that weirdly huge earth size scale actually kind of works

still can't wrap my head around the math of earth expanding by like ten million times, the commute to the grocery store must be a nightmare now if you aren't a high-level cultivator or flying around in those futuristic jets. honestly the contrast between the tech guys and the immortality seekers is what kept me clicking through the early chapters, but the part where the main character finds that hidden scroll in the old library felt a bit too convenient even for this genre. i liked how the author handled the culture clash early on, though the harem elements started getting in the way of the world-building by the middle of the second arc, it felt like every new girl he met had the exact same personality just with a different color hair. it’s a decent enough read if you want something to kill time on the bus, just don't expect the mystery of why the planet turned into a giant beach ball to be solved in the first fifty chapters because the pacing gets a bit bogged down in the tournament fights.
