Following a consultation with the Wolf Lord, the Roach Emperor promoted over a hundred standard War Kings, more than ten upper War Kings, and two special-level War Kings from their ranks.
The two promoted to special-level War Kings are well-known figures within the Wolf Civilization: the Purple Blood Cockroach King and the Nuclear Source Cockroach King. Both had access to immense resources and early advantages, undergoing over a dozen mutations over the millennia. By absorbing the vast fortune of the Radiant Sun Tribe, both have successfully ascended to the Heavenly Venerate realm.
Specifically, the Nuclear Source Cockroach King has reached the mid-stage Seven Heavens, while the Purple Blood Cockroach King has attained the late-stage Seven Heavens. The Purple Blood Cockroach King stands as a prime example of a late-blooming exotic beast; once considered merely first-class during the Earth era, it now rivals the formidable Godspeed Golden Eagle. In the vastness of the starry sky, the Star Sky Insect Clan is notoriously difficult to handle due to their rapid breeding cycles and high evolutionary ceilings. Within this group, the Roach Emperor was the first in the Wolf Civilization to reach the Heavenly Venerate level. He is currently a dominant Peak Venerable, waiting only to harness the Dao Rhythm and Fortune from the three major stars to cross the ninth Heavenly Chasm and become a powerhouse capable of challenging a Star Nebula alone.
The Roach Emperor remains a sovereign who has never truly bowed his heart to any race. He maintained this pride within the Serpent Civilization, and he maintains it now within the Wolf Civilization. Armed with the Star Stone Shadow Sword, he possesses the power to threaten even those at the Nine Heavens level.
Next to be recognized was the Insect Race Army Group. Their total Ancestor-level count barely exceeds three hundred billion, a number that would be even lower if the Corpse Insect Clan were not included. The Wolf Civilization intends for this group to serve as a strategic counterweight and deterrent to the Cockroach Army Group.
At its current massive scale, the Wolf Civilization can no longer rely solely on the loyalty of exotic beasts or Su Lin’s personal strength to maintain order. Within this group, the Bloodthirsty Maniac Bee was granted the rank of Title-level War King, solidifying its status as a core power. Since a Title-level War King is only a step away from becoming a War Emperor, this was a significant honor.
The Bloodthirsty Maniac Bee has fought alongside the Wolf Lord since the days of the Arctic Tundra. Because of this long history of bloody combat, its rise to power was viewed as well-deserved rather than shocking. Additionally, the Cold Cicada King was named a special-level War King, while the Corpse Worm King was designated an upper War King. To show the Wolf Lord's favor, the Insect Race Army Group was granted three-tenths of the blood food resources originally intended for the Cockroach Army Group.
Finally, Red-tailed appeared to announce the rewards for the mobile faction, which the Charm Fox was set to lead into the void. This mobile faction was officially renamed the Phantom Army, reflecting the expertise of the Charm Fox and her troops in guerrilla tactics and stealth operations.
In a bold move, the Charm Fox was promoted directly into the War Emperor sequence. The Wolf Lord holds high expectations for her, hoping she will manifest as the fifth War Emperor of the Wolf Civilization. Even the Shadow of Plague, a late-stage Heavenly Venerate, was assigned to accompany the Charm Fox to gain experience in the wider universe.
Many officers and beasts under the Charm Fox's command received significant rewards as well, though the Wolf Lord left the specific distribution to her. This serves as the final support the Wolf Civilization will provide for her celestial conquest; in the future, any resources she requires must be seized from the stars themselves.
Once the Phantom Army's rewards were finalized, the newly integrated military groups came forward, starting with the Blazing Angel Army Group. This group currently consists of just over two hundred billion members. However, they are high-level elites, including nearly four billion warriors at the Heavenly Boundary level.
The remainder are battle-hardened Quasi-Sky Realm experts. Once equipped with the mass-produced Star Stone Armor currently in development by the Wolf Civilization’s researchers, they will become a lethal vanguard. Since all the original Heavenly Venerate leaders of the Blazing Angel Army Group were killed in battle, twenty half-step Heavenly Venerate experts were chosen as Title-level War Generals to lead them.
The overall command was given to the Golden Jade Demon Deer, one of the eight followers Su Lin retrieved from the Purple Brilliance Star Core. After centuries of intense warfare, the Golden Jade Demon Deer has ascended to the Nine Heavens, becoming the second most powerful Peak Venerable among the original eight followers.
