Previously on Trash of the Count's Family...
The mysterious third Emperor revealed himself as the "Dragon King," capable of manipulating water and creating a vast domain of seawater. He easily overwhelmed Eruhaben and Choi Han, flooding the area and making it difficult to use mana.
