Previously on Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method...
A century has passed since the last war. Levi has awakened from seclusion, his spiritual force close to Ten Rings Perfection. He has developed new legendary spells to protect his allies against mind attacks, and his knightly cultivation progresses steadily. He looks forward to resolving Sauron's unfinished business and embarking on a journey.
After their retreat concluded.Levi saw Elena by his side as he opened his eyes. She too had just emerged from seclusion.
"Knight Ninth Level Middle Stage?" Levi inquired.
"Yes," Elena confirmed.
"And those three siblings?"
"They are currently in seclusion, aiming to reach Level Nine swiftly to enlist in the Dusk Army."
"Hmm, let them follow the Dusk Army into the Nightmare World for a few centuries. Once their combat experience is sufficient, they can then proceed to the actual battlefield." He hoped the three siblings would soon become capable of independent action. This way, when he and Elena ventured through the Multiverse in the future, their descendants could safeguard this Multidimensional Plane in their stead.Ever since assuming the role of Grand Council Chairman, Levi had been continuously occupied with council duties or deep in cultivation retreats. Furthermore, the persistent wars spanning years had kept him in a state of constant tension. Suddenly, he recalled that he hadn't truly celebrated with Elena in quite some time. Gazing at the beautiful woman before him, who now possessed a slightly diminished usual spirit since becoming a mother, carrying a more tender and gentle aura, Levi chuckled and pulled Elena into the hot spring with him.Following an intense battle that had raged for three months, the pair rested by the water's edge, conversing as they had in days past, continuing until the starry night descended.
Elena suddenly voiced her thoughts: "I truly wish this war would conclude soon, allowing you to step down as Grand Council Chairman. It feels like we've seen each other less and less as the years pass. When you're in seclusion, I'm out and about. When you're out, I'm back in seclusion."
Levi responded, "I also have no desire to remain the Grand Council Chairman... but seeing as Sauron achieved so much, someone must continue his work. Just manage to endure for this millennium."Elena, understanding Levi's words, shifted the conversation: "By the way, while you were in seclusion, someone visited the Ancient Dragon Continent and left a golden leaf for me to present to you. It seems to be connected to the Golden Sacred Realm." As she spoke, she produced a golden leaf. Levi accepted it, and it instantly dissolved into a golden mist, forming the image of a bald phantom with prominent long brows and a wise, kind expression.Levi had never encountered this individual before, yet he immediately grasped his identity. "Heavenly Wisdom Saint King?"The bald phantom replied, "Yes, I am Tian Hui."Levi questioned, "You actually dare to set foot in Nora?"The Heavenly Wisdom Saint King answered, "Why would I not dare? In a manner of speaking, this place is also my home." As he delivered these words, the Heavenly Wisdom Saint King underwent a transformation, conjuring the likeness of a figure clad in white robes. He appeared strikingly handsome, with deep-set eyes, gazing towards the heavens with his hands clasped behind his back.Levi and Elena's expressions shifted dramatically. "Sauron? You are Sauron?"The Heavenly Wisdom Saint King shook his head with a smile. "I am not Sauron; at most, I am a duplicate of Sauron. Sauron met his end long ago, and these duplicates bear little resemblance to the original."Levi had indeed suspected as much. He was aware of the possibility of creating multiple duplicates. It wouldn't be fitting for Sauron, the progenitor of wizards, to exist without several duplicates. The Heavenly Wisdom Saint King, too, was one of his backup plans.Levi inquired, "What is it you require of me?"The Heavenly Wisdom Saint King stated, "Now presents the most opportune moment to resolve the Sacred Realm matter.""How so?""Upon learning of Nora's triumph over the Nightmare, the Golden Will recognized that the astral world could no longer provide sanctuary for the Sacred Realm. Consequently, they led their entire clan to migrate to the [Land of Origin].""The Land of Origin?""Precisely. You could conceptualize it as a hidden dimension created by the Origin Divine Tree. Most supreme beings, in their efforts to evade the detection of the Giants, establish small strongholds there.""Does Sauron possess one?""No, he had no need to conceal himself.""Do you possess the coordinates for the Land of Origin?""Yes, and that is precisely why I have come to inform you.""Why would you offer this assistance? You should be independent from Sauron by now. After all, Sauron is deceased; you are no longer obligated to follow his directives.""Your words... Sauron is gone, yet I still harbor fear of him. Who can say what contingency plans he might have established against me? It is prudent to adhere to his instructions." The pronouncements of the Heavenly Wisdom Saint King left Levi momentarily speechless. Truly befitting the ancestor of wizards, his residual influence could still instill fear in a duplicate. Even in death, his dominion persisted. The projection of the Heavenly Wisdom Saint King imparted a set of coordinates to Levi. He continued, "The Land of Origin exists in complete isolation from the outside world. I am currently within it, and only the Golden Will has the authority to open it from the inside; therefore, I cannot grant you access. However, with your Supreme Level might, combined with certain specialized techniques, you should be able to breach an opening and infiltrate using the specified coordinates. Once inside the Land of Origin, discreetly eliminating the Sacred Realm without alerting any entity should deter the inhabitants of the starry world from waging war on Nora. Moreover, the astral world is currently preoccupied with the insect calamity. This particular issue will most likely remain unaddressed."Levi asked,
"Aren’t you afraid I might take your life too?"
The Saint King of Heavenly Wisdom let out a laugh:
"Sauron declared that upon the completion of his mission, my purpose would be realized, allowing me to finally be my true self, free from living as a mere copy beneath his shadow... I imagine he said this, confident that you wouldn’t eliminate me."
Levi chuckled:
"Hahaha, it appears you are indeed a replication of Sauron. Surely, you possess a fragment of the Wisdom Tablet Sauron left behind?"
The Saint King of Heavenly Wisdom affirmed:
"Indeed."
Levi inquired further:
"And Sauron likely has several other duplicates like yourself, correct?"
"I would assume so, yes."
"Who might they be?"
"I am uncertain myself. It is merely a conjecture. Sauron would not have permitted communication among his duplicates; thus, even if one were to betray him due to certain circumstances, it would not jeopardize his overarching strategy... However, I suspect Sauron’s duplicates are all quite intelligent."
"I appreciate you sharing this information."
Levi gained understanding.
Firstly, the Ignorant Monarch must be excluded, as he is far too foolish and inexplicably became the Nightmare Tactician, embodying sheer foolishness.
There are a notable number of intelligent individuals within the Multidimensional Plane.
He could not ascertain which other duplicates Sauron might have, but he knew that among the Four Great Giants, excluding the ambiguous Underworld, the others would undoubtedly have duplicates strategically placed.
