David uses the Chaos Observation Instrument to locate a dangerous anomaly near the Far North ice zone. Meanwhile, Amy lies unconscious, her life fading due to residual spiritual energy. To save her and stabilize the situation, David and Zelros agree to use the Star Pupil Race's 'Heart's Ice Coffin' secret technique.

Zelros raised both hands high and chanted the ancient Spell, "Seal the Soul in Ice, purify the traces of the heart, shroud the Source of Life with endless Frost!"

As his voice rolled out, low and forceful, every word was like a blade rending the air, driving the surrounding temperature down in an instant to hundreds of degrees below zero.

In that brief, suffocating, bone-piercing chill, a heavy shell of Ice, crystal-clear and gleaming with a faint bluish ghost-light, rapidly rose from the altar, like a colossal, sharply faceted "coffin," slowly sealing Amy within.

On the surface of that ice shell were Engraving the Runes left by the ancestors of the Star Pupil Race; they seemed to possess a rhythm of their own, flickering with a bewitching radiance under the night, like the pulse of life itself.

Confronted with this harsh yet sacred rite, everyone held their breath, not daring to allow the slightest stray thought to intrude.

All of a sudden, "Woom—" a vast shockwave of Soul power erupted from the deepest core of the "Coffin of the Heart," flooding the entire camp in a silver-blue ocean of light.

This force was both pure and razor-sharp, as though it pierced through all illusions to reach the true origin of reality.

David’s eyes grew moist; he reached out his other hand to lightly touch the transparent Crystal surface. "You will make it through..."

Gradually, from within the crystal-clear inner layer came a faint rhythm, a gentle cadence like the leap of life.

This was the sign of Soul awakening, of rebirth, and of new life.

The sensation was so intense it nearly choked him, yet above all, hope and conviction surged up within him.

At the same time, at the edge of the great rift in the Earth far away, where torn space still yawned, the searing miasma woven from molten lava and corrosive toxins had not yet fully dispersed, but it was shrouded beneath a strange "Frozen-Flame" boundary.

A colossal wall, woven from interlaced Flame and Frost, spanned the sky, towering into the clouds; its surface shimmered with silver-blue light and rippling waves, as inviolable as a Barrier of the Cosmos.

This was formed by the power of the "Heart of Ice" at Amy’s core, condensed and constructed into being, the most crucial First Ring in reversing the tide of battle—

This heavenly wall not only imposed absolute suppression, but also fused the most extreme clash of Elements under heaven: blazing Flame and absolute cold coexisted and collided in violent turmoil, yet produced a rare spectacle of balance. Along its edges, swelling, revolving Energy Waves rippled outward, devouring any who dared approach, rendering the enemy incapable of advancing even half a step!

On the other side of the rift, within the dark void, loomed a ferocious silhouette, its towering form sheathed in dissolving black-flame Scale Armor;

crimson eyes burned with rage;

its voice thundered like a tempest tearing the sky asunder: "Heh-heh... pitiful mortals! You dare use your fragile shells to hinder my descent!

Tonight, I shall personally shatter the laws of this world, and consign the Far North to eternal burning Purgatory!"

The Lord’s enraged bellow was deafening, setting distant continental mountain ranges trembling and collapsing in resonance; the very atmosphere twisted into uncanny vortices.

A torrent of searing lava erupted forth, accompanied by surging, sinister dark-violet Chaos Energy that swept across the land, making every nearby living being feel the threat of annihilation and stirring wave upon wave of trembling terror!

Snow filled the sky, dancing and swirling, blanketing the Earth, the ravaged battlefield, and the still-unyielding Frost Puppets.

The air was thick with a complex, taut tension—a sense of crisis germinating in the wake of uncertain life and death, and a wordless unease in the hearts of the Guardians.

David sat upright within the temporary command tent, the Chaos Observation Instrument resting quietly before him on the command table carved from Ice Crystal grain.

The device’s living eyeball core slowly rotated with a ghostly blue light, the rippling glow hinting at an indescribable mystery and oppressive might.

Fourteen tiny Rune-etched facets orbited around it, flickering with faint pulses, their rhythm as distinct as a heartbeat.

The dim oil lamp in the tent cast wavering shadows, painting David’s face in alternating softness and iron resolve.

His brows were tightly knit; his gaze was as deep and still as a winter night sky, yet roiled with hidden currents.

Fine beads of sweat gathered on his brow, the mark of a mind in extreme concentration, and the natural reaction to pressure and responsibility interwoven.

"The Abyssal Badge on Liliana... is it truly in resonance with the flow of Dimension Ice Crystal Energy detected by this Chaos Observation Instrument?"

He muttered to himself, his voice low yet clear.

Amy sat to one side, both hands lightly clasping the head of her Magic Staff; the staff was set with a pale-blue Crystal, glowing faintly under her slender fingertips.

Her face was grave, but her brows carried a gleam of resolve and composure. "I sensed it as well. This frequency resonance is no coincidence; it means some deeper connection is gradually surfacing."

Reina, clad in Battle Armor, stood at the entrance of the tent. Her fingers brushed the edge of her scabbard, her gaze sharp as an eagle’s. "This could mean we’ve been misjudging the true source of the enemy’s power all along... The Observer is likely using Abyssal Energy to ’manufacture’ these grotesque Ice Crystals by some unknown method."

Zelros stood on the other side of the device, Longsword in hand, though his eyes kept straying to the three-dimensional phantom projection cast by the Chaos Observation Instrument.

The faint curve at the corner of his lips could not conceal the weight in his eyes. "If that is the case, then we face not merely a superficial invasion, but a war of Energy manipulation—extremely covert and immensely complex."

Before the Chaos Observation Instrument, a vast three-dimensional spatial image unfolded in slow rotation, flickering in the semi-transparent air with countless intricate symbols and flowing data lines.

Those lines wound and meandered like trickling streams, tightly linking several high-density Energy nodes together, and the brightest, most conspicuous points corresponded to several immense, eerily shifting "Dimension Ice Crystals."

These Ice Crystals seemed like non-material entities; their surfaces shimmered with a deep-blue phosphorescence, answering the distant twinkle of stars in the firmament, yet they carried a warped, uncanny sense of instability.
