Cheng Su takes her elders shopping at a high-end department store. After she steps away to feed her baby, the elders are subjected to scornful looks from salespeople, who clearly assume they cannot afford the merchandise. Feeling insulted and angry, Cheng Su decides to confront the salespeople and insists they proceed with shopping.

When considering Cheng Su, her fiercely protective nature comes to the forefront. Should any of her family members or cherished friends face injustice, particularly from service personnel, she finds it utterly intolerable.

Within the service industry, the cardinal sin is judging an individual's financial standing based on their outward appearance or treating them with disdain. How can one be certain that a person dressed plainly isn't a discreet, clandestine millionaire? Hasn't she witnessed numerous news reports illustrating precisely this? Individuals in simple straw hats making substantial property purchases, or prominent international figures who eschew luxury vehicles and opt for common T-shirts, yet are, in reality, billionaires. Such instances are innumerable.

Naturally, Father Cheng and Father Qi do not possess the status of millionaires or titans of industry. While the clothing here might be expensive, it isn't a matter of affordability, but rather a question of their willingness to expend such funds.

However, experiencing mistreatment is an entirely different scenario. Arriving with cheerful intentions only to be belittled and subjected to discrimination—would they ever dare to venture out again?

Suppressing her rising ire, Cheng Su stepped into the establishment, a move that caught the attending staff completely off guard.

These individuals who appeared to be of modest means, why had they returned? Weren't they the ones who claimed these garments were beyond their reach?

Yet, the attire of the woman among them was remarkably chic and presented a stylish appearance.

Cheng Su cast a subtle, sweeping glance at them, her eyes conveying a sharp intensity that momentarily unnerved several.

Could she be a troublemaker?

No, this is the bearing of someone with inherent authority.

In her previous existence, Cheng Su had occupied the role of general manager at a five-star hotel, overseeing hundreds of employees and undergoing extensive professional training. In this current life, she had also successfully managed her own enterprise, acting as a boss. Consequently, projecting an air of confident authority came quite naturally to her.

"Mom, which dress did you take a liking to?" Cheng Su gently guided Mother Cheng closer and inquired, "Which salesperson assisted you with it?"

Mother Cheng, intimately familiar with her daughter's character, recognized the determined posture Cheng Su had adopted. She sensed her daughter's resolve to defend them and felt a surge of hopeful anticipation.

As for Father Cheng, he harbored concerns that his daughter might face a setback. His initial inclination was to mediate for peace, but knowing Cheng Su's unyielding temperament, he understood she wouldn't cease until her grievances were fully addressed. Thus, he chose to withhold his words.

Mother Cheng, a natural performer, indicated two dresses and deliberately stated, "Su, they mentioned these are not for us, let's just leave them be." She then directed a pointed glare towards one of the sales assistants.

"Is that so?" Cheng Su followed her gaze, a faint smile playing on her lips. She then pointed to the salesperson in question and asked, "Kindly elaborate on the merits of this particular dress."

Upon perceiving Cheng Su's smile, the salesgirl experienced a prickle of unease. Her own smile faltered, and her feet felt rooted to the spot.

"What? You're unable to elaborate? Perhaps you could summon your manager to provide an explanation for me?" Cheng Su's smile remained subtle as she examined the dress. She handed Qi Xiaoqi to Father Qi and picked up the dress, holding it up for Mother Cheng's consideration.

It was a simple red wool coat, vibrant in color and crafted from quality material, perfectly suited for a woman of Mother Cheng's age.

After the comparison, the service staff inwardly lamented their misfortune at encountering such a potentially troublesome, albeit likely affluent, customer.

However, when Cheng Su began inspecting the garment's internal label, the staff member visibly relaxed, assuming her pretense of wealth would soon falter. Her expectation was that the price tag would prove intimidating, and a flicker of disdain reappeared in her eyes.

Cheng Su registered this subtle expression, her lips curving into a cold smirk. Without even glancing at the price, she decisively detached the label. She then tossed the dress back to the salesperson, commanding, "Select one that fits her and prepare it for purchase."

Subsequently, she selected two additional dresses for Mother Qi. After a brief comparison, she likewise removed their labels and presented the garments with such an unassailable air of command that the salespeople scrambled to receive them.
