Yandere Levelling in Her World Chapter 1: Yandere Obsession
A throbbing ache permeated Ren’s skull as awareness struggled to return. His vision flickered, indistinct and hazy, the air heavy with the musty odor of decaying concrete. His wrists throbbed with pain, secured tightly to the arms of a wooden chair.
A surge of panic overwhelmed him as he tried to comprehend his predicament. The last flicker of memory was a sharp impact to his head while he was fumbling with his house keys, the world dissolving into darkness. Now, he found himself… where? He narrowed his eyes, discerning the faint luminescence of streetlights piercing through a small basement window. It was his own basement.
His spirit plummeted. This was his home. But why was he bound? His thoughts raced, replaying the events of the past few weeks.
Could this be a burglary, or was it something more sinister? The latter occupied his mind, a persistent, gnawing unease, a red flag he had been noticing for some time.
Kirasaki Yuno, his girlfriend of five years, had transformed into someone unrecognizable. Her jealousy had escalated into an obsessive mania—shadowing his every move, dispatching death threats to any woman at his workplace who dared to exchange words with him.
He had attempted to reason with her, to salvage the remnants of their love, but her paranoia raged like an uncontrollable wildfire, incinerating all logic. Severing their relationship was his only recourse, a decision that left him emotionally shattered. And now… this unfolding… immediately after their breakup.
Ren strained against the ropes, his wrists chafing and raw, but they held firm. He tried to cry out, only to discover a soft, fabric-like substance blocking his mouth.
It wasn’t a typical gag—no tape, no cloth, but something… else. His stomach churned violently. A car passed outside, its headlights momentarily bathing the room in light, and in that brief illumination, Ren perceived it: a pair of women’s panties, disturbingly damp, obscuring his mouth. His eyes widened in sheer terror, a horrifying realization dawning upon him. He writhed with greater intensity, the chair groaning ominously under the strain.
“What is this? What is this?” The questions echoed incessantly within his mind, until the basement door creaked open, and a light switched on, blinding him.
Ren froze as a figure emerged—a strikingly beautiful woman clad in a frilly dress, her dark tresses flowing over her shoulders, her physique attractively proportioned for her stature.
This woman was none other than Kirasaki Yuno.
Her face radiated a sweet, almost childlike smile as she advanced, carrying a tray laden with food and water. “Ren-sama!” she chirped, her voice saturated with affection, exuding an air of utmost sweetness. “You’re awake!”
Ren’s heart hammered against his ribs. He thrashed against his bonds, the chair teetering precariously. Yuno tilted her head, placing the tray onto a nearby table. “Oh, Ren-sama, you’re so full of energy today!” she exclaimed, clasping her hands together.
She moved closer, her gaze alight with fervent adoration. “Would you prefer to eat first? Or perhaps a bath?” She paused, a blush gracing her cheeks as she leaned in, her voice softening to a shy whisper. “Or… would you rather have me?”
Ren’s stomach revolted. The chair toppled, sending him crashing to the floor with a heavy thud. Yuno gasped, rushing to his side. “Oh dear, Ren-sama, you must be more careful!” She knelt, her dress brushing against his face as she gently wiped a tear from his cheek with its hem.
She righted the chair, tending to him with the meticulous care of a devoted wife. “You’ve been quite cruel, you know,” she murmured, her tone shifting subtly, acquiring a darker cadence. “Speaking with those other girls behind my back and telling me you wished to leave me. I had to demonstrate just how much I love you. How completely, utterly yours I am.”
She reached for the panties in his mouth, drawing them free. Ren gasped, poised to scream, but before the sound could escape, Yuno enveloped him in a fierce embrace, pressing his face into her chest in a suffocating hug. “Hush now, Ren-sama,” she whispered soothingly. “No one will hear you. It’s only us now.”
He struggled, his muffled protests lost against her. “Yuno, release me!” he finally managed, his voice raspy. “This is madness!”
Her eyes welled with tears, yet her smile remained unbroken. “Madness? No, Ren-sama. This is love.”

For days, Ren remained ensnared in a harrowing ordeal. Yuno kept him tethered to the chair, feeding him as if he were a small child. She would hum softly, her touch lingering as she brushed his hair or cleaned his face. Every attempt at rational discourse was met with that same unnerving smile. “You will understand, Ren-sama,” she’d insist. “We are destined to be together. Forever.”
She would drone on about their future, about how she would ensure his happiness, proclaiming that no one else could possibly love him as she did. Ren’s desperate pleas went unheard. He was utterly exhausted, his body aching from the unyielding ropes, his mind fraying under the constant onslaught of her suffocating affection.
Each night, she would settle beside him, murmuring tender endearments as he sat bound, utterly incapable of escaping her embrace.
But that was not the extent of it.
She would grant him handjobs to assuage his desires, at times even engaging in self-pleasure before him while crying out his name. “Ren-sama… Ren-sama… I am cumming,” she would often exclaim, drenching his body in her love.
Her inherent shyness was the sole reason she refrained from crossing certain boundaries. Each time Ren met her gaze, she’d blush furiously and flee the room, as if she hadn’t just pleasured herself directly in front of him, her private parts exposed for his viewing.
On the seventh day, a subtle shift occurred. Yuno seemed preoccupied, her actions becoming hurried as she secured him with ropes after he had eaten. The restraints felt unusually loose to Ren. His heart pounded as he tested them, the knots yielding slightly under his manipulation. He waited patiently until she departed the basement, professing a need to "prepare something special." The instant the door clicked shut, Ren yanked forcefully at the ropes, his wrists stinging with pain. They came undone.
A surge of adrenaline coursed through him. He staggered upright, his legs shaky from days of confinement. The small basement window presented his only feasible escape route. Grabbing a nearby stool, he smashed it against the glass. Shards rained outwards, and he clambered through, disregarding the cuts that opened on his hands. The crisp night air greeted him as he stumbled into his backyard.
He took off running, his bare feet slapping against the grass, making a beeline for his neighbor's residence. The street lay silent, the neighborhood deep in slumber. Reaching their doorstep, he pounded with urgency. "Help! Please, call the police!" he cried, his voice hoarse.
No one answered. He knocked with greater force, desperation gnawing at him. Then, he heard it – hurried footsteps approaching from behind. Icy dread washed over him. Slowly, he turned, and there she stood. Yuno, her visage contorted with fury, her dress billowing gently in the night breeze. A kitchen knife gleamed menacingly in her hand under the streetlamp's glare.
"Why, Ren-sama?" she wailed, her voice cracking. "Why are you running away from me?"
Ren resumed pounding on the door, his hope dwindling as he realized his neighbors must be out of town. "Yuno, stop this!" he shouted, retreating. "You are not well! You require assistance!"
Her eyes welled with tears, yet the grip on the knife tightened. "I have done everything for you," she declared, her voice trembling. "I eliminated those girls who sought to steal you from me. Your family too—they failed to comprehend our bond. I ensured it is simply you and me now."
Ren's knees threatened to buckle. "You... what?" he whispered, horror dawning upon him. "You are responsible for harming my one and only sister? Have you lost your mind?"
"For us!" she sobbed. "For our love!"
"You are a monster!" Ren bellowed, his voice breaking. "You are a demon, Yuno! You deserve to perish!"
Her expression shattered, tears coursing down her cheeks as she absorbed Ren's bitter words. "Perhaps I do," she murmured. "But if I am to die, I shall take you with me, Ren-sama."
Before he could react, she lunged. The knife buried itself in his back, searing pain erupting through his body. He staggered, blood saturating his shirt. "Yuno, no!" he gasped, attempting to drag himself away.
She stabbed again, and again, her sobs mingling with his screams. "I love you, Ren-sama," she choked out, her hands quivering as she buried the knife into him no fewer than ten times. "For all of eternity."
Ren's vision swam, his body slumping to the ground lifelessly. Yuno collapsed beside him, tears streaming down her face. She raised the knife to her own throat. "If I cannot possess you, no one shall," she whispered. With a final, shuddering exhalation, she severed her own throat, falling beside him in death.
As his awareness receded, Ren's final thought turned to the affection they once shared, now warped into something unrecognizable. The streetlight flickered above, casting their broken forms in a cold, indifferent radiance, though at that moment, Ren remained unaware that this was merely the prologue to his unfolding saga.
