Orion unleashes his Stoneheart Titan form, revealing his demonic lineage and confronting Tegon Calthor, the Dragon of the Void. Orion attacks with his signature Dragonbane Helix technique, but Tegon narrowly evades it using a forbidden void art. Recognizing Orion's power and immunity to diplomacy, Tegon attempts a veiled threat regarding Kraken's immortality. However, Orion ignores the plea and instead teleports to aid Leonidas in his battle against the colossal black serpent, Kuray.

As the colossal serpent writhed through the heavens, crackling arcs of dark lightning enveloped its form. Its eyes, resembling torches, occasionally pierced the storm clouds, casting a chilling luminescence that could instill terror in any observer.

Kraken, the sole witness to this spectacle, felt a potent blend of awe and an intense yearning to participate in the conflict.

In the titanic clash between dragon and serpent, Leonidas held a significant upper hand. Both Kuray and Leonidas shared serpentine true forms; as they grappled in the sky, their primary modes of engagement involved crushing coils and violent physical impacts. However, Leonidas, armed with four draconic claws, leveraged a brutal anatomical advantage.

At this moment, Leonidas had all four of his claws embedded deeply within the black serpent's flesh. Divine power surged through his talons, relentlessly tearing into the serpent's body from within.

The struggle produced a deafening symphony of enraged hisses and triumphant roars. The divine dragon continuously attempted to ascend, harnessing the momentum of the celestial expanse, while the giant serpent contorted and coiled, striving to ensnare the dragon in a crushing deadlock and expose a vulnerability. It was a ferocious tug-of-war. The dragon's roars caused the very earth to tremble; the serpent's hisses summoned rolling thunder.

However, this cataclysmic entanglement abruptly and violently ceased as a streak of searing, blinding light tore through the sky.

The demigod phantom of Kuray, the black serpent that had been fiercely battling Leonidas moments before, was annihilated. A single, decisive strike. Not even dust remained.

Leonidas, still in his dragon form, remained frozen in mid-air. The terrifying influx of power had almost extinguished his life force as well. It was only upon recognizing Orion's intervention that he finally exhaled in relief, reverting to his human form and appearing beside his brother.

"Brother, you nearly gave me a heart attack!" Leonidas transmitted mentally. As a fellow member of the Dragonflight, the Dragonbane Helix posed an equivalent lethal threat to Leonidas as it did to Tegon Calthor.

As for Kuray—a mere First-Stage Demigod—Orion hadn't even required the Dragonbane Helix to obliterate him, though it certainly ensured the outcome.

"That old dragon possesses some hidden strategies. I had to eliminate the black serpent first to dismantle his reinforcements," Orion responded nonchalantly, his gaze not directed at Leonidas. Instead, his eyes were fixed on the ocean below, fixated on Tegon Calthor, who had just surfaced.

"Your Excellency, was such ruthlessness truly necessary?" Tegon demanded.

Orion had pulverized Kuray's demigod phantom directly in his presence. Although not a permanent demise, Kuray's divine power had been critically weakened; it would necessitate countless years of accumulated faith to recuperate from such a devastating blow. More significantly, Tegon had pledged to safeguard Kuray during this perilous time. With this turn of events, Tegon had suffered a profound loss of face, having failed miserably.

"If you have no intention of departing, I can make arrangements for your permanent stay!" Orion sneered down at the elder dragon. While Tegon might be a cunning adversary, he was not beyond Orion's capacity to vanquish.

Confronted by Orion's killing intent, Tegon's expression darkened, yet he suppressed his indignation and remained silent.

At that precise moment, a voice, ancient and carrying immense weight, resonated within Orion's consciousness. "Your Excellency, should you not wish to depart, I too can arrange for your permanence."

The voice boomed like thunder, its echoes reverberating across the spray of every wave upon the ocean's surface. The instant the voice sounded, the furious, storm-tossed sea instantly became placid. The chaotic waters smoothed out, becoming as serene and flawless as a sheet of glass.

An aged man—whose origins remained inscrutable to Orion, and whose facial features were obscured by a hazy indistinctness—traversed the surface of the distant ocean, advancing towards them with slow, deliberate strides.

"Third-Stage? Or perhaps... Fourth-Stage?" Orion narrowed his eyes, intently observing the approaching figure.

Concurrently, three additional demigod auras ignited from disparate points across the ocean, rapidly converging until they fell into formation behind the enigmatic old man. They directed looks of undisguised hostility towards Leonidas and Orion. As for Kraken, he seemed to have been entirely overlooked by these new arrivals.

"Son of a bitch, the waters in Squiddy's world run deep," Leonidas cursed telepathically, his usual bravado shaken.

Orion was genuinely taken aback. "Complicated" barely began to describe the situation. Including the phantom of Kuray he had just annihilated, six Sea Folk demigods had now entered the conflict. Among them, Tegon Calthor and this recently arrived elder were powerhouses far exceeding the First Stage. They were significantly outnumbered; this was escalating into a perilous scenario.

Orion remained without speech. At his will, a fragment of the Mirror of Theras was summoned. Expanding outward, a massive magic mirror unfurled, blanketing the heavens and casting its reflection upon the entirety of the ocean vista.

A peculiar stalemate thus formed between the firmament and the sea. The ocean depths offered a mirrored calm, facing a magical mirror that stretched across the sky.

The instant the magic mirror materialized, the newly appointed elder’s gaze ascended, fixing upon the artifact.

"Abyssal energy, concentrated to its utmost limit," the ancient man intoned. "Individuals from the Abyss. Whatever disputes occurred between you, Kuray, and Tegon, or who holds the right or wrong of it, is of no concern to me. This confrontation concludes now."

"The ocean yearns for serenity," he elaborated. "When the currents grow excessively turbulent, no one prevails—neither the Sea Folk, nor any who hail from beyond."

Orion’s lips stayed sealed. He scrutinized the elder, attempting to gauge his true cultivation level. Based on the emanating aura, he was likely a Third-Stage Demigod, with a marginal possibility of being Fourth-Stage. Should he indeed be Fourth-Stage, Orion's survival instincts would be screaming for retreat. However, at this moment, while a sense of peril was present, it was not the overwhelming, soul-chilling dread of impending demise.

"If his safety, along with his established dominion within this realm, can be assured, then this affair ceases here," Orion finally declared after a prolonged silence, gesturing towards Kraken, who had silently positioned himself beside Orion and Leonidas.

The current conflict had ignited solely due to Kraken. His rapid and significant surge in power had attracted the notice of the black serpent, Kuray. Kuray had then masterminded an assassination attempt to expose Kraken's covert protectors.

"He is one of the Sea Folk. That is only natural," the peculiar elder responded, his gaze shifting to Kraken. His demeanor remained unruffled, his eyes unclouded, as he readily accepted Orion’s conditions without hesitation.

Throughout this entire exchange, neither Tegon Calthor nor the three Sea Folk demigods who had recently arrived uttered a syllable. It was evident that the elder commanded unquestionable authority among the Sea Folk.

"Very well. Then this is concluded," Orion proclaimed. Casting a glance at Leonidas and Kraken, he conveyed a subtle nod and transmitted a final directive: Do not resist.

In the subsequent moment, a ray of arcane light descended from the celestial mirror, enshrouding the trio. Instantly, they were drawn into the mirror, vanishing from the sky. Their departure was utterly noiseless, leaving no discernible trace. All demigods present, with the exception of the elder, knitted their brows, their expressions grave.

"They have departed," the enigmatic elder stated a moment later, his words only emerging once the magic mirror's aura could no longer be detected. He turned his attention to Tegon Calthor, who had drifted to his side.

"Calthor. The genesis of this conflict holds no interest for me. That is your own affair," the elder asserted sternly. "However, I anticipate the promise I have just given will be upheld. Ensure it does not become a mockery. Are you capable of this?"

Tegon Calthor gave a solemn nod. Kuray was critically injured and would necessitate a prolonged period of deep slumber. As Kuray’s most intimate and trusted confidant, Tegon possessed the authority to render such a decision in his stead.
