Titan King: Ascension of the Giant Chapter 1428 Submit, or die

"No need to worry too much," Lysinthia reassured her. "Should the alliance between Pallas and Princess Ariselle fail, your own standing and might suffice to protect the entire Blood Elf Race."
"It's not nearly as tangled as they imagine."
Lycanor found solace in Lysinthia's words. She shared that view herself, yet she understood the Elf King and Archelders craved far greater assurances.
"May all proceed without a hitch."
Silverwood Realm, Current's Bend
The clash pitting the Sea Folk against the Cult of Four had basically wrapped up, with cleanup efforts almost at an end.
At this point, the Sea Folk shifted their focus inside for a brutal accounting.
Atlantis, firmly rooted in Current's Bend, stood as the obvious focus of this cleansing campaign.
Demigods Morveth, Ishraena, and Amon themselves commanded the Cetus Giants alongside a vast force of Sea Folk, encircling Atlantis so tightly that no tiny shrimp could escape their net.
"We're all offspring of the ocean. No call for conflict here," Kraken declared, offering a bow with hands pressed together.
"Violence solves nothing."
Kraken uttered the line without conviction. Absent force, how could they claim lands? How would resources flow their way?
"Hmph... if we're truly all Sea Folk, then why ally with those foreign Cult of Four invaders to strike at Azurehold?"
"Where was your 'violence solves nothing' back then?"
Amon delivered the scoff. As a fierce advocate for battle, he spearheaded the drive to wipe out Atlantis.
"Sirs, you could afford to hole up safe in Azurehold. The rest of us Sea Folk couldn't!"
Faced with such open aggression and zero chance for talks, Kraken dropped his warm facade. His voice turned icy, laced with biting sarcasm.
"As you cowered in hiding, the Cult's four Demigods swarmed Atlantis. They sealed us off entirely. Without our surrender, Atlantis would've vanished ages ago."
"And where stood you in that hour?"
"Is surrender so unforgivable?"
Morveth, Ishraena, and Amon fell quiet under Kraken's sharp comeback. Outsider or not, Kraken hailed from the depths. Having abandoned him to doom, they forfeited any right to judge him today.
"On top of that, as witnessed, Atlantis's Demigods—First and Second Marshals—sat out the massive clash."
"Doesn't that prove our position clearly?"
Kraken stated the truth boldly. Choosing patience, they bided time like the oriole eyeing the mantis stalking the cicada, figuring the Sea Folk hid aces up their sleeves.
Kraken himself had jumped in mainly to observe and scout info. Not one Sea Folk Archlord fell to his hand.
"What's more, our Second Marshal took down a Cult of Four Demigod himself. How can Atlantis be branded betrayers now?"
Kraken had rehearsed these arguments well in advance. Before the Sea Folk's judgment, he rendered Morveth, Ishraena, and Amon utterly mute.
"Yield, or perish."
Right as Kraken sensed a possible turnaround, Amon released a fearsome Demigod presence, slamming it straight at him.
Debating with the mighty? A joke.
The error hit Kraken hard. Against overwhelming might, every plot crumbled like flimsy illusions. To scare off foes, only a genuine beast would do.
ROAR!
An earth-shaking bellow, blending dragon ferocity with tiger savagery, burst free. A Demigod force exploded from Kraken's brow, smashing Amon's pressure and raging over the field.
Beyond Demigods Morveth, Ishraena, and Amon, all Sea Folk soldiers gripped their skulls, howling in agony. The frailest collapsed unconscious, plummeting to the seabed like lead weights.
"You three, let's call it quits!"
"Atlantis stays put in Current's Bend. No advances into other territories."
Orion's cool tone resounded. He, Leonidas, and Kraken had settled on this stance beforehand.
With three Demigods and the Divine Kingdom of the Dead Sea's safeguard, the Sea Folk couldn't conquer the Moon Sea. Yet securing Current's Bend marked the siblings' unbreakable limit.
"Refuse if you dare—bring the battle!"
Bring the battle...
Orion's call spread wide, echoing through nearby waters. The Moonwell's Demigod, distant on solid ground, picked up the turmoil.
Moonlight Continent, Staghelm City
Moon Elf Isilra gazed at her mother descending from the heavens, bewilderment clouding her gaze.
"Mother, what's wrong?"
The Moonwell Demigod shook her head. Detecting the budding life in Isilra's belly, she turned her puzzled look seaward.
"Days back, the oceans shifted strangely. Waters filled sky and land alike; reality flipped upside down."
"In that moment, multiple Demigod presences ignited, only to fade away."
"I figured the ocean war had ended, yet moments ago, a mighty godly force pulsed outward."
The Moonwell Demigod eyed Isilra. She held back that the godly force rang familiar—Orion's own. No need to alarm her child or spur a rash dive into the waves for love.
"I fear the Sea Folk have sparked an internal strife."
Pure speculation, yet it served to calm Isilra neatly.
"Sea Folk differ from our kind. Unity eludes them, so peace stays distant."
"Mother, leave them be."
Isilra shut her eyes, channeling moonlight's pure essence to feed the infant growing inside.
With a nod, the Moonwell Demigod became a streak of radiance, blending back into the Moonwell.
The Ocean, Atlantis
Refuse if you dare—bring the battle...
Orion's declaration sealed the path to all-out war.
"I'll drive out every intruder!"
Demigod Amon unveiled his enormous Cetus Giant form, stomping ahead with booming force to overwhelm Kraken.
"Orion, will this truly succeed?"
Kraken yielded his form's command already. Orion's power he trusted, but doubt gnawed at him.
Brushing him off, Orion seized Kraken's frame and soared beyond the shield to confront Amon.
As "Kraken" breached the protective veil, a ghostly vision of a massive abyssal whirlpool appeared under each Sea Folk fighter's stance.
"The Abyss stares at you!"
Bound by Dead Sea edicts, Orion refrained from showing his complete Demigod shape. Instead, he called forth his Divine Kingdom's shadow to cow the Sea Folk.
"Seek your doom?"
With those words, the abyssal whirlpool exerted a horrifying gravity, yanking at the Sea Folk. Demigods Morveth and Ishraena felt it too; Divine Calling's might, wielded solely by fourth-stage Demigods, proved irresistible.
While Orion pondered smashing Morveth, Ishraena, and Amon on the spot, the Dead Sea stirred.
Though no full Divine Kingdom, the vortex's essence roused the primordial ocean.
