Defiance of the Fall Chapter 1473

Zac's Flamebearer seal activated on its own, forcing both his bodies to adopt the Jikasi In'Vela persona within Anima Court's memory domain. Vilari pulled Zac from a deep longing caused by the Daynight Dreamer's obsession, and they discussed the dangers of the Memory Root. Esmeralda intervened to claim a transforming diamond that appeared, gifting it to Vilari. Zac and Vilari then discussed the events leading to Jalach's arrival and the potential misunderstandings surrounding the Beseechment Pavilion. Zac cultivated his Heart Realm and Quantum Space, improving his cultivation speed, while Vilari refined soul essence. As they prepared to descend the mountain, Vilari revealed that Thea Marshall is alive and within the trial, having potentially cut ties with Earth to sever karmic bonds with the Sangha. Zac, though initially skeptical, eventually agreed to seek her out, while also considering her potential to disrupt the Sangha's plans at the Left Imperial Palace.
