the whole fifth young lady thing is getting old honestly

was thinking about how these reincarnation stories always start with some girl getting killed by her own crush's bodyguards because honestly that part where she dies just trying to chase after that Prince guy felt super pathetic. It’s a decent enough read if you like the whole ‘useless trash’ to ‘literal god’ trope but the pacing in the General's Manor section was just way too slow for my taste, I almost dropped it before she even started using her medical skills. I'm pretty sure her sister was the one who poisoned her in the original timeline or maybe it was an aunt but either way the revenge feels a bit repetitive after chapter fifty. The action is cool and I like the gender bender tag even though it barely matters for the first hundred chapters, it’s just that the guy she’s supposed to end up with is such a jerk that I kind of want her to just stay single and keep being a doctor. It's fine for a binge if you have nothing else to do on a Sunday afternoon, just don't expect anything life-changing.
