The Pale Monarch explains its escape from the Dusk Hall Master's seal using the White Bone Disintegration technique, reviving in weakened form within the Nightmare World, where the Lost Monarch urges recovery and alliance with the Ignorant Monarch to counter Nora's threat. In the Void Holy Temple, Hera reflects on the Dusk Hall Master's level-10 prowess and ponders intervening amid merging worlds. The Nether Ancestor calmly rebuffs the Master of Horror's accusations of meddling in Nightmare affairs, while Pan-Plane veterans anticipate turbulent times following Nightmare's defeat. In the Land of Darkness, the Four Great Demon Lords confront the descending Lord of Storms, sparking a prolonged battle halted by the Lost Monarch's arrival.

The arrival of the Four Emperors shakes the entire world, causing Lord of Storm's face to shift dramatically. Effortlessly, the Lost Monarch unleashes a dark thread that ruptures space and time, obliterating all in its wake.

"Retreat!"

A colossal oval barrier, fused from raging winds and electric arcs, materializes in front of Lord of Storm. The dark thread clashes against this barrier, splintering it into myriad fissures, as the ensuing blasts surge over hundreds of thousands of miles.

Lord of Storm inquired:

"Lost Monarch? Aren’t you on the Shadow Battlefield?"

At these words, the Lost Monarch's eyelids flicker.

Truly, the sort of person who stirs the incorrect issue right when it's least wanted.

Unwilling to bother with any clarification, he replied in a frosty tone:

"Scram; I have no interest in clashing with you today. Your astral realm resembles a fragile statue crossing a river—hardly able to safeguard itself—so quit thrusting into Nora's conflict. Excessive ambition might lead to your doom."

Lord of Storm, positioned among the elite ten gods with prestige and might on par with the Nightmare Four Emperors, sneered scornfully:

"Even as astral entities endure the Dark Insects' scourge, we're not prey for your extortions, all you Nightmare foes—farewell for now."

The astral forces withdraw into the horizon, while the Lost Monarch turns his gaze to the Four Great Demon Lords: "Shouldn't you be advancing on Nora? Why linger in skirmishes with the astral realm?"

Void Demon Lord responded:

"With the astral and abyss lurking like predators at our backs, how could we risk a secure strike on Nora? Despite our fifty monarchs, Nora's legendary figures aren't easy targets."

"Very well, lead me to the Ignorant Monarch."

...

"Ignorant, why ignore my counsel? We've squandered the sole opportunity to crush Nora—what exactly crossed your mind?"

Brimming with intensity, the Lost Monarch demanded with a darkened face.

The Ignorant Monarch stayed composed, exuding a weary yet shrewd air, and declared confidently:

"Prior to your urging for me to act, I made clear: you handle minor conflicts, but major confrontations fall to me. In our past clashes against the astral realm, didn't each triumph stem from my plans? What's a single reversal compared to that?

Furthermore, I see beyond your view; broader concerns demand attention. Following your approach, even capturing Nora would leave how many of our fifty monarchs surviving back to the Nightmare World? Would gains offset the toll?

Examine your own front: three monarchs perished in a single day, one gravely wounded— with outcomes like that, how can you challenge me!"

The two emperors clash in debate, refusing to yield, as the remaining monarchs stay mute. The Ignorant Monarch's counter silenced the Lost Monarch for the moment.

In essence, the Ignorant Monarch's strategy holds merit; charging blindly, aware of the abyss and astral plotting to claim spoils, proves unwise. Still, the chance to conquer Nora has slipped away irrefutably.

The Lost Monarch declared:

"The Dusk Palace Master at level-10 may lack our battle prowess, yet his threat rivals a Four Emperor. Now, either call forth [Disaster] and [Death] or permit the Master of Horror to arrive—no alternative exists."

The Ignorant Monarch answered:

"Invoking the Four Emperors demands immense effort, the Master of Horror heals from dire wounds and may not respond, plus the Supreme Will rests in slumber, making departure difficult for him."

"Then what course remains?"

"Haven't you realized? This defeat lies beyond our control; the circumstances are dire, with abyss and astral stirring chaos all around.

Star stands as eternal adversaries; alliance with them remains impossible. But the abyss offers potential, for all their wild frenzy, their drive to dismantle Nora matches ours.

I intend to reach out to the succubus queen; together, our over 120 level-10 entities form a force. Why not unite briefly, claim Nora jointly, then settle shares by strength thereafter."

"What? Ally with the abyss? Better to storm ahead now—I can't accept that our eighty-plus can't overwhelm Nora!"

"Feel free to lead the charge yourself."

Abruptly, every Nightmare Monarch gazes ahead; the Dark Deep Space housing Nora quivers fiercely, as a silhouette vastly surpassing Nora's scale descends, warping nearby space-time into a Realm of Emptiness.

Clearly, Nora swells like an inflating orb, devouring adjacent asteroids and fragmented realms, incorporating them into its form. Elements of earth, fire, wind, and water relentlessly shape new domains along the Nora Crystal Wall's border, conjuring peaks and streams out of nothing.

"What... what is this?"

The faces of many monarchs twist in shock.

The Lost Monarch uttered gravely:

"This defies belief? The Shadow Will has descended fully, merging directly into Nora alongside the Dark Side Will! Have these shadow inhabitants lost their minds entirely?"

The Ignorant Monarch uttered not a word.

From this instant, tensions surge even higher; Nora, fused with the Shadow World, now qualifies as a near-giant tier realm.

It misses only vast resources, deep reserves of power, and peak supreme fighters; fulfill those, and the world's Fifth Pole emerges.

It's finished—events have spiraled far beyond control.

...

Nora Dark Side.

Atop Roger’s Peak, Wagner gazes skyward.

Countless shadow streams converge into the realm, rapidly broadening the dark side at astonishing rates; as counterparts unite, the current Nora frontline boasts more than forty level-10 presences, silently observing the shifting landscapes and terrains.

Edmund stands watch over Sorren Continent by himself.

Charactus hovers nearby.

"Thank you, Lord Emmon."

"Gratitude in kind; we aid one another to fulfill our roles."

"Soon, you'll hold the frontline; Vic sir and I will secure the dark side. Incidentally, the shadow's resurgence crowns Wagner as the prime beneficiary— as Nora’s Dark Side Ruler, his strength probably surges across two minor stages, a truly exceptional gain."
