The Sky Dome Train departs Hawaii, but a strange phenomenon causes the sea to recede and dark energy to surge. As dark clouds gather and a massive tsunami approaches, the crew prepares for battle. Ryuji uses his powers to clear a path through debris and reanimate wreckage to defend the train.

Ryuji thrust his blade forward, a violent gleam of superpower flashing in his eyes. This technique, clearly channeling the power of the crystal grid, unleashed a terrifying dissolution force more than ten times greater than any previous simple shockwave.

Furthermore, he seemed to have discovered a more effective combat method. The humanoid constructs he controlled and brought into being, appearing as mere assemblages of scrap metal, pulsed with potent dark energy. Sparks flew with their every agile movement through the air. Effortlessly, Ryuji conjured four or five of these colossal steel entities.

From the bridge, Lin Xian observed this display, his eyes lighting up. He mused that this was indeed an impressive display of superpower, akin to a 'summoning' variant of mechanical abilities. Ryuji, he concluded, must have been influenced by himself and Mochizuki Masashi, not only mastering the efficient deployment of his superpower but also uncovering this strategic combat approach that allowed him to attack and defend without direct frontline engagement—a truly astute tactic.

"Attention, there are living entities within the black tides, both in the sky and in the water."

Monica and Qian Deli took their positions at the towers flanking the Sky Dome Train, armed with electromagnetic railguns and anti-aircraft weaponry. As soon as they were in place, dense fluctuations of dark energy were detected surging towards them.

Boom!

Like a steel behemoth escaping its confines, the Sky Dome Train, dragging the military intercontinental train behind it, tore through the fractured rails and plunged into the Pacific Ocean's rail network. Fierce sparks erupted beneath its iron wheels as the engine's roar ripped through the tranquil air surrounding Oahu Island. Standing atop a tower, Monica's pupils reflected the nightmarish panorama unfolding behind them—thousands of nautical miles consumed by rolling, inky-black curtains of the sky. The asphalt-thick tides of the Star Abyss churned at the edges, a sickening crimson wave devouring the last vestiges of the sea horizon with alarming speed.

Witnessing this terrifying spectacle, Monica's gaze flickered as she stated coldly, "The arrival of Crimson and the expansion of the Star Abyss appear to be entirely separate phenomena."

"It seems there will be no more concept of day or night," Qian Deli remarked from the other side, crossing his arms. "Dawn will be meaningless."

"Everyone, stay alert; I’m going to accelerate further. Based on our readings, it shouldn't be able to catch us," Lin Xian's voice announced through the communicator as the Sky Dome Train's levitation and magnetic propulsion systems ramped up once more. Outside the reinforced windows, the vibrant memory of Hawaii disintegrated completely as the ocean water receded at an unbelievable pace, revealing vast, jagged, and contaminated seabed expanses, as if the entire ocean were being devoured in a single gulp by the dark sky.

"Crimson can't keep up, but what lurks within the sea is another matter entirely,"

Sha Sha observed the churning waters below. Thousands of miles behind the Sky Dome Train, white streaks stretched across the expanse, continuously unfurling. As they drew nearer, Sha Sha discerned that these were not mere lines but multitudinous bubbles rising from the depths, boiling furiously like a tempestuous cauldron.

Lin Xian nodded, his gaze fixed forward. "And there's a tsunami."

The sky dome was an abyss of black, and the gale howled like ancient dragons. In this moment, the Sky Dome Train felt like a sharpened blade, slicing eastward along the oceanic rails. Yet, at the very edge of the visible track, Lin Xian perceived an area of almost complete blackness expanding ominously—a colossal mound rising from the sea.

However, within the magnified view afforded by Lin Xian’s power armor, it wasn't a mound but a monstrous tsunami, stretching at least eighty miles wide and hundreds of miles in length, a colossal black wall of damnation advancing upon them with ferocious intensity!

"Can we fly over it?" Ning Jing inquired with solemnity from the armed train, her gaze fixed on the terrifying wave.

"We should be able to..."

"It's here!"

Even before Lin Xian could finish his sentence, Monica and Qian Deli's urgent voices pierced his ears. The 1130 Close Defense Cannons and electromagnetic railgun emplacements on the Arsenal Ship swiveled automatically, unleashing a deafening barrage of firepower!

Splash!

Beneath the blinding white crests of the waves, sensing the powerful energy output of the Sky Dome Train, countless black abyssal entities breached the water's surface. They surged forward in a dense, overwhelming swarm, aggressively launching themselves towards the rails above. On closer examination, these were revealed to be innumerable bizarre, squid-like fish, their minuscule tentacles shimmering with a crimson hue, propelling themselves out of the water like conical lances aimed directly at the train.

The 1130's wide-reaching firepower instantly painted the air with a crimson mist, accompanied by the jarring clang of metal being rent asunder—these unnerving piscine creatures possessed an incredibly resilient exterior.

Most strangely, instead of blood essence erupting, those peculiar fish discharged vast quantities of crimson blood mist. This crimson blood mist did not disperse with the wind but remained suspended in the atmosphere, commencing its spread like crimson gashes lingering in the heavens.

The emergence of these blood mists appeared to further incite the aberrant entities within the sea. At this juncture, an orange serpent, as thick as a water barrel and exceeding ten meters in length, abruptly surfaced from the crimson expanse. It forcefully intercepted a wave of electromagnetic detonation and then directly unhinged its gaping maw—a torrent of dark energy billowed forth from its mouth, aimed at the 1130 Close Defense Cannon mounted on the train's side.

Whoosh!

Unexpectedly, a golden ray of light streaked from the distant tower, impaling the serpent's head with pinpoint accuracy. The dark energy within its mouth detonated instantly, igniting a fiery explosion that caused the train's static electric field to flicker intensely.

"There's something peculiar about those blood mists," commented Qian Deli, positioned atop the tower. He slowly withdrew his gleaming right foot, his expression solemn.
