Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method Chapter 2868: 584: Shaking the Multidimensional Planes, Singing the Name of Dusk!

Previously on Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method...
Levi unleashed a barrage of Fire Dragon Tribulations, shattering Artu's Divine Power Barrier and overwhelming the True God's incarnation with relentless spells and punches empowered by Six Holy Heavens. Assisted by the Blood Battle Spirit's domain and the Primordial Spirit Emperor's assaults, Levi bound Artu with flesh tentacles to prevent his escape into the astral world. In a desperate bid, Artu self-destructed in a cataclysmic explosion that ravaged the Land of Darkness, but Levi endured, recovering from the blast while noting the absence of a true soul to claim. Amid the wreckage, he retrieved a dimmed divine scimitar and departed with the stunned Musk Bull.

The Land of Darkness.

Rowling tucked away the projection she held.

Throughout history, cases have arisen now and then where a Legendary Wizard has taken down a God, yet apart from the Four Evil Gods of Chaos during the Five Sector Expedition, those were merely feeble deities lacking any real authority or sway.

Levi's act of killing the Sun God’s son this time is sure to spark massive turmoil. Even though it was in self-defense, the exalted Gods pay no mind to such excuses.

In particular, given the perpetual friction between the Heavenly Father and Nora, the burden of this matter now rests squarely on the Grand Council Chairman.

Naturally, Levi committed no error.

Quite the opposite, his actions were spot on.

The Dusk Sun God arrived to wipe out Levi, undoubtedly on orders from the Heavenly Father. Yet with Nora facing attacks from two giants at present, if the Heavenly Father seized this chance to meddle, it might tip the delicate balance.

Over the past thousand years, Nora has trodden each path as if on a razor’s edge. Whether she emerges unscathed remains a mystery.

A streak of rainbow light touched down on the vessel's prow, unveiling Levi with his spiritual force appearing somewhat depleted. He trailed a bewildered massive black ox.

"Time for a solid rest ahead. Heading to Nelarayan, we won't face any level 10 clashes, will we?" Rowling inquired.

"None expected... Still, a couple of level 10 hunters are after me; one's the Shadow Demon Queen of the Abyss, the other's from the Nightmare World with an unknown identity. Yet both sit at Level 10 Middle Stage strength," Levi pondered briefly before replying.

"The Shadow Demon Queen?" Rowling's face grew grave.

Her ascent to Legendary came too recently, leaving her realm and base somewhat shallow, and beyond Nora's borders without plane constraints, handling demons turns far trickier.

That said, safeguarding Levi poses no real challenge.

Rowling warned:

"Stay close until your spiritual force rebounds... A Level 10 Middle Stage demon wields at least thirty-plus layers of Demon Domain. The Shadow Demon Queen shines in stealth kills, and her all-out assault packs even more punch; we must stay alert and cautious."

Levi gave a compliant nod.

Rowling followed up:

"What's your intention for this Musk Bull?"

Levi ran his hand over the rugged horns:

"I've inspected it thoroughly, finding no issues save for Artu's Divine Power Mark, which I've excised. It now accepts me as master, shifting from shadow to radiance. Upon our return from this voyage, it'll guard the Ancient Dragon Continent."

The Musk Bull formed the root of the Black Knight bloodline. Levi's Crimson Emperor Dragon Breathing Technique incorporated it too, rendering it ideal for their training.

This beast stood as the prime reward from the conflict, next to the divine weapon.

"Fine, board the ship."

Once back in the quarters, the silver craft surged forward swiftly.

Levi immersed himself in the Small Stone Pond and sank into profound slumber, rousing only after a month. He sensed renewal and utter ease.

"Ah, harmony of labor and leisure is the way to go. Overexertion helps no one. My spiritual force isn't fully settled yet, but it's close; a few more sound rests ought to suffice."

He headed to the ship's lounge for a meal, when Rowling approached bearing a cup of red tea, gracefully settling across from him, adjusting her gown, and grinning as she spoke:

"Incidentally, you're quite the feat; first dispatching a level 10 demon, then a Star Realm True God. The forthcoming dispatches will undoubtedly rattle the entire Pan-Plane."

Levi replied, "I merely drew on supreme treasures' might. Neither divine arts nor demons' innate spells breached the armor's guard."

Rowling noted, "That crimson armor of yours must rank among the Pan-Plane's top ten; even just the endless expanding Body Separation feature proves exceptionally uncommon."

Blood Battle Armor and Dark Ancient Tower.

Sauron had labored intensely to craft these two artifacts.

Rowling passed him a slate and remarked:

"Glance over this piece, and if it checks out, I'll release it."

"All good, go ahead and publish, ma'am."

Two pieces appeared, one headlined "A Level 9 Body Fells a Level 10 Demon..." and the other "Dusk Sun God Artu Targets a Level 9, Faces Dire Retaliation... A Level 9 Body Claims a True God Too!"

The latter featured Levi's recording, showing he'd merely wandered nearby while pursuing a dark beast, only to suffer Artu's surprise attack. Cornered, he struck back fiercely, though his gripes about the flawed Star Realm stayed omitted from the log.

"Oh, ma'am, I've acquired a divine weapon. Any advice on wielding it?"

Levi produced a golden scimitar radiating an timeless essence.

"It looks like the 'Dusk Moon,' noted in old wizard records as a solid divine weapon, though it demands divine power to function.

Dusk Divine Power works best, Bright Divine Power follows, and other divine powers yield scarcely a tenth of its potential. For wizards like us, it's practically worthless. You might as well smelt it to craft your personal Wizard Tool or divine weapon."

Rowling examined it briefly before handing it back to Levi.

"Very well, I'll dismantle it later on."

Levi felt no great loss over it;

what fits him serves best.

"Taibai No.1, how much time to our goal?"

"A minor deviation occurred;

thirteen years remain now."

"Proceed directly at maximum velocity from here!"

...

Astral World.

Thousand Hills Countries, Arrogant Sun Plateau.

Past the Gate of Dusk stretches Artu’s Divine Kingdom.

Within that realm, bathed in eternal twilight hues, over a dozen angels stared in horror at the towering Divine Pillar piercing the heavens, supporting a cluster of eerie golden flames that wavered like a flame in the breeze.

"What's happening?"

"Why does Lord Artu’s divine fire falter so?"

"This... it only occurs when a God’s Incarnation perishes."
