Levi rallied his knights at the Dusk Holy Temple amid celebrations before the clash with the Nightmare World. Silver Thunder Knight recovered from his supreme tribulation, revealing his Thunder Monarch bloodline and affirming his path to supremacy. Over decades, Levi advanced to mid-stage level-10, mastering the legendary spell Ten Swords against sparring foes, while Leon ascended to level-10 and Duke Rumon reached level-9 knighthood, confronting the Dark Moon Knight.

"Halo Knight, you have finally arrived!"

The Dark Moon Knight tightly embraced Duke Rumon, tears flowing down his cheeks.

So lonely, utterly lonely in this place.

Unlike the lively and thrilling Destruction Heaven.

"Hahaha, where is the Qing Niao Knight? That rascal promised we’d reach level 9 together, but I’m here and he’s nowhere in sight." Duke Rumon cast his eyes around the room.

Not long afterward.

Another silhouette charged through the doorway.

A glorious blue bird materialized, evoking the mythical Green Bird: holy and imposing, its call sharp and echoing, with a trail of dawn glow and frosty light.

"I’ve arrived. The old ones still retain their sharpness."

The Green Bird Knight couldn’t hold back his admiring exclamation.

Evidently, he had entered the knight’s path ahead.

Still, Duke Rumon had ultimately passed him on that twisting trail.

"Hehehe, recently I’ve emphasized Knight’s Practice as primary, Wizard Cultivation as auxiliary. I didn’t wish to be the last among the Eighteen Riders to break through."

Duke Rumon’s demeanor brimmed with youthful playfulness and vigor.

The Green Bird Knight abruptly comprehended.

So you’ve been covertly rivaling us, haven’t you?

The Dark Moon Knight erupted in laughter.

"Excellent! Invisible Heaven now has three of us gathered. When the Goddess Knight arrives, we can play mahjong, hahahaha!"

Recalling his mother, the Green Bird Knight’s mood turned slightly heavy.

"May Mother achieve level 9."

He and his father simply hoped to journey a bit longer with Elsa.

Otherwise, their mother would only greet them as a Heroic Spirit.

Thus, 15 among the 18 Twilight Cavalry had already attained level 9 Knights.

Only Dragon Flame Knight, Peacock Knight, and Snake Knight remained one step short.

Besides the Eighteen Riders, three more level 9 Knights had appeared, including the Divine Light Knight, all nearing life’s end yet possessing Legendary Bloodlines.

The holy temple’s leaders and top talents were progressively stepping into the ninth level age.

This fueled Levi’s greater anticipation for the looming great war.

...

Ten years later.

Across the Sorren Continent...

The Daydreamer stood outside his abode, staring at the illusory dream archway spanning the firmament.

It connected to the Land of Darkness, where a solitary figure traversed it.

"Best of luck, Dream Moon."

Phantom Wind Walker and Dream Moon Walker, the inaugural wizards under Daydreamer—both teacher and ally—had braved countless dark nights together, awaiting dawn’s arrival.

Atop the Tower of Heaven...

Levi, donned in splendid white robes, displayed a serious expression.

Inwardly, he offered quiet well-wishes to Dream Moon Walker, waiting silently.

Time passed rapidly; a month flew by in the wink of an eye.

Yet that lone figure never returned to view.

As everyone pondered if a miracle like the Green Forest Master’s or Levi’s could happen again, the Daydreamer’s face paled upon beholding the fragmented soul token.

He shut his eyes, announcing in a hushed, grief-stricken tone:

"Dream Moon has fallen."

Levi sighed, stating:

"Legendary is difficult—harder than touching the blue sky."

The Legendary Great Tribulation—even he couldn’t conquer it.

Too many precarious moments existed where a tiny error led to death.

The congress had provided Dream Moon Walker with life-saving measures, hoping failure wouldn’t end him; now it appeared, without remarkable luck,

defeat brought total destruction.

Now, hopes pivoted to another perfect Nine-Ring Wizard:

Phantom Wind Walker.

Three years afterward.

Phantom Wind Walker prepared himself.

From the Nightmare Monarch’s remains, he created a Legendary Artifact: the Wind and Moon Mirror, to honor his beloved friend and bear his final hopes, venturing onto the path to legend.

Anxiety overtook even the Daydreamer.

Other Legendary Wizards also felt their hearts tighten in concern.

A month later, a spectral blue bridge emerged over the Sorren Continent. Its surface mirrored like glass, showing gentle breezes stroking willows as the moon illuminated the stream.

A form seemed to step from the phantom mirror into the real world.

Phantom Wind Walker—successful!

In that instant, Legendary aura burst from him; his eyes ignited with zeal, his soul merged with the heavens.

"Dream Moon, I’ve become Legendary!"

A round disk, moon-like and mirror-bright, floated behind him.

This constituted his Legendary wizard form: Mirror of Dream and Blooming Flower.

Sauron’s letter to him held just two words:

One was [Wind], the other [Moon].

Wind—scatters fog, pierces illusions, reveals truth.

Moon—arcane and fleeting, crafts mirages, chases moon in water.

Phantom Wind Walker’s triumphant roar touched everyone present.

Levi conveyed his congratulations:

"Congratulations, Phantom Wind Walker, on attaining the legendary path—may your years reach ten thousand!"

Soon, the rest of the Legendary Wizards chimed in with their congratulations.

"The School of Dreams flourishes—two have now become legendary."

"They can already rival the Elementalist School."

"Who could have foreseen that, millennia ago, this was a school without even a single Grand Wizard? Blessings and calamity walk together: Nightmare was a tribulation, but also the School of Dreams’ creation."

Emmon inquired:

"Phantom Wind, what is your legendary title?"

After some thought, Phantom Wind responded:

"Mr. Feng Yue."

"Excellent, congratulations to Mr. Feng Yue!"

On the following day, the Supreme Council announced:

Phantom Wind Walker has achieved legendary status, title: [Mr. Feng Yue], legendary profession: [Master of the Wind and Moon Mirror], legendary demiplane: [Land of Wind and Moon], legendary honorific:

[Emissary who rules illusions, sage who listens to the wind and admires the moon].

This fresh legend wields unparalleled power.

His Legendary Wizard Tool, doubling as his wizard tower, goes by the name [Wind and Moon Treasure Mirror]; it uncovers and senses the dreams of countless souls, crafting peerless illusions.

Even Level 10 Strongmen caught within it could lose their way eternally.

He truly merits the title "Little Lost Monarch."

Thus, living Legendary Wizards now numbered twenty-three.

...

Nora Calendar, year 3300.

The Blood Battle, year 3188.

Nora Great Wizards exceeded 400 in number; Level 9 Alien Experts: 660; Level 9 Strongmen surpassed 1,000 for the first time—grasping half of the entire Pan-Plane’s strength.

Level 10 Strongmen: sixty-eight.

This formidable strength left even the Giants unable to scorn it.

After the Supreme Will drove them from the Nightmare World, Levi and the Nora Army never returned. Nightmare’s awakening now rendered any secret maneuvers impossible.
