the military training arc was way longer than I expected

honestly found myself scrolling through some of the earlier chapters just to get to the actual city life, but once he finishes that brutal stint in the army and starts becoming this totally different person it actually picks up. It's kind of wild seeing a guy who was supposedly this soft little aristocrat suddenly acting like he owns every room he walks into, though I think the author forgot he had a sister back home because she hasn't been mentioned in like fifty chapters. The whole vibe of the 'Housewives Club' is exactly what you'd expect from the genre, it's pretty shameless but sometimes you just want something trashy to read while you're ignoring your laundry. I did think the part where he breaks that heavy wooden training dummy with his bare hands felt a bit over the top even for a fantasy setting, like how strong is this guy supposed to be now? It’s a fun enough power trip if you don't take it too seriously, I just wish the dialogue didn't sound so stiff during the romance scenes since real people definitely don't talk like they're reading from a formal script, it makes the spicy parts feel a bit awkward if I'm being real.
