Levi convenes a grand council, agreeing to aid barbarian tribes in knight paths and proposing the Chaos School to nurture Children of Chaos, which earns unanimous wizard approval. He details a guerrilla strategy to harass Nightmare, seize resources, and prepare for broader conquests against Giants and the Heavenly Father. Twelve years pass, the Chaos School and Academy are established under Levi's leadership, igniting fervent loyalty among the masses. In the 2,800th year of the Blood Battle, a colossal Great Sun emerges in the Land of Darkness, its immense heat warping space.

A buzzing vibration rippled across a million miles.

Levi nodded approvingly to himself and remarked:

"As expected from Emmon’s Eternal Blazing Sun. Its raw destructive force far exceeds my Fire Dragon Tribulation. Only Legendary spells can achieve this level."

Next, he extended his palm and thrust it into the empty void.

A wheel of icy blue stars materialized, then detonated violently.

Crack, crack! Frost Power surged outward from the blast, encasing three hundred thousand miles in ice. Meteors hung motionless, meteorites froze in place, black beasts transformed into eternal ice sculptures.

"Lady Gullwig’s Frost Nova has already brushed against the realm of Frozen Time. As a large-area control spell, it proves highly effective."

He brought up the proficiency panel.

Levi——————————

Chaos Ruins, Emmon’s Eternal Blazing Sun, Gulveig’s Frost Nova, Sky Whale Sea Splitting, Thunder God, Deep Blue Coin, Sauron’s Great Disintegration Technique: Twenty-two Stage.

...

Up to now, he had mastered a total of seven Legendary spells.

Aside from "Chaos Ruins", which he devised himself, the others were sequential spells acquired earlier. Thanks to his ninth-circle foundation, picking them up was straightforward.

Levi had also tested the might of each one, confirming their formidable strength.

Just "Eternal Blazing Sun" and "Great Disintegration Technique" fell short of the original casters’ versions for now. The rest, when unleashed by Levi, equaled or even outshone the originals.

This edge stemmed from his Chaos Emperor profession.

"Deep Blue Coin" served as the hallmark astrology ability of the Deep Blue Sage.

It could predict fortune and calamity, dodge disasters, and handle countless tasks.

"Next up, I must refine the tenth-circle upgrade of my original ninth-circle sequential spell and complete it. For the time being, these seven Legendary spells suffice."

Attack, control, astrology, lethal strikes,

Everything was covered except for defense.

Yet with knight techniques and Blood Battle Armor bolstering him, physical defense held little concern.

After all, no one short of a Supreme could breach his defenses in one hit.

Against Supremes, Legendary spells offered no value anyway.

Whoosh—the Mother River’s waters flowed through the void overhead.

"Master, the Netherworld Ancestor seeks you."

Leon, astride his massive steed, delivered the summons.

He had reached the peak of level 9 cultivation. His rapid advancement left only a prodigy like Levi ahead; all other supernovas lagged far behind.

No surprise—he had feasted richly over these centuries.

Daily meals of level 9 and level-10 souls.

As the First Nether Emperor, he drew primordial soul power to bolster himself.

Such were the perks of serving Levi.

"Got it."

Levi entered the Nether River and disappeared.

He rematerialized inside the Netherworld Ancestor Hall.

The ancient bronze hall radiated boundless majesty.

A wave of emotion stirred within Levi.

"Both qualify as Cosmic Treasures, but the Four Primordial Treasures’ aura vastly outclasses the Dark Ancient Tower. That’s the gap in heritage."

In truth, regarding forging methods and embedded knowledge,

the Netherworld Ancestor Hall lagged behind the Dark Ancient Tower.

Its power derived from the extraordinary materials employed.

All Primordial Relics, including numerous intact remnants.

How could it possibly falter?

"The Temple of Thousands Gods, Blood and Flesh Palace, Chaotic City... Dismantling these Cosmic Treasures would yield countless Legendaries and Supremes for the Nora Civilization."

Harboring these thoughts, Levi approached the Netherworld Ancestor.

In her palm rested a red umbilical cord, pulsing with a ferocious bloodthirsty aura. Divine Light shimmered—it embodied a Divine Artifact.

The Netherworld Ancestor fixed her distant, reminiscing gaze on Levi and spoke:

"This is the [Blood Umbilical Cord]. During the ancient Abyssal era, the Mother River absorbed the blood crystal relic of a [Mother Crimson], a Primordial Spirit, to rival the Abyss. From it, she birthed a singular Nether Emperor—the [Blood River Will].

Yet even after Mother Crimson perished, her fierce Crimson Corruption Will endured. She revived via the Blood River Will, betrayed the Underworld, and got banished by the Mother River.

The Blood River siphoned some of the Mother River’s Reincarnation Power and spawned its own lineage—the Blood Clan. By harvesting blood from all creatures, it gathered Scarlet Power to reclaim Mother Crimson’s Supreme Realm, only to suffer grievous wounds from Sauron.

Since then, we lost sight of the Blood River. Only the Mother River detects it. Had she wished its death, she would have struck the fatal blow ages ago.

Should this Blood River Will persist in defiance, find a way to locate it and eradicate it for the Mother River. Handle Mother Crimson’s Primordial Relics cautiously—Scarlet Power readily taints the mind, twisting you into a blood-mad beast."

Levi held some knowledge of the Blood River’s backstory.

Another fragment of Mother Crimson’s relic had fallen to the Blood Dark Dragon King.

He remembered the [Crimson Corruption] and [Crimson Parasite] abilities from the Black Emperor Dragon; likely inherited from Mother Crimson’s essence.

Thus, he had tangled with Mother Crimson’s legacy for quite some time.

"This umbilical cord should lead me to it. Many thanks, Netherworld Ancestor!"

Levi realized the Netherworld Ancestor knew the Blood River’s location too.

The Underworld simply preferred not to intervene directly.

Levi inquired:

"Is there more, Lady? If not, I’ll depart."

The Netherworld Ancestor questioned:

"When will Nora launch its assault on the Nightmare?"

Levi answered:

"Not yet. Nora continues digesting the spoils from that massive war five centuries back. Once fully integrated, our level-10 and level 9 forces will surge even higher... Naturally, should Nightmare strike first, we won’t await destruction passively."

The Netherworld Ancestor replied:

"Very well. In a standard war, the Underworld will hold back for now. We’ll aid Nora in watching the Abyss, blocking demonic interference. However, should a chance emerge to slay a Master of Horror or one of the Three Emperors, summon us to seal the kill—preventing their return in greater power."

"Understood."

Levi recalled how slaying the Lost Monarch demanded a horde of elite powerhouses encircling and battling the foe endlessly. Quasi-Supremes like that were notoriously tough to eliminate.
