Fisher observes the fervent ritual traditions of the Red Dragon Court in the South Continent, a stark contrast to his current clear state of mind. He reflects on the varied beliefs of demi-humans and the unique nature of the Dragon-man Species, particularly Rafael, who returns exhausted from war but still seeks him out before sleeping. Fisher then turns his attention to the Soul Completion Manual, recalling the Creation Society's interest in the Spirit Realm.

While there wasn’t much left, Fisher began contemplating a question before reading, concerning his old profession in Magic.

Previously, he had privately approached Moli to inquire about the Fluid Sword’s damage, but she told him that repairing the Fluid Sword required Ramasitia’s power, or to wait for the power contained within the Fluid Sword to slowly recover...

But seeing it in such a fragile state, Fisher estimated it won’t restore anytime soon.

Without the Fluid Sword, his combat methods seemed rather simplistic.

He was indeed at the Mythical Rank, but compared to other naturally born Mythical Species, it appeared he could only use sheer brute force. Additionally, according to the Life Completion Manual, his current "human" form couldn’t fully utilize the power of the Mythical Rank.

Other Mythical Species or those who attain the Mythical Rank later have a deep understanding of the world’s rules, whereas Fisher entered the Mythical Rank through Chaos, which perhaps means his power at this rank must rely on Chaos to manifest.

Perhaps he could use the power of Life Chaos, adjusting his form to better exhibit power structures, but without acquiring the treasure, he couldn’t transform beyond the Mythical Rank structures.

Hence, he had to consider another path related to Chaos: Magic.

In truth, both soul and Magic belong to the realm of Chaos, but compared to the Completion Manual’s power, Fisher instinctively wanted to consider Magic, which was a familiar and proven safe means for him.

Magic’s highest power is only at the Fourteenth Rank, which doesn’t transcend the Mythical Rank, but this doesn’t mean Magic can’t produce power comparable to that of the Mythical Rank.

Currently, the only known method for Fisher to enhance the power of Magic is by using Multi-Ring Head to improve Magic’s quality.

The dilemma arises, as the only known Multi-Ring Magic in the human Magic World was created by Mr. Helson, the "Dragon Slayer Spear."

Fisher wasn’t aware of the exact process by which Helson developed the Double Ring Magic. It might have been a flash of genius or a result of accumulated theoretical experiments; Helson never revealed this process to outsiders and, because Fisher was his student, he knew of this Magic’s existence, which Helson never published to the academic circles...

However, in the Ideal Country, Fisher had personally witnessed Tangze Asuka casually creating Multi-Ring Magic using Chaos within her mind, far beyond any form he had taught.

Tangze Asuka, now the Magic Minister and possibly the true origin of Magic in the world, possessed such a seemingly cheating talent that Fisher wasn’t surprised; a student need not surpass a teacher. The present issue was how this teacher could learn from his student to master the method of creating Multi-Ring Head Magic...

He narrowed his eyes and focused on the Soul Completion Manual before him.

Suddenly, he gained an inspiration.

If the power of Magic originates from the soul, and Magic Circuit and revelation are actually decompositions of the rules within reality.

This theoretical essence dictates two requirements for creating Magic: one is a sufficiently potent Magic Power (soul quality), which provides Fisher with a font and adequate trial-and-error cost for engraving magic; the other is a method and strength capable of clearly deconstructing operating rules, enabling Fisher to observe Magic laws from an unprecedented perspective.

Perhaps Tangze Asuka simultaneously satisfies these two points, hence her extraordinary Magic talent.

But fortunately, Fisher now had something at hand that could meet these two requirements simultaneously.

The Soul Completion Manual.

He gently pinched the book cover of the Soul Completion Manual, gradually opening it. And like before, his Magic Circuit on his skin suddenly lit up, but differently, as he flipped open the Completion Manual, an extremely peculiar sensation overwhelmed Fisher’s heart.

He sensed that everything around suddenly became deep, as if all surrounding scenes slowly faded away, leaving only boundless darkness, the chair beneath him, the Completion Manual before him, and the wooden table had presence.

Fisher didn’t feel uncomfortable; he merely furrowed his brow, wanting to keep reading the contents of the Soul Completion Manual. But at this moment, on the opposite side, a pale male hand with some black hair gently placed on the pages of the Completion Manual, interrupting his reading.

"..."

Fisher silently looked up, only to see across the table, a middle-aged man with sparse hair on his head, only a faint layer at the back, staring at him expressionlessly.

His features were haggard, with prominent purple eye bags, and eyes full of bloodshot, showing no sign of vitality. His attire, a simplistic red robe with a distinctly Southern Continent Dragon Court style, starkly revealed his emaciated frame beneath.

Meeting Fisher’s gaze, he slowly retracted the hand resting on the Soul Completion Manual, followed by a leisurely, dried-clap as he spoke to Fisher,

"Congratulations, apart from me, there hasn’t been someone among the holders of this Completion Manual who reached Mythical Rank for a long time. You are the first, and likely the last."
