I actually stayed up late for this weird telepathy plot

honestly thought I was going to drop it after ten chapters because the whole transmigration thing is so overdone lately, but the way Ji Fei keeps accidentally broadcasting her inner monologue to everyone is actually hilarious. I was dying at that scene where she’s mentally screaming about how she can’t wait to get her hands on the settlement money and buy that massive yacht, meanwhile her husband is just standing there looking confused because she's acting perfectly calm on the outside. It’s a bit weird that she keeps calling him Mr. Qin even in her head though, like girl you are literally living in his house and trying to take his cash so just call him by his first name already. The pacing gets a little wonky when they focus too much on the secondary business rivals instead of the family drama, and it feels like the divorce is taking forever to actually happen even though she keeps saying it’s urgent. I swear I remember her complaining about a specific red dress she had to wear to a gala but then later she says she hates the color blue, so maybe I just lost track of the outfits. It’s a fun trashy read for when you don't want to think too hard, even if the husband is kind of a brick wall for the first half of the story.
