Liu Zheng discusses reviving someone with Niu Ma before calling his boss, Si Xue. He receives permission to use an extraordinary item for revival and obtains six hours of outing time. He is tasked by the White Feather Chicken to collect bitter vegetables with San Huamao. Liu Zheng then heads to a clinic to meet with Ma Fuguo regarding the exploitation of Ma Baoli, assuring him of restoration. He also agrees to send someone to watch over Ma Fuguo's martial arts school.

Liu Zheng declared, "Panda is robust and has prior experience; sending it would be most suitable."

"Alright, boss," Niu Daji responded.

"Beep beep!" A car horn sounded from outside the clinic.

"Elder Ma, I need to attend to some matters. Please wait here for me," Liu Zheng announced as he stood.

Ma Fuguo nodded, saying, "Young Hero Liu, please proceed."

"Salmon, stay put and be good at the clinic for now. I'll fetch you later," Liu Zheng instructed, stroking San Huamao.

"Alright, meow~" San Huamao obediently agreed.

Liu Zheng exited the clinic, and indeed, it was Black Skull's vehicle. Three boxes, about half a person's height, were in the pickup truck's bed.

"These contain the deodorizing equipment. The inventory is low, so I've only procured three sets for now. Inform me if you require more, and I'll arrange it," Black Skull stated, exiting the car and gesturing to the boxes.

"Is the operation complicated?" Liu Zheng inquired.

"Not at all; it's practically foolproof. Anyone who isn't genuinely foolish can learn from the manual," Black Skull replied, retrieving a thick stack of manuals, tied with string, from the car. There appeared to be over twenty of them.

Liu Zheng untied the string and skimmed one. The operation, he noted, was indeed not intricate. The table of contents was even sparser than that of the washing machine he had purchased previously.

"May I examine the equipment?" he asked.

"Certainly. However, it would be best to open them at the cemetery, as it's public property and not ideal for others to witness. Should any issues arise, simply call me, and I'll provide replacements immediately," Black Skull advised.

"Understood. How is the situation with Fly Man?" Liu Zheng followed up.

"The captain has yet to offer a definitive response, likely awaiting a higher bid from the Boar's side," Black Skull responded with a shake of his head.

"That fellow isn't playing by the rules," Liu Zheng frowned.

Although the principle of 'highest bidder wins' was cited, transforming it into an auction for a public matter was unseemly.

"Who could say otherwise," Black Skull concurred, also showing displeasure.

"Nigga, if you were captain, would you have more leeway?" Liu Zheng pondered for a moment before asking.

"!" Black Skull's wispy eyes flared briefly before subsiding.

"It's difficult. As a mere skeleton, I lack both funds and connections. Even securing this formal position was only thanks to the Supreme Councilman's influence," he lamented gloomily.

"I possess wealth and can forge connections. What about other aspects?" Liu Zheng probed.

"Regarding other aspects... I have sufficient seniority and have amassed numerous achievements over the years, yet I lack that singular, decisive accomplishment," Black Skull replied, now considering Liu Zheng's inquiry seriously upon sensing his earnestness.

"A decisive accomplishment... would assisting the cemetery with deodorization qualify?" Liu Zheng's mind raced.

"It should count, perhaps?" Black Skull sounded uncertain.

The cemetery was not short on personnel and maintained minimal contact with the sanitation department.

"And what if we include the sewer system in that endeavor?" Liu Zheng inquired further.

"That would undoubtedly suffice!" the cemetery official responded without hesitation.

The sewer system was a long-standing client and a primary concern for the sanitation department.

"Excellent. Then, Nigga, prepare a proposal, and I shall approach the sewer department to secure their cooperation," Liu Zheng declared with a nod.

"Brother, you leave me speechless," Black Skull expressed, somewhat taken aback.

Were it not for his knowledge of Liu Zheng's character, he might have suspected a proposal for his daughter.

"Words are unnecessary between brothers. To be candid, I have my own ulterior motives," Liu Zheng admitted.

"Brother, just state them. As long as I am capable of assisting, even if it means grinding my bones to dust or extinguishing my soul fire, I shall," Black Skull vowed sincerely.

"You know, brother, being a delivery person for the Bloody Restaurant carries significant risks. I assist so many influential figures, it's like constantly dancing on the edge of a blade. It wouldn't be surprising to find my body on the streets the very next moment. While I've become indifferent to life and death, I cannot forget those who have aided me or whom I've helped," Liu Zheng confessed.

"Should I ever be truly gone, I hope, within your capabilities, Nigga, you will look after them," Liu Zheng pleaded.

"Ah, brother, your nature is truly..." Black Skull struggled to find the right words.

To call Liu Zheng naive or foolish would be to acknowledge his own benefit from such qualities.

Black Skull did not consider himself a saint, but betraying a benefactor was beyond its capacity.

"Rest assured, I will do my utmost," it finally agreed, nodding.

Following Black Skull's departure, Liu Zheng proceeded to explore the sewer system.

"What venture are you embarking on now?" The Fisherman inquired, his tone less than cheerful.

"Naturally, it's for a beneficial cause," Liu Zheng replied, outlining his scheme.

"You're certainly accumulating goodwill, but what's in it for me?" The Fisherman questioned.

"I intend for the Xi Family Army to handle the deodorization. They've essentially integrated into the sewer and are considered your subordinates. If they assist the cemetery, it would be tantamount to you and the sewer lending aid to the cemetery, wouldn't it?" Liu Zheng elaborated.

"Setting aside whether this logic is sound, what advantage accrues to me and the sewer for helping the cemetery?" The Fisherman remained perplexed.

"You may gain nothing directly, but the sewer stands to benefit. The restaurant, through me, has already extended goodwill to both the Writer Association and the cemetery. If the sewer fails to reciprocate, it risks becoming isolated," Liu Zheng explained.

"Isolation is isolation; landmarks aren't necessarily obligated to maintain relationships," The Fisherman stated nonchalantly.

" That was the case previously. Now, everyone is commencing connections. When a crisis emerges, the isolated party becomes a target for a united front. Furthermore, imagine others sharing in good fortune while you're excluded. It wouldn't feel pleasant, would it?" Liu Zheng pressed.

"Also, didn't the sewer task me with apprehending the fugitive doppelganger? With the cemetery's assistance, wouldn't the pursuit be more straightforward?" Liu Zheng added.

"Enough, enough. I shall convey your message to the sewer, but its agreement is beyond my control." The Fisherman waved dismissively, then submerged his hands into the Underwater River.

After a brief interval, he withdrew them.

"The sewer has consented, but it stipulates that you must locate the fugitive doppelganger within a week." The Fisherman turned and announced.

"A week? I can accomplish that." Liu Zheng nodded in agreement.

"You may be indifferent, but it has issued a command. Should you fail, it will venture ashore to find you." The Fisherman cautioned.

"Then let it come." This time, Liu Zheng's response was one of cool detachment.

What good would coming ashore achieve? If it possessed the courage, it should pursue him within Hell's Game.

"Are you truly planning to break your promise?" The Fisherman sensed a shift in Liu Zheng's demeanor.

"Rest assured, solely for your sake, I shall not renege." Liu Zheng offered reassurance.

Should he abscond, the sewer would undoubtedly vent its frustration upon The Fisherman, not to lethal effect, but certainly involving some form of retribution.

"Hmph, who can fathom the thoughts within your mind? Shall I summon your subordinates now?" The Fisherman inquired.

"Yes. I need to locate Iron Rust, so if they arrive, ask them to await me here for a short while." Liu Zheng instructed.

"Understood." The Fisherman gestured, then mounted a Devil Fish and departed through the waves.

"Iron Rust, I have arrived!" He patted the "Evil God Slayer Medal" on his chest and proclaimed loudly.

A few seconds later, the sound of a door opening echoed behind him.

Liu Zheng turned to see Iron Rust observing him silently beside the safety door.

He approached the safety door and, following the taciturn Iron Rust, entered the shelter.

"Uncle Electrician!" The children swarmed towards him, the well-behaved ones embracing his legs, while the more boisterous ones climbed directly onto him.

In certain aspects, children bore a striking resemblance to kittens.

"Alright, alright, settle down first. I've brought you something wonderful." Liu Zheng gently coaxed them back to their spots.

First, he produced jerky crafted from the Tomb Guardian's cattle, a gift from the White Feather Chicken in the kitchen earlier.

Subsequently, he unveiled beverages and desserts from Unlucky Coffee.

Snacks, drinks, and desserts – all the elements for a delightful afternoon tea.

"Children, what should we say at a moment like this?" Iron Rust distributed the treats and then prompted.

"Thank you, Uncle Electrician~" The children sang in unison, their voices sweet and drawn out.

"Yes~" Liu Zheng responded with a warm smile.
