The Peng Emperor and Eternal Night Twenty-one, two supreme giants, engaged in a tense negotiation and staredown. Eternal Night Twenty-one attempted to deduce Su Lin's past and future using the Wolf Lord's essence blood, but the Peng Emperor stopped him with a powerful display of his Star-covering Giant Tree Dharma phase. The two reached an agreement: Eternal Night Twenty-one would hand over an Extreme Heavy Artifact and swear a Starry Sky Blood Oath not to interfere with beings in the Blazing Nebula, in exchange for the Black Sun Tribe members on the nebula and Nine Sovereign Three-Stripe Destiny Altars. After the oath was sworn and the artifact exchanged, Eternal Night Twenty-one warned the Peng Emperor about a strand of Heavenly Clan cause and effect remaining on the Blazing Nebula, cautioning that their efforts might be in vain if the Heavenly Clan wins the war. A blood-stained spearhead was then revealed.
