"Your abilities are uniquely suited to counter the Legendary Wizard; you will therefore be tasked with drawing the attention of these insects. I shall employ divine arts to eradicate them. If all proceeds as planned, Nora could be vanquished within a decade...

...unless the Chaos Emperor makes a return to intervene."

The Lord of Chaotic Star voiced its hope:

With a stride, it advanced towards Nora.

A thunderous rumble echoed as space itself quaked and the heavens above fractured.

An ancient, obsidian tower seemed to pierce through spacetime, instantaneously descending upon Nora.

It plummeted directly towards the Lord of Chaotic Star.

The Lord of Chaotic Star, clearly prepared, unleashed surging underground fires and demonic energy. Its form became enveloped by 108 rippling layers of its Demon Domain, which then collided with the descending ancient tower.

Its colossal Demon Body, stretching across millions of miles, trembled, showing signs of instability.

A supporting demonic foot crushed the surrounding Void, barely allowing it to maintain its footing.

"Divine Skill—Dark Emperor Finger!"

A potent surge of darkness coalesced, materializing into a colossal dark finger, no smaller than the ancient tower itself. It struck the tower, sending it reeling backward.

The ancient tower shuddered, its equilibrium momentarily disturbed.

Helos let out a sneer:

"I am the Dark God; within this Land of Darkness, none comprehend its essence better than I, save perhaps the Mother of Darkness. Does a mere lordless ancient tower presume to block my path?"

The ancient tower initiated another assault.

Surrounding it were twenty-four figures.

Arranged in an Octagonal Star Formation, they were grouped in threes, forming eight distinct units.

Leading these contingents were the Frost Witch, the Spiritual Venerable, and the Mountain Giant King.

The weakest among them possessed cultivation at the late stage of Level 10, with six individuals at the peak of Level 10. This represented the elite combat contingent assigned to defend Nora.

The Frost Witch mused:
