Clumsy Beast, Keep Your Paws Off Chapter 752: The Seed of Doubt

Inside the grand Beast Palace, everything was as peaceful as ever.
The warm afternoon sunlight poured through the windows, making the entire palace glow with a soft golden light. Gentle, soothing music echoed through the towering halls while the sweet, intoxicating fragrance of flowers drifted lazily through the air.
On the largest reclining couch in the centre of the hall, the Beast Queen was lying comfortably with a lazy, content expression.
She looked like a completely satisfied salted fish.
Several handsome male consorts surrounded her, each one attending to her with utmost care and devotion.
One gently peeled sweet, juicy spirit fruits and fed them to her piece by piece. Another softly massaged her delicate shoulders, while a third fanned her with a large feather fan crafted from the wings of a heavenly bird.
The Beast Queen happily accepted all of their pampering without moving a single finger.
"This queen truly has a hard life..." She sighed dramatically, resting her cheek against a plush silk pillow before opening her mouth for another piece of fruit. "I have to work so hard every single day."
The surrounding consorts exchanged helpless, amused smiles.
Work hard? Their queen had not touched a single official document or scroll since the sun rose this morning!
Just then...
A high-ranking guard quickly walked into the grand palace before respectfully kneeling on one knee. "Your Majesty, the Thirteenth Prince, requests an audience."
The Beast Queen lazily waved her hand. "Let him in."
A few moments later, a tall, striking young man slowly entered the palace.
He possessed sharp, handsome features, long silver hair tied neatly behind his back, and a pair of dark blue beast eyes that always carried a sharp, calculating light beneath their calm surface.
Dressed in luxurious dark robes embroidered with golden beast patterns, he radiated nobility and understated danger.
He was the Beast Queen’s thirteenth son... Feng Yuchen.
Among all her sons, he was widely considered one of the strongest, most talented, and politically astute princes in the entire upper domain.
As soon as he reached the centre of the hall, Feng Yuchen bowed with flawless grace. "Greetings, Beast Mother."
He stepped closer, gently lifting the Beast Queen’s hand, and respectfully kissed the back of her palm.
The Beast Queen’s eyes immediately curved into a bright, fond smile. "My little Thirteen. What brings you here today?"
Feng Yuchen smiled politely, his voice smooth as silk. "I came because I heard some very interesting news."
"Oh?" The Beast Queen raised a manicured brow.
"I heard that Brother An Mo has already brought his future mate to the Heavenly God State."
The moment those words fell...
The Beast Queen, who had been lying lazily only a second ago, instantly sat bolt upright!
"What?!" She gasped, her beautiful eyes widening in sheer surprise. "He already brought her here?!"
Her jaw practically dropped. "It has only been a few days! The last report I received said that he had finally found himself a female. Hardly a week has passed, and now he has already brought her home?!"
A proud, delighted smile slowly spread across her radiant face. "Hahaha... this brat really moves fast! As expected of my precious nephew!"
Feng Yuchen watched her reaction quietly. A faint, almost invisible smile flickered at the corner of his lips. Everything was happening exactly as he had calculated.
He lowered his dark blue eyes, softening his voice into an innocent, concerned tone. "I also heard..."
"Brother An Mo’s future mate already has several beast husbands."
The Beast Queen blinked, her smile pausing mid-air. "...What?"
"And..." Feng Yuchen continued calmly, laying down his trap piece by piece. "She already has many children with them."
The proud smile on the Beast Queen’s face slowly froze.
The entire grand hall suddenly became deathly quiet. Even the consorts fanning her stopped their movements.
Feng Yuchen secretly observed every tiny change in her expression, feeling a surge of deep satisfaction inside his chest.
In the Beast World, females who possessed high fertility and produced many cubs were naturally welcomed and celebrated. The more cubs, the stronger and more prosperous the bloodline of the race could become. Normally, no ruler or clan leader would ever dislike such a female.
But... his words were not simply about cubs.
The crucial, striking detail was that she had already given her heart and body to several other males before An Mo.
Brother An Mo...
He was the only grandson of the Beast God and the sole heir of the ancient Heavenly God Clan.
Even though he was technically only the Beast Queen’s nephew, everyone in the realm knew just how deeply she favoured him. At times, it felt as though she doted on An Mo even more than her own biological sons.
That was precisely why Feng Yuchen had come today.
He wanted to plant a quiet seed of dissatisfaction deep inside her heart. He wanted her to question An Mo’s taste and dignity.
If the powerful Beast Queen herself opposed this marriage and deemed the female unworthy... wouldn’t that make the dispute between An Mo and his beast mother, and would it be so much more interesting?
Keeping his expression completely sincere and troubled, Feng Yuchen softly asked:
"Beast Mother... Brother An Mo’s status is unmatched in the entire Beast World. Isn’t it... a little unfair that such an important person became the last mate?"
Feng Yuchen let out a soft sigh, as though he were genuinely worried for his beloved cousin.
"Of course, Brother An Mo would never care about such things. His heart has always been far more generous than ours. But..."
He hesitated deliberately before lowering his voice. "The Heavenly God Clan is watched by the entire Upper Domain. Every action of its future heir becomes the subject of countless discussions. I simply fear that others may fail to understand Brother An Mo’s intentions and use this matter to question the dignity of the God clan."
The Beast Queen remained silent.
Her slender fingers lightly tapped against the gilded armrest of her throne as she narrowed her beautiful eyes, gazing off into the distance. No one in the hall could tell what thoughts were running through her mind.
Only Feng Yuchen’s hidden smile grew a little deeper in the quiet air. He fully believed his words had already achieved their subtle, toxic purpose.
