Previously on Trash of the Count's Family...
The islanders of Island 16 face starvation as pirates disrupt supply routes and fishing. General Ferry launches a large-scale pirate subjugation operation, but the situation is dire, with fear gripping the island. Meanwhile, Alberu speculates that Ferry might seek allies or take aggressive action. As the operation begins, many ships return damaged, revealing an attack by Shark of Island 19, who has captured Ferry's brother and allied with other pirates. Cale and his companions arrive to offer their help as Shark prepares to attack Island 16.
