Levi has spent decades strengthening his forces, advancing his summoned creatures and nurturing the Dragon Palace into a formidable power comparable to a large civilization. As his allies reach new levels of strength, the stage is set for a decisive confrontation against the Nightmare and Abyss forces. Meanwhile, secret plans and hidden pawns orchestrated by Sauron are readied to exploit the upcoming chaos. With the balance of power on the brink of shifting, the major entities prepare to collide in a battle that will fundamentally reshape the multiverse.

Nora Calendar Year 2400, Blood Battle Year 2288.

The swirling undercurrents eventually converged at the ocean's surface, manifesting as a massive tide that shook the Multidimensional Plane and directly drew in the Three Great Giants alongside the Quasi-Giant Nora.

The cataclysmic war has commenced.

...

Nightmare Camp.

A formidable force, comprising over a hundred Monarch-level entities leading a torrential army, stretched across the entire Land of Darkness. Their combined might was sufficient to sweep from one boundary of the Multidimensional Plane to the other.

The Lost Monarch declared:

"Six primary enemy targets remain in this conflict. First is Edmund, whose prowess borders on Level 11; he may have already crossed that threshold.

Yet, having just ascended to the Supreme Realm, it is impossible for him to fully harness such authority. Historically, the Master of Horror required epochs to achieve true synchronization.

If Edmund truly reached supremacy at this fragile moment, it actually works in our favor. We need only goad him into using his full strength to expose his Supreme True Body. We shall retreat initially, allowing Edmund to drift helplessly into the Darkness.

Ignorant, you will join me in confronting Edmund to gauge his true level. Although we Two Emperors are not yet supreme, we are capable of surviving his assaults.

Furthermore, we each possess hidden trump cards gifted by the Master of Horror for our survival.

The second key target is Heavenly Will. This individual has lived for ages; had he been born in a different era, he might have rivaled even Sauron.

As a peak Level 10 powerhouse, he can be countered by the combined efforts of the Devouring Sky Demon Lord and the Void Demon Lord. We do not need to slay him, merely outmaneuver him."

The Void Demon Lord inquired:

"Why not assign the Succubus Queen to flank Heavenly Will?"

The Lost Monarch replied:

"Peak Level 10 combatants can dictate the outcome of total war. I cannot risk entrusting such tasks to the cunning and duplicitous denizens of the Abyss, as they might betray us at any given moment."

The Devouring Sky Demon Lord stated:

"Fine, Heavenly Will is mine! During our last encounter, it snatched prey from right under my true form, and I have yet to settle that debt. It is time to test these arts of the Barbarian Ancestor."

The Lost Monarch continued:

"The third is Charactus, who needs no introduction. He is the preeminent force of the Shadow Camp, ranking just beneath the Four Emperors as a peak Level 10 powerhouse.

He will be intercepted by the Arrogance Demon Lord and the Black Heart Demon Lord.

The fourth figure is the Frost Witch. Though she has not reached the pinnacle of Ten Rings Perfection, her mastery over part of the Frost Giant Ancestor's power is evident.

Should she ascend and unleash that latent potential, she could hold her own against Late Stage or even Peak Level 10s; she cannot be ignored. The Angry Demon Lord will handle her.

The King of Mountain Giants, Raffi, and the Spiritual Venerable—these two late-stage Level 10 powerhouses—shall be held by the [Cross Death Monarch] and the [Sorrowful Death Monarch]."

These two are the trusted lieutenants of the [Archdevil of Hell], possessing extraordinary might. They previously collaborated to suppress a peak Level 10 powerful God.

The Ghost Alley Monarch listened, then asked quietly:

"Lord Lost, shouldn't the seventh priority be the Dusk Palace Master? That man's growth has been alarming, and he recently dealt us severe casualties. We must eliminate him!"

In a mere millennium, he had observed Levi transform from a minor nuisance into an existence that crushed him. Watching such rapid growth while remaining helpless—who could possibly relate to that frustration?

The Lost Monarch replied:

"Indeed... Given that his threat level is second only to Edmund, I have already devised specific counter-measures for him."

Vwoom! The arrival of the Four Calamity Lords caused the very fabric of the world to tremble.

The Red Land Calamity Monarch smiled with arrogance:

"Even united, peak Level 10 power is manageable. While the Dusk Palace Master's strength is formidable, we only need to restrain him; it is not an insurmountable task.

Regardless, we must conclude other theaters of war quickly so our allies can provide support. I have studied the battle projections for the Dusk Palace Master; his overall attributes are substantial, and he excels in long-duration engagements.

Protracted battles invite instability; we must be swift and decisive!"

The Lost Monarch remarked:

"Certainly. Once we have contained Nora's primary assets, the forces within the Void Holy Temple can be left to the Abyssal warriors.

By our calculations, we still have over 100 Level 10 combatants to overwhelm Nora's remaining defenders. In this assault, we shall push with all our might to breach Nora and utilize our Level 10 strength to devastate the world and its ecology.

The supreme treasure directed at Nightmares, in particular, must be obliterated.

Once Nora falls, Nightmare Power will consume it, grafting it into the Nightmare World and claiming Nora's resources as our own."

The assembled Monarchs felt bolstered by the Lost Monarch’s strategic outline.

The Ignorant Monarch gave a curt nod:

"Agreed. It aligns with my own assessments. However, this war has two major variables: the astral realm and the Underworld, both of which deserve caution."

The Lost Monarch stated:

"I am aware. The Four Great Giants have schemed against one another for too long; it is impossible that they would ignore an opportunity to profit from our mutual exhaustion.

I currently lack a perfect solution, as our manpower has limits. We shall simply face challenges as they arise. Should they intervene, let us see how the Supreme Level handles them."

...

Nora.

Before the congress's round table.

Edmund was busy coordinating battle assignments while Levi sat in silent reflection on his high seat.

Edmund spoke:

"In this struggle, even with the Underworld's support, we are outnumbered at the Level 10 tier. However, there is no cause for panic.

The combat capabilities of the Nether Emperor far surpass the average Level 10 of the other Three Great Giants. Our Legendary Wizards are similarly elite; while triggering a battle between Level 10s is trivial, truly finishing them off is difficult.

Currently, excluding those in this room, there are fewer than ten individuals capable of achieving rapid kills at Level 10, and most of those are Late Stage powerhouses.

These figures will undoubtedly be the primary targets of the Abyss and Nightmare."
