Rein deduced that Goddess Matilda was partially tainted by Fiend Demons, leading her to seal Giant Beasts gently and respond to believers only through projections while her Divine Body and Key of Time resisted Evil Qi. Her Sub-key suppresses the demons and cannot be removed, prompting Rein to consider overlaying his own Sub-key. Meanwhile, the Floating City approached Imperial City Tamriel, towed by airships and escorted by a massive black Giant Dragon, stirring awe among onlookers and prompting a greeting from Red Queen Menia's forces. In the Floating City, Haleem assured Senator Trena of Rein's aid in resolving power issues and securing rare metals for swift combat readiness against the Fiend Demons.

"Crown Haleem"

"Prince Menia, speaking for the Federation, I convey our deepest concerns and regards to you and the Empire... This time, we've delivered a substantial quantity of support supplies and provisions, intending to provide some assistance to the Empire."

"Thank you, Envoy Treena."

"..."

Following the exchange of formal greetings, two elegant women possessing unique allure, accompanied by senior officials, made their way into the camp's conference chamber.

"By the way, Lord Steel Throne is nowhere to be seen."

Trailing half a step behind Treena, Haleem scanned the surroundings and couldn't resist voicing her curiosity.

"I've just reached out to Rein Throne, though he seems occupied with a crucial matter, so he'll join us shortly." Elder Ivan from the reception group stepped in to address Haleem's query.

"I understand." Haleem nodded, grasping the situation.

Inside the conference chamber.

"Prince Menia, acting on the council's behalf, I seek to formalize a broad defense cooperation pact with your nation, centered on the Floating City, to unite against dangers from the Evil God, Giant Beast, and Fiend Demon."

"Of course, we warmly embrace this..."

"..."

...

While the Empire and Federation conducted their discussions.

Beneath the surface somewhere along the Meist Coast.

Rein grasped the auxiliary key of the Time Key, gently pressing it against the one clutched by Goddess Matilda.

"Ding!"

The instant they connected, a brilliant white radiance erupted!

Right away, Rein's sight was overwhelmed by intense whiteness, accompanied by a sensation of everything whirling around.

This abrupt shift caught Rein off guard.

Yet before he could summon his spiritual energy, an overwhelming surge struck him, like being yanked from level terrain straight under a cascade falling from scores of meters above, delivering a tremendous jolt.

Now, the nearby surroundings started to sharpen into focus.

Everywhere stretched a realm of immaculate white, from floor to ceiling, all gleaming purely white, save for a lone contrasting hue about tens of meters ahead of Rein, where something strikingly like the Time Key's auxiliary key hovered.

No close inspection required; mere sensing told Rein that this was truly the Divine Artifact Time Key.

Unlike the tenuous grip he had on the auxiliary key, confronting this felt like a mere angler staring at the endless ocean, or a commoner beholding the immense cosmos above!

Unrivaled!

Boundless and eternal!

Utterly untamable!

After moments of daze lasting full seconds, Rein regained composure, recalled a key thought, and advanced cautiously toward the Time Key.

Merely a handful of strides in, Rein's face shifted dramatically.

"How can this be?"

Despite advancing several paces toward the authentic Divine Artifact Time Key, appearing to narrow the gap, Rein remained unable to reach it. Even as the span shrank from tens of meters to just a few, an vast abyss yawned before him, barring access to the Time Key.

Such spatial distortion was utterly unforeseen by Rein, the Full Moon Wizard.

Unwilling to accept it, Rein tried Shadow Step right away, yet every effort failed to bridge the gap.

"This... this Divine Artifact surpasses my present capabilities by far more than a single rank!" Shock filled Rein's gaze!

"Is it truly a Divine Artifact within anyone's grasp?"

"A Sixth Level Wizard like the fabled Sun God Throne probably couldn't master it either, could they?"

As Rein mulled this over, abruptly, the Time Key ahead released strands of pale white vapor, drifting his way.

Detecting no danger and with no inner warning triggered, Rein pondered briefly then extended his hand to welcome the vapor.

Upon contact, a torrent of data composed of countless visions surged into Rein's consciousness.

Scenes flashed swiftly through his thoughts: a colossal Wizard in dark robes, forging worlds and entire stellar arrays, reshaping the cosmos, and even inverting the flow of time.

"This..."

"Hiss~ Master of Time? Eternal Sovereign? Ninth Level Wizard?"

Suddenly, Rein's eyes bulged wide, utterly astounded!

.....

A few minutes passed before Rein steadied his thoughts and started digesting the revelations.

"For this world's indigenous beings, tapping even a fraction of the Divine Artifact's might demands at minimum Sun God Throne caliber, a Sixth Level Wizard, doesn't it?"

"No surprise then that Goblin Princess Amora warned against rushing to abandon this world if humanity is to be saved."

Rein murmured softly to himself.

"Moreover, beginning over two thousand years ago, once the waves from the Time Key attained a particular strength, the summoning power of space nodes steadily intensified. Consequently, every mighty being reaching Demigod or Full Moon Wizard level in this realm senses a profound summons echoing from their innermost core."

"Furthermore, when Full Moon Wizards heed that heartfelt call and locate the node, it swiftly conveys them to the superior realm inhabited by the Master of Time—the Wizard World."

"Emperor Atlas, founder of the Dragan Empire, and various other Full Moon Wizards took this very path."

All truths suddenly clicked into place.

...

In that instant, Rein abruptly noticed that he had silently reappeared in the underground chamber after departing the enigmatic space.

"Huh?"

At the same time, he detected the Evil Qi cloaking the Goddess statue, now heavily restrained—having receded from its prior encroachment up to the waist and abdomen, lingering only beneath the lower legs.
