max didn't miss a beat, swinging his blade in a wide arc that severed the creature's neck, sending its head tumbling across the stone floor.

‘This sensation is incredible,’ Max thought with a surge of adrenaline while catching his breath. Although the victory over the goblins was decisive, he noticed a significant drain on his mental and physical reserves. ‘I have to level up.’

His reserves of mana were quite shallow, given he hadn't even reached Level 1 of the Novice rank. Since his class awakening, his physical form hadn't actually changed. Only a tiny fragment of mana had integrated into his body during the ceremony, and now that most of it was spent, he felt a wave of fatigue.

Turning back, he saw that the other six students had finally finished off their own targets. "The kills I made belong to me; you can deal with the rest," he stated firmly.

"Wait, what? That’s totally unfair!" one student yelled in protest. "You're taking seven cores for yourself while the six of us have to split three?!"

Max gave a cold sneer. "That is the reality. I took down seven, so they are mine. It’s a simple calculation."

"But there are six of us! How can we possibly divide three cores?" Carl cried out, his teeth clenched in frustration.

Max merely gave an indifferent shrug. "That isn't my concern. My kills are my property. That’s the end of it." He then began harvesting the loot from the fallen goblins.

"This bastard!" Carl spat, his anger boiling over.

"Carl, take it easy. You know exactly who this guy is, don't you?" Sil, another student, said while placing a hand on Carl’s shoulder.

"I'm aware," Carl muttered, still seething. "And I watched him solo seven goblins while we struggled to take down three." Despite his rage, he was forced to remain a passive spectator.

Sil let out a sigh. "There’s a reason he's called the Overlord at the academy. He had the nerve to challenge the dean’s son, the general’s daughter, and even Henry Reins from the wealthiest family in Crestford City—and he crushed them all. They couldn't touch him in combat, theory, or physical tests. Seeing him handle these goblins, I think that title is well-earned."

"Hmph. His winning streak won't last forever," Carl sneered. "William must have obtained a powerful class, and it's obvious he’ll hunt Max down in the dungeon. I’m betting he finally has what it takes to win."

"Carl, you're dreaming," James, another student, interjected. "We've all seen William’s history against Max—it was… embarrassing."

Carl smirked. "I know that, James, but look: Max didn't seem to use any class-specific skills in that fight. If we pass this information to William and he takes Max down, we might get into his squad. Serving under William—the dean’s son—is a much better path than wandering aimlessly through dungeons."

The remaining five students exchanged knowing looks, nodding their heads in agreement with the plan.

In the meantime, Max had gathered all the goblin drops and moved to a quiet corner of the hall. ‘Seven cores. Even if they are just basic, unranked cores, they should provide enough progress to hit Level 1 Novice rank.’ He looked down at the seven small green spheres, which sat alongside some rusty daggers, scraps of goblin hide, and rotten food—the standard loot for such creatures.

Max picked up one of the corroded daggers to check its properties.

---

[Rusty Dagger]

–Rank: Common (Damaged)

–Description: A blade utilized by goblins for a long time, now decayed and chipped following the death of its owner.

---

‘Strange. These goblins were wielding stone knives, yet they dropped metal daggers… Curious,’ Max mused, deciding the weapon was trash. ‘I’ll just sell these later.’

Just as he prepared to tuck the items into his pack, something unexpected happened. The dagger vanished from his grip.

"It disappeared!" Max blurted out, startled. However, before panic set in, he sensed the presence of the dagger within his own body. "Is it… inside of me?" Closing his eyes, he focused on summoning the blade, and it instantly manifested back in his hand.

"Incredible, I have a personal storage dimension inside me!" he whispered, a thrill of excitement hitting him. ‘The Three Dimensional Body skill is far more versatile than I thought.’

He quickly stashed all the loot—saving only the seven cores—into this internal space.

"Now, it's time for the breakthrough." Max took the first core and began the process of absorbing them one by one.

After a short while, Max finished the final core, and a floating prompt appeared before his eyes:

[Congratulations to Max Voidwalker for reaching Level 1 of the Novice Rank.]

As he scanned the text, a vibrant wave of power flooded his system. Simultaneously, he felt a clear spike in his physical power and general health.

‘The jump isn't massive, but the improvement is definitely there,’ he thought, stretching his limbs and clenching his fists to gauge the change.

‘Status.’

[Max]

–Rank: [Novice]

–Level: 1

–Class: [Dimensional Keeper]

–Physique: 4.5

–Soul: 6.2

–Energy: 6

–Skills:

—»Class Skills: [Three Dimensional Body, Dimension of Time]

—»Acquired Skills: [Basic Sword Arts, Magic Bullets]

---

Max’s brow furrowed as he analyzed the numbers.

‘Energy went up by 1, physique by 0.5, and soul by only 0.2. How does this stack up against other classes?’

Since every class granted different stat bonuses upon leveling, there was no universal standard. Max couldn't tell if his growth was mediocre or top-tier. To his eyes, a total gain of 1.7 felt a bit lacking.

Pushing those thoughts aside, he focused on a more intriguing subject: his second class skill, Dimension of Time. He hadn't tested it during the goblin skirmish but was very curious about its function.

Anything involving the manipulation of time was bound to be powerful.

Ensuring the other students were distracted, Max quietly triggered the Dimension of Time.

The instant the skill was cast, his reality warped. The dungeon stone, the floor, and the other people vanished. He found himself standing in a boundless void of drifting, snowy-white clouds that reached the horizon.

‘What is this place? How did I get here?’ Max’s pulse quickened as he turned in circles, staring at the impossible landscape.

The clouds moved in gentle patterns, illuminated by a soft radiance that had no visible source. It felt as if he had stepped into the realm of a dream.

‘This can't be real…’ Max thought, trying to remain calm. ‘Is this the skill’s doing?’

Before he could think further, a simple wooden door appeared out of thin air, standing upright in the middle of the sky.

As the door materialized, a massive influx of knowledge poured into Max’s consciousness, explaining everything.
