Garcia consumes a potion in a desperate bid for legendary status as the Fire Sovereign leads a massive elemental invasion into the astral world, overwhelming the Eternal Divine Domain and slaying a True God. Meanwhile, Emmon and Heavenly Will struggle against the Chaotic Servant, but the Fire Sovereign arrives, bolstered by a promise to Sauron, and joins the fight. As the battle escalates with two Supremes now facing the Chaotic Servant, the Abyss prepares a counter-offensive. On another front, the Lord of Storm battles Insect Queens when the Power Dragon unexpectedly turns on him.

Star Realm Battlefield.

A deathly silence descended.

The Lord of Storm felt as if he had plunged into an abyss, a pervasive chill seizing him as an immense, invisible defensive field surged like a tide, completely annexing the space around him.

A Power Domain!

"You... How could you possibly break free from the seal imposed by the two Supreme Beings?"

As one of the top ten most powerful Gods within the astral world, the Lord of Storm possessed considerable strength.

Without the Dragon Slayer Sword, few among the Power Dragons could rival his might.

Yet, at this moment, his life hung in the balance if he couldn't escape swiftly.

With a mere thought, a silver-white spear materialized, meticulously condensed from the swirling storm.

The Ancient Divine Weapon, the Spear of Destruction.

Its quality ranked among the very best of top-tier treasures.

With a decisive slash of the spear, it arduously carved out an opening in the power seal.

Meanwhile, the greatsword wielded by the Power Dragon was already hurtling downwards!

"With the might of the Three Thousand Worlds condensed into this single strike, can you possibly withstand it?"

No flashy spells were employed, only pure, unadulterated power and sheer force!

The Sea of Ruins, stretching for millions of miles, gave way to a vacuum, the very fabric of space-time trembling and descending into chaos. From a distance, the astral world appeared to bear a colossal void.

The clang of metal against metal reverberated.

The Spear of Destruction met the Dragon Slayer Sword in a violent collision.

The Lord of Storm’s form was uncontrollably driven downwards.

His face contorted, pallid, and ominous cracks began to spiderweb across the surface of the Spear of Destruction.

This was the formidable power of the Dragon Slayer!

Damn it all, why had he entrusted this sword to the Power Dragon?

How had this happened? When had the seal been broken?

Could it be that this entity harbored a method of escape all along, merely feigning subjugation to the astral world and engaging the insectoid forces… all while biding its time?

Waiting for the opportune moment when the Supreme Beings of the astral world were preoccupied, leaving no one capable of posing a threat?

Then, it would shatter the seal and enact its betrayal upon the astral world.

The more the Lord of Storm contemplated it, the more plausible it seemed.

This entity, he realized, had been merely acting!

There was no time for reflection; the Power Dragon’s greatsword descended once more.

The Lord of Storm could do nothing but repeatedly parry with the Spear of Destruction.

His position continued to deteriorate, pushed further down.

He was finally blasted out of the astral world entirely, propelled into the Multidimensional Plane.

The Lord of Storm surveyed his dire situation, distress evident. Divine power flowed vigorously from his palms.

His divine bones too were laced with cracks, inflicting agonizing pain.

The Spear of Destruction let out a mournful cry. It had accompanied the Lord of Storm through countless battles, vanquishing innumerable formidable beings, yet before the Dragon Slayer Sword, it felt as fragile as a mere child's toy.

The Power Dragon let out a sneering laugh:

"What does it feel like to be cast down into the Lower Realm?"

The Lord of Storm responded:

"Remain calm. We do not necessarily have to meet in a fight to the death. With your strength and status, if you would assist us in quelling the rebellion in the Multidimensional Plane, the Star Ancestor could aid your ascension to Supreme. He might even elevate you to the position of God of Ten Thousand Dragons, or God of Myriad Beasts!"

The response was a torrent of Dragon Slayer Sword Qi, capable of cleaving the very heavens and earth!

Much like the Fire Sovereign, this was an attack devoid of intricate technique, relying solely on raw, overwhelming might. It nonetheless forced the Lord of Storm to fully deploy his Divine Power Barrier, daring not to falter.

The Power Dragon exuded an aura of boundless dominance, proclaiming with arrogant pride:

"Do you think I would covet your broken divine position? When we five legendary dragon species roamed the world, you were nothing more than an insignificant insect! What right does your Star Ancestor possess to bestow any title upon me?"

The legendary dragon species, born directly from the world's fundamental rules.

They are the most noble, the most inherently gifted of the entire Dragon Clan.

They exist eternally and undyingly, with only one capable of existing at any given time.

Their eldest brother holds the distinction of being the most singular existence within this entire universe.

The Time Dragon!

Under the relentless assault of the Power Dragon, the Lord of Storm struggled valiantly to maintain his defense.

He found himself unable to call for aid from the heavens or the earth.

"Hmph, do not presume this God fears you."

With a sudden heave, he hurled the Spear of Destruction forward. In response, the Power Dragon swung down with the Dragon Slayer Sword!

"Boom!"

Accompanied by the pained shrieks of the Lord of Storm.

He initiated the self-destruction of his Lifebound Artifact. A fist-sized orb of swirling storm and thunder rapidly expanded, growing to the colossal size of a storm-and-thunder star spanning millions of miles, erupting with a deafening roar. Shockwaves swept across the cosmos.

He proved himself to be a decisive individual.

Following the self-destruction of his divine weapon, he swiftly made his escape into the distance.

The Power Dragon did not pursue, instead returning to the astral world.

Its draconic eyes gazed intently in the direction of the Storm Divine Domain.

"You may flee, but you cannot hide forever."

Spreading its mighty wings, it soared away, transforming into a streak of light that traversed the sea of stars.

...

The ensuing chain reaction, triggered by the Power Dragon’s profound betrayal, began to fester. The astral world, now deprived of its most formidable vanguard against the encroaching insectoid forces, witnessed the latter retaliate with even greater ferocity.

The Star Ancestor was exceedingly furious upon receiving the news.

He then interrogated the priest and the Divine Mother.

"Did you regularly inspect the seal holding the Power Dragon?"

Both the priest and the Divine Mother affirmed their diligence, assuring no laziness was involved. They too were perplexed as to how the Power Dragon, not being Supreme, managed to break through the seal they had jointly erected.

Could there have been a secret intervention?

The truth remained elusive.

And so it was.

An increasing number of powerful beings began to rebel against the astral world.

These beings were once identified as mere mounts for the Gods, subservient slaves, or personal playthings—viewed as insignificant by the Gods, who paid no heed to their feelings.

They possessed no divine positions, excluded from the ranks of the seven hundred Gods.

Now, a long-suppressed spirit of defiance ignited within them.

They rose in revolt, challenging the very authority that perpetually looked down upon them!

As the Nora Coalition proclaimed:

"Amidst the myriad phenomena of the Thousand Hills, can inherent birthright truly exist?"

While these rebels did not formally join the Nora Coalition.

Their objectives aligned, leading to an unspoken understanding and cooperation.

The dominion of the astral world hung precariously.

...

On a different theater of conflict.

The Snow Goddess and the Sea God, two formidable deities, united their strength against the Stinging Snake Queen. The Sea God, a bald man clad in a blue robe, wielded a Double Trident, known as the Ancient Divine Artifact: Four Seas and Eight Desolate Halberd!

These combatants were evenly matched in power.

While not within the top ten, they ranked among the top thirty in the astral world.

The current deadlock signaled the incipient decline of the astral world.

The Star Ancestor commanded all Gods to eliminate every insect queen within a century, by any means necessary. Following this, the entire celestial army would march upon the Star Wilderness to confront the seemingly unstoppable Nora Coalition.
