Mother Qi, bored at home, goes grocery shopping with Bodyguard Ding. While haggling, a teenager accidentally spills pig's blood on Bodyguard Ding's leg. The boy offers money for compensation, but Mother Qi insists they take it to clean up.

Bodyguard Ding looked at the blood on his leg, hesitating. The first law of being a bodyguard is never to let the person you’re protecting out of your sight. Even though his original target wasn’t this old lady, now that it’s within his scope of responsibility, he couldn’t walk away.

"Old lady, it’s really unnecessary." A bit of blood wouldn’t be an issue, but if he left the person and something happened, it would be a big problem!

"Hurry up, with a bloody leg if you walk back, people will think we’ve killed someone and might call the police. I tell you, I don’t want to be caught by the cops with you!" Mother Qi glared and said.

That’s true, the blood was quite frightening.

Bodyguard Ding considered for a moment, glanced at the bathroom not far away, and said, "Let’s walk over there together then."

Mother Qi couldn’t do anything with him, but she was still thinking about the money from the kid, so she said, "Kid, come over here too, don’t think about running away!"

The group walked over to the outside of the toilet, Bodyguard Ding instructed Mother Qi not to wander before quickly stepping into the toilet.

"How much money do you have to compensate, give me that person’s money too, I’ll give it to him." Mother Qi immediately told the boy.

"But I don’t have that much money, all my money is with my elder brother!" the boy said in panic. "Or, grandma, you come with me, I’ll ask my big brother to give you? Grandma, don’t let that man hit me, he seems so scary."

Mother Qi’s eyes lit up; she pretended to act tough and said, "Then it depends on how much you compensate. Where’s your elder brother?"

"Right over there!" The boy pointed.

Mother Qi said, "Let’s go over!"

The boy responded with an "oh" and led her forward, walking out of the market’s west exit, where an old van was parked, and a man was leaning against the door smoking.

This must be the kid’s big brother, right? Mother Qi felt delighted, thinking she had gotten lucky today. Unexpectedly, she might earn a windfall. These people looked like country bumpkins; she was ready to cheat them!

Mother Qi didn’t even consider the fact that the boy had just spilled a basin of blood at the market, while the big brother was outside leaning against the car door. Isn’t it a bit odd that these two are unrelated?

All she could think about was the money.

As they walked over, Bodyguard Ding also came out of the toilet, but when he saw the empty space and the old lady missing, he was instantly dumbfounded.

He quickly asked a nearby stall’s owner for directions and ran off in a hurry.

Shit! Don’t let anyone play tricks on you; he knew he shouldn’t listen to this old lady.

The boy ran over first, and when Mother Qi approached, she said, "Hey, your kid spilled blood all over my leg, how’s that supposed to be handled? Compensate me!" She glanced and noticed someone sitting in the front of the car.

Whatever, they did wrong, they should compensate!

The man blew smoke in her face, saying, "Sorry, we’ll compensate you, granny. Let’s get in the car, go to the bank, and we’ll pay you."

Mother Qi took a breath, her mind went blank, her vegetable basket fell to the ground. Bank? She responded with a simple "oh" and got half dragged into the car, then had her head covered, causing her to let out a scream.

The car sped off, leaving nothing but a trail of smoke.

Bodyguard Ding chased out, only to see an old van speeding away, causing him to curse loudly, "Fuck!"

He looked around quickly, flagged down a passing three-wheel motorcycle taxi, and ordered it to follow, "Go faster."

Damn, this old lady, she’s really something. Please don’t let anything happen!
