Urban Seduction: Housewives Club Chapter 2029 - 358: Helping My Young Cousin 1

Instead of rushing inside, Wang Yue paused at the entrance to observe the room's interior.
Only three individuals occupied the expansive training hall. Among them was Li Gang.
Since their last meeting, Li Gang’s physique had become remarkably more muscular, and his stature had surged to over two meters. Standing shirtless, he looked like a massive tower forged of iron.
The other two men were repeatedly striking Li Gang with heavy iron rods. Those dull thudding noises Wang Yue had heard were the sounds of these impacts.
Based on the aura they radiated, both attackers were martial artists at the Concentration Realm, and they appeared to be striking with their full power.
Li Gang’s torso was a map of bruises and open wounds from the relentless beating. Within mere minutes, not a single patch of skin remained uninjured.
He eventually coughed up blood, a clear sign that he was suffering from significant internal trauma.
The two men finally ceased their assault, breathing heavily as they spoke. "Brother Li Gang, that’s enough. You need to rest."
"Thank you both. You should take a break as well," Li Gang answered, his voice sounding raspy. He then stumbled toward a small table situated at the edge of the training area.
The table was cluttered with medicine bottles of various proportions. Li Gang grabbed one with his right hand, emptied the entire contents of pills into his left palm, and consumed them all without a second thought.
Rather than resting after taking the medicine, he immediately launched into a sequence of martial arts forms.
Astonishingly, the wounds covering Li Gang’s body began to close at a rapid pace. In just a few minutes, his injuries had vanished entirely, and he appeared revitalized.
As the first person to identify Li Gang’s unique constitution, Wang Yue was deeply impressed by his extraordinary talent for physical Cultivation.
If he maintained this regimen of brutal strikes and healing pills, Li Gang would likely reach the fifth level of the Transcendent Realm or beyond in no time. With such a natural gift, he would easily be the protagonist or a primary villain in any story, destined to leave a massive mark on the world.
Even Wang Yue realized that if he hadn't mastered the Yin-Yang Principle and forged his own unique Cultivation path, he would be no match for Li Gang, despite the advantages provided by his rebirth.
Once Li Gang finished his routine, Wang Yue and Liu Mei stepped into the room together.
"Li Gang, the Young Master is here to visit you," Liu Mei called out.
Li Gang, who had been considering another round of strikes from the two men, looked up at the sound of Liu Mei’s voice and spotted Wang Yue. He dashed over with excitement, shouting, "Young Master, Grandma Mei!"
Wang Yue nodded in approval. Despite his massive increase in power, Li Gang had kept his simple, innocent heart. Wang Yue’s initial judgment of him had been correct.
"Li Gang, how is your Cultivation progressing?" Wang Yue inquired. Because of Li Gang's immense height, Wang Yue felt like a small child standing next to him, which caused him a flicker of annoyance.
Li Gang replied with a grin, "Young Master, they tell me I’ve become very strong."
"Is that so? How strong exactly? Try to hit me," Wang Yue said with a smile.
Startled, Li Gang waved his hands frantically. "Young Master, how could I ever dare to strike you?"
"I’m not asking you to actually hurt me. Besides, you wouldn't be able to land a hit anyway. I just want to gauge your current power," Wang Yue explained. "Go ahead, throw a punch with everything you've got."
Li Gang wavered for a long time, but eventually, his loyalty to Wang Yue won out. He threw a punch, but it was so feeble it wouldn't have harmed a rabbit.
Wang Yue easily brushed the strike aside and barked, "I told you to use your full strength!"
"Oh," Li Gang muttered before trying again. This punch had more weight behind it, but it was still far from his maximum effort.
Wang Yue evaded it effortlessly and issued a threat. "This is your final warning. If you don't use your full power, I’m going back to spank your sister!"
Li Gang panicked instantly. His sister served as Wang Yue’s personal maid, and since Wang Yue had been a great benefactor to them, he couldn't stop him from punishing her—but a lady’s backside was not something to be touched lightly.
To protect his sister’s dignity, Li Gang mustered all his might and lunged at Wang Yue. However, because of the height difference, he didn't dare aim for the head. Instead, he targeted Wang Yue's left shoulder, delivering the blow from an awkward, hunched-over position.
Snap!
The heavy blow was caught and halted by Wang Yue with a single hand.
Wang Yue nodded, satisfied. Liu Mei was right; Li Gang’s power was now on par with a fifth-level Ningshen Realm expert, perhaps even stronger. It was a remarkable feat.
Then, Wang Yue channeled a bit of his Qi and sent a wave of counter-pressure back toward Li Gang.
Having poured everything into his attack, Li Gang had no defense left. The sudden force from Wang Yue sent him stumbling back several paces until he tumbled onto his backside.
Since Li Gang’s strength was built through constant physical hardship, he was far more resilient than typical warriors. Because Wang Yue had restrained his power, Li Gang wasn't hurt. He scrambled to his feet and gave a big thumbs up. "Young Master, you are truly incredible."
"It’s not that I’m incredible; it’s that you’re too dense to know how to redirect an opponent's force," Wang Yue teased. He then turned to Liu Mei. "Grandma Mei, why are his fighting skills so unrefined?"
Liu Mei let out a tired sigh. "The boy is simply too kind-hearted. Ever since he accidentally hurt a new disciple during a sparring session, he refuses to fight seriously against our own people. It’s impossible to train his combat techniques this way."
Wang Yue felt a bit helpless hearing that. While it was admirable that Li Gang wouldn't harm his allies, a warrior without real combat experience could only dominate those much weaker than himself. He wouldn't reach his full potential.
"You've done well, Li Gang. Your growth is fast, even if your experience is lacking," Wang Yue said, offering some comfort. He then checked, "Has this rapid advancement caused any problems? Do you feel any discomfort?"
"No, I feel much stronger and more energetic than before," Li Gang replied. "Everything feels fine."
"Are you sure? Think carefully," Wang Yue pressed. He was genuinely concerned, as Li Gang was the brother of Li Menglan. If the boy suffered, he wouldn't know how to face her.
Even though Li Menglan wasn't part of the elite Jinling families, she had stayed by his side and cared for him through two lifetimes. In his heart, she was the same as a blood sister.
Li Gang thought deeply for a moment before remembering a specific issue. "Actually, there is one thing. My penis doesn't get hard anymore."
Hearing such blunt, vulgar language, Liu Mei’s face flushed with a mix of embarrassment and irritation. Since Wang Yue was present, she held back her scolding and simply said, "You two finish your talk. I have other matters to attend to."
She turned and made a quick exit.
"What’s wrong with Grandma Mei?" Li Gang asked, confused by her sudden departure.
"It’s because of your mouth. Grandma Mei is a lady. You can’t just say things like that in front of her," Wang Yue said, sounding annoyed.
"A lady?" Li Gang looked puzzled. He was aware of Liu Mei’s age, and in his experience, the older women he knew never hesitated to use coarse language.
