Previously on D.E.M.O.N.S: Getting Summoned Weekly isn't so Bad...
Kat, Lily, and Appoline discovered a "time crack" that proved dangerous. Lily analyzed its structure, finding numerous thin, almost invisible tendrils extending from the main fissure, making passage treacherous. After a test with a mudfish showed the cracks could be survivable up to a point, they proceeded cautiously. Progress was slow due to the pervasive nature of the cracks, and they soon encountered a monster, a jellyfish-like creature living within a crack, which attacked Kat. Lily's paper planes, enhanced by Kat's demonic fire, eventually destroyed both the monster and the crack.
