Kaelen suddenly vanished from The Bastion Wall, only to reappear in Blackstone City in the form of a Dark Butterfly. He was drawn there due to his unique bloodline and dream-weaving talent. Upon arrival, he encountered Lorelia, who had undergone a transformation and now resided in an expanded, more formidable Blackstone City. Kaelen, questioning the changes, was shown the new city and the Wishing Tree by Lorelia.

"It's gone. Blackstone City was swept into the Mirage Void. This is The Void, where nothingness and reality intersect."

"Look, don't ask so many questions. I don't really know either. You'll find out everything once you see the master."

Lorelia hid a flash of impatience. Having only recently ascended to a demigod, her knowledge was limited. The more Kaelen asked, the less of an authority figure she seemed. Silence was her best defense.

"The master? Daddy is here too?" Kaelen gaped at her in disbelief.

"Heh, there's a lot you little ones don't know," Lorelia gloated. She loved watching them squirm.

She flew fast, touching down beneath the Wishing Tree in seconds.

Before Kaelen could find his footing, Orion stepped out from the trunk, manifesting like a streak of pure light.

"Daddy!"

Four heads, eight arms, and sharp, chiseled features. The pulse of their shared bloodline resonated within Kaelen. It was an imposing figure he would never forget. He still remembered the day Orion led him and his mother out of The Continent of Chaos.

"Good. You've clearly been training hard beyond The Bastion Wall. You're an Arch Lord now." Orion reached out and clapped Kaelen on the shoulder.

Truthfully, besides Pallas, Orion hadn't spent much time with his children. It wasn't by choice; his circumstances and the looming threats simply hadn't allowed it. It was a heavy regret.

"Lorelia is right. Reality and nothingness intersect here. Two Ascendant Planes have connected, and the Will of the Realm sent Blackstone City to this space."

"From now on, Blackstone City is under your command." Orion didn't elaborate. Some things were better kept from an Arch Lord.

"You have two tasks. First, relocate all our slumbering kin out of the city. With your Dream Butterfly physique, a few trips should be easy enough."

Orion assigned this to build Kaelen's prestige. A solid reputation was crucial for him to rule Blackstone City effectively.

"Second, work with Lorelia. The scouting spiders have returned with intel on the surrounding environment. Compile it immediately. The Horde's intelligence and strategy divisions need those reports yesterday."

His tone darkened, and the hand on Kaelen's shoulder grew heavy. It was a burden of absolute trust.

"Consider it done." Kaelen bowed slightly, accepting the order as a subordinate.

Satisfied, Orion turned toward the Wishing Tree. He paused before summoning its fruit. "How is your mother?"

As the Master of the continent, bathed in the light of faith, Orion knew everything that happened in his domain. Asking was simply his way of showing he still cared for Butterfly Mother Sophia.

"She's well. She's helping with administration in Stoneheart. Ever since she recovered her lost potential, her strength has grown. In her last letter, she mentioned she'd successfully broken through to Arch Lord."

Kaelen couldn't hide his smile. Sophia was his anchor. Knowing she was safe meant he could fight without looking back.

"Good. Everyone is thriving." Orion already knew of her advancement.

At his current height, an Arch Lord barely registered. They weren't the pillars holding up the Horde. Only a demigod qualified to sit at the table. Case in point: with the convergence of the two Ascendant Planes, every entity backing the World Tree throne was a demigod. They were the muscle Orion needed to project real power.

"This is the Wishing Tree. Its fruit can manifest anything you desire. Hold it, picture what you want, and it will be yours."

Orion gazed up at the branches. This tree was the leash that would bind their forces together—the cornerstone of the Stoneheart Horde's future.

"As a prince of the Stoneheart Horde, tasked with ruling Blackstone City and leading our vanguards, you are granted three."

Three golden, apple-sized fruits dropped seamlessly into Kaelen's hands. Glowing runes pulsed across their skins like living veins, radiating an undeniable magic.

"Daddy, how do these—"

Before Kaelen could finish, one of the fruits vanished into his chest. A heartbeat later, a flawless avatar stepped out of his own body.

"Interesting... Illusion Butterflies, Dream Butterflies, or Phantasm Butterflies?" Orion's eyes lit up. He hadn't expected Kaelen to trigger the manifestation so instinctively.

"Dream Butterfly. If I'm managing Blackstone City, I need an avatar for the front lines. Its attributes are a perfect match for this environment." Kaelen studied his double, awestruck.

His inherited bloodline memories contained countless methods for forging avatars once reaching the Arch Lord tier. He'd always wanted to try, and the Wishing Tree had just bypassed the grueling process entirely.

"Smart. Strengthen the avatar here in Blackstone City before deploying it." Orion nodded approvingly. He had given his children a perfect starting line; it was up to them to run the race. That was the only way to forge true power.

"Go on. Blackstone City is still Blackstone City. Not much has changed." With that, Orion dissolved back into a streak of light, merging with the Wishing Tree.

The Wishing Tree was born from the roots of the World Tree. As an embodiment of the laws of reality, residing within it allowed Orion to passively refine his own strength.

"I'll head down now—"

Before Kaelen could finish, Lorelia grabbed his arm and dragged him toward the subterranean hives at the base of the mountain.

"Come on, Kaelen! I'm going to get you a proper security detail and a badass spider mount. The Lord of Blackstone City can't be walking around looking like a peasant. Oh, and I just hatched a special batch of Dream Spiders. You can use them for target practice."

Her laughter echoed across the desolate expanse of Blackstone City.

Inside the Wishing Tree, Orion was already back to work.

Following the Commander's orders, he wasn't just establishing a satellite settlement. He was migrating a fully armed, operational fortress ready for immediate war.

Transporting an entire city was a monumental task, requiring Orion to personally carve the displacement arrays. More importantly, he had to set up heavy countermeasures. A displacement of this scale would act like a beacon to the heavy hitters lurking in the dreamscape, and he couldn't risk the city being intercepted mid-transit.
