Fisher learned that Paimon was known to be an Angel, not a Demon, and had allied with them long ago. The group arrived at a vast, abyssal landscape with chaotic structures and a central palace atop magma. Emhardt recognized the place as a location he had visited before. They descended towards Paimon's palace, a magnificent, abstract structure. A mirror-like gate blocked their path, presenting a riddle: "Ask me, what am I?" Fisher, after considering the riddle, declared the answer to be "Soul."

"Crack, crack, crack!"

Just as Fisher had anticipated, as he softly uttered the answer, the mirror-like door quickly split open from the center, revealing a narrow fissure. Then, it slowly parted, unveiling a dimly fragrant space beyond.

"Is it open?"

The space inside was pitch black, strewn with dust long uncleaned. As the door opened, the area lit up automatically like Elliog’s castle, illuminating the scene within.

The floor was covered with scattered canvases and paints—some completely used, some halfway used, and many dried into solid remnants. Aside from these, the most attention-grabbing was a painting hanging in the middle of the wall, directly facing the door.

On the canvas, an astonishingly skilled painter reanimated a scene from their mind with vivid and delicate strokes—a dark moonlit scene, where bathed in moonlight lay the serene sleeping visage of a handsome man.

The man, bare-chested and handsome, wore an expression of perhaps unrecognized friendliness on his face, peacefully immersed as if in a lullaby.

The most prominent sight was the hand of this bare-chested, black-haired man, tightly clutching what seemed to be the hand of the scene’s recorder, unwilling to let its owner leave, yearning to entwine with her slender fingers, wanting to grasp the presence of the one who painted...

Upon seeing the painting, Fisher was dumbfounded because it depicted him!

Following behind Fisher, Elliog and Moli were equally stunned. They never expected that upon entering here, their faces seemed metaphorically punched by an invisible force, as though hit point-blank...

"Pfft, who would’ve thought Paimon had such an artistic way of documenting lovers..."

With a chuckle, Sidi covered his mouth and commented, prompting Elliog and Moli’s expressions to darken further. This made Fisher, standing at the forefront, appear increasingly frail, as if ready to be swept away by the wind.

A man peacefully asleep, tightly holding the hand of the artist, as if afraid she’d leave...

Why such dependency on that Paimon?

"Fisher..."

"Mr. Fischer..."

Behind him, Elliog’s lazy and seemingly indifferent voice and Moli’s sinister tone sounded simultaneously, causing Fisher, who was gazing ahead, to tremble slightly.

He took a deep breath, preparing to turn around and face the storm, intending to calm them down and find that base first.

Yet, as he turned around, out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the tall and thin Death Lord crouching, holding some smaller paintings placed on an easel against the wall, though smaller than the large "Fisher Sleep Painting" in the hall’s center.

He murmured a phrase, instinctively addressing those behind him,

"It seems... there are more here."

What Fisher intended to say was swallowed back, and both Elliog and Moli looked towards there; Elliog’s lazy demeanor slightly faded, yet he remained stationary with arms crossed. Moli, more impatient, walked over to accept the paintings the Death Lord handed and began examining them one by one.

"What are these... Mr. Fischer, you changing clothes? And why are you holding your chest? Why use such gentle eyes to look at... at Paimon?!"

Viewing painting after painting, Moli’s agitation was apparent, while the innocent-looking Death Lord noticed on the back of the paintings seemed to be titles and comments,

"Hmm, on the back of those paintings..."

Moli hesitated briefly, flipping the paintings over to read Paimon’s titles and comments,

"’His and Holy Land’s Clothes’, first damaged by Michael Angel’s toy, would’ve been unaware I was secretly watching while he changed, adorably...’

"’Hit by Cupid’s Arrow’, hmm, unknowingly hit by my arrow, though angry, worried about my injury enough not to act out, even checking my condition, unknowingly teased...’

"’Worry Hidden Behind’, seems like after falling for me, he wondered why my name wasn’t heard in the future? Likely worried about my death, fearing not seeing me again? Truly memorable...’

"Mr... Mr. Fischer, you... you..."

Several paintings captured their once-sweet moments, preserving those shining points not noticed even by Fisher himself from a female perspective, placing them here.

To the loving couple, or an unrelated third party, it would be moving, even drawing an aunt’s smile from Sidi behind.

But what if the ones seeing were other women involved with the story’s male lead?

In disbelief, Moli looked towards Fisher, while Elliog silently bypassed Fisher, abruptly reaching the hall’s wall, taking down the large "Fisher Sleep Painting," and amidst Fisher’s subtle tremor of shock, began reading the title and annotations behind the canvas.

On the back were annotations, though the original notes were ruthlessly erased, leaving only traces of paper scratched off.

Then, the annotations they could see were written,

’Fisher’

During their shared night, he held the hand of the woman he loved most and who loved him most.

"Crack!"

Expressionless, Elliog tightened his grip on the canvas, crumpling the white paper with force.
