David honed his control over temporal fragments, learning to fold parts of his body into parallel space to evade attacks. He ventured deeper into the corrupted crevice, protected by Reina and Amy, when a sudden sound erupted from the depths.

But these were not beautiful, they were the Chaos Power transformed into its most primitive and fierce state, the doomsday signal about to explode from the end of the pollution chain!

David took a deep breath, and the ghostly blue flames on his body suddenly burned violently to the extreme. At the same time, he activated the newly understood "Basic Dimension Folding." A faint, transparent, twisted ripple began to appear and spread like a dreamlike ripple from his right shoulder and half of his chest down to parts of his lower limbs;

In just the blink of an eye, leveraging the dimensional distortion, he swiftly shifted a portion of his torso, which had been fatally impacted, to enter a parallel existence domain after passing through the real space, achieving a true body displacement evasion!

This scene shocked everyone in the camp, including Zelros, who couldn’t help but widen his eyes in amazement while continuously consolidating the Barrier Rune Network on the outer perimeter of the guardian array.

It was not just a battle technique, but also a breakthrough in a new understanding of the fundamental laws of the Otherworldly Cosmos, an important supreme skill not fully mastered by the ancient sages of his race!

A fierce offensive suddenly erupted with heavenly rumbles, as massive mycelium tendrils mixed with decaying mist frantically pounced towards the death-edge location of the already displaced torso.

Yet even with such fierce threats, they could not touch the true body parts, which were disorderly distributed and cleverly hidden in another parallel dimension’s entity!

Enemy data feedback showed chaos and struggle—they were facing a human weapon that was both real and elusive, a new type of battle mode that transcended conventional physical limits, extinguishing its crises through Other Dimension leaps and looking for opportunities to fight back!

Meanwhile, Reina swung the Silver Blade Longsword, killing the parasitic infection group that tried to breach the barrier and infiltrate the camp periphery with thunderous speed, and simultaneously Liya deployed her Holy Shield to assist in stabilizing the Defense Barrier. Suddenly, the entire team once again burst forth with the strongest fighting spirit of life. Even as the environment became more perilous and harsh, they showed no hesitation or retreat, willing only to sacrifice the last of their flesh and soul to stop the catastrophe from continuing to expand!

At this moment, preparation for future unknown terrifying challenges, further honing, and perfecting their own abilities, and forming a clear understanding of diverse teamwork collaboration methods all undoubtedly became essential foundations necessary for their continued journey.

After tonight’s initial attempt at showcasing their edge, greater war horns had already sounded, summoning them to become stronger and wiser to face all the upcoming unknown challenges and world-shaking changes...

The Far North Wilderness remained desolate and barren, with a blanket of snow keeping everything silent, only leaving the occasional howling wind that swept through valleys and gorges, echoing the majestic snowstorm’s roaring sounds.

A pale moon emerged from behind thick clouds, casting a silvery light across the snowy fields.

In the dark of night, indistinct human shadows gradually gathered, some kneeling, some standing, all standing with devout and firm gazes watching the warrior who had just completed devouring the remaining fragments of the Other Dimension, returning from the Illusion Realm to awaken in the flesh world, and heading toward a new dawn...

David paused his steps and looked towards the direction of the camp, a long-lost weary but satisfied smile appeared on his face.

"This is the first step, and my journey to higher realms is imminent..."

He said, "Only by constantly challenging our own limits and forging new skills with blood can we truly defend our homeland from destruction."

The frosty winter winds of the Far North had yet to subside, the night deepened, and a certain unspoken unease permeated the air.

The aftermath of the rift sealing ritual had not yet completely dissipated, and everyone in the camp was still immersed in the emotions woven by the victory and sacrifice they had just experienced.

On this temporarily regained calm piece of earth, a more terrifying disaster was quietly approaching.

In the distance beneath the sky, the stars had been swallowed by thick dark clouds, leaving only vague, phantom-like shadows swaying amidst.

It was an unusual and unavoidable force slowly corroding the space’s essence—a Swarm of Space-Eating Worms.

This place, considered sacred by the Star Pupil Race and rooted in the depths of the frosty North, large, ancient tree Holy Land, was now shrouded in an oppressive layer which was suffocating.

The ancient holy trees stood like giant pillars between heaven and earth, yet they seemed on the brink of collapse under this invisible disaster.

From afar, the eerie dark swarms tearing at the void’s edges, pouring from an unknown dimension into the real domain like a Black Tide.

These worm bodies were composed of countless tiny joint limbs, covered with an exoskeleton that gleamed with an eerie icy blue luster. Every squirm was accompanied by a chilling creak, as though swords were gnawing at the very essence of space.

"They’re here... too fast."

Zelros stood at the edge of the camp, his expression as grave as ancient rock, yet he couldn’t help but clench his fists.

Those eyes, etched with countless years’ worth of wrinkles yet still bright, were now full of worry and vigilance.

"The Star Pupil Race’s holy trees..."

Reina whispered softly, her gaze locked on the gigantic tree canopy ahead, beneath the layers of branches and leaves, the massive tree trunk shimmered with exquisite blue textures, now showing fine cracks and bewildering irregular deformations.

"If it... falls, we will all lose the last of our protection."

David stood firmly, clad in his Frost Wolf cloak, with ghostly blue flames gently flickering over his whole body, a symbol of the power flowing from his blood and intertwined with his spiritual will.

He furrowed his brows, and his eyes were sharp as a blade: "These worms are not just simple creatures, they gnaw through the spatial structure, attacking the Earth-time network most directly and brutally."

Suddenly, the air trembled slightly, as if invisible fingers swiped forcefully across the void, sketching twisted fracture lines in the night sky—like glass being smashed into countless sharp shards suspended and scattered, every piece carrying an eerie chill of幽光.

This was the strange byproduct of the Swarm of Space-Eating Worms passing through: the boundary between reality and illusion instantly shattered and fractured, and although the foundation of the Star Pupil Race’s Holy Land was as solid as a rock, it could not withstand this seemingly intangible but actually heart-rending attack gradually expanding and eroding!

"Observer..."

Zelros’s voice was low, as he slowly pulled a crystalline rune from his pocket, intricately engraved with spiraling runes, "It was they who deployed these destructive creatures, whatever their intentions, they must be stopped."

Amy rushed out of the camp, her white robe fluttering like an ice and snow elf in the dawn of winter, yet her eyes revealed unmistakable anxiety and determination.

"I will assist with the rapid repair of the array, but if we are delayed any longer, you must fight against the worm tide! Do not let them approach the tree core of the Holy Land!"

Reina had already gripped her dual blades tightly, their cold edges reflecting the surrounding snow-colored moonlight, she took a deep breath, channeling all of her strength into her fingertips: "We are ready to charge at any moment! We must not let those terrifying parasitic entities breach the defense line!"

David gazed towards the dark horizon, where the malicious existences cast out by the Observers formed an ominous dark cloud pressing down, endless and terrifying.

He silently chanted a Spell, fully utilizing his newly grasped "Basic Dimension Folding" ability, occasionally swapping dimensional positions of certain body parts, swiftly cutting down the parasitic tentacles and eroding spores coming at him, each punch accompanied by ghostly blue flames burning away the foul decay!

The surrounding space constantly emitted the sound of breaking and shattering, and the residual energy of the new Magic, which had once caused him painful struggles, was constantly spreading, now reappearing more violently, surging like a tide to create great chaos and pressure on the battle site.

The flying snow covered the traces of rampant mycelia beneath, but the piercing, pungent stench still pervaded, further emphasizing the heavy sense of threat from the ravaging disaster.

Suddenly, not far from the camp, a gigantic space-eating tentacle burst up from the ground, covered with lightning-like patterns and rotting mycelia, writhing and extending, trying to grasp the overhead enormous ancient tree branches!

The tip of the tentacle sprayed poison gas-like toxic mist that scorched the air, making the frosty winter wind sticky and unbearable!

"Watch out! This is one of the Observers’ strongest mutant parasitic weapons!"

Zelros shouted, swiftly deploying a forbidden spell summoning array, hoping to hold back the dangerous creature and buy time for his teammates.
