The Strongest Legend of Dragon Ball Chapter 928: Growing stronger

“Your dominion, the 'Power of the World,' is currently quite raw and has a significant journey ahead before it can mature into genuine laws. Fortunately for you, I can offer some wisdom.”
The Time King offered Xiaya a smile, her expertise in this very domain evident.
Hearing this, Xiaya couldn't suppress his excitement. This was precisely the kind of experience he was seeking, and the Time King's counsel was exactly what he needed. He straightened his posture, eager to absorb every valuable insight from the Time King's teachings.
With a gentle demeanor, the Time King proceeded to elucidate the core principles of certain laws, akin to a soft rain nourishing parched earth. Her explanations provided a novel form of enlightenment for Xiaya, who was only just embarking on his exploration of domain laws.
To be precise, his current power was premature to be called the 'Power of the World.' The nascent realm Xiaya had conjured was, at best, a mere "Domain." It was still a considerable distance from evolving into a true world.
The transformation from a "Domain" into a "World" is a protracted endeavor.
Much like the preceding process of Domain creation, a single misstep could jeopardize all prior efforts.
Xiaya harbored a subtle feeling that even if he reached the pinnacle solely through the hybrid energy of a singular nature, it would be insufficient to manifest the true laws of a world. It seemed a crucial element remained elusive, though Xiaya couldn't pinpoint its exact nature.
The Time King observed Xiaya silently. Having navigated this path herself, she understood she could only offer guidance, not reveal the entirety of the process. To do so would alter the natural evolution of the laws, preventing them from becoming intrinsically Xiaya's own.
“The evolution of the 'Power of the World' requires immense patience and cannot be rushed. Let us now turn our attention to the matter of the Original King,” the Time King stated, lifting an exquisite teapot to refill her cup. She then poured tea for Xiaya and the Grand Celestial Official.
“From Mavis's and my perspective, the Original King is a minor figure. However, for you, the situation is different. A king remains a king, even from a forgotten era, and is not someone to be trifled with. Xiaya is currently at a pivotal stage of transcendence, a matter of paramount importance that must not be disrupted by external forces. Therefore, my proposal is for the Time Realm or the Angel Realm to intervene directly, expose the Original King from the shadows, and neutralize him.”
Times had indeed shifted. In the past, they hadn't clearly foresen the possibility of Xiaya's transcendence. Now, with the hope of his ascension palpable, the Time King's resolve hardened.
They had awaited a figure like Xiaya for eons. Finally, the potential to fulfill the laws ordained by a mysterious "He" was within reach, and they could not permit external factors to impede Xiaya's progress.
It was akin to the final stretch of a long pilgrimage, demanding utmost caution.
In this context, the detachment of the Time King and the Grand Celestial Official had its boundaries.
They remained indifferent to countless beings destined never to transcend. Even among those who attained the fourth level of the Divine Realm, they had witnessed too many over the ages. Only those reaching the fifth level of the Divine Realm garnered their significant attention.
Yet, when their own interests were at stake, the Time King exercised extreme prudence.
Undeniably, Xiaya's significance to them was now exceedingly clear. They were pinning their hopes on his transcendence, making the Original King's existence a destabilizing element.
“I concur. We must eliminate the Original King without delay,” the Grand Celestial Official agreed.
“Then it is decided. Our first objective is to ascertain the Original King's location. Should that prove fruitless, we will gradually widen our search parameters, constricting the Original King's operational space until he is forced into the open.”
The Time King and the Grand Celestial Official conferred, strategizing the complete eradication of the Original King.
Hearing their discussion, Xiaya couldn't help but feel a twinge of pity for the Original King. Caught in the crosshairs of two supreme beings who had transcended the Divine Realm, the Original King's fate appeared bleak.
…
In the ensuing days, Meifei remained in the Time Realm for her training. Meanwhile, Xiaya sought a secluded location to hone his own capabilities.
Time flowed onward as Xiaya continued his experiments. Despite encountering setbacks, he progressed incrementally toward success until, one day, he sensed the opportune moment had arrived.
On that particular day, Xiaya bid farewell to the Time King and departed the Time Realm, accompanied by Meifei and Android 18.
“Xiaya, where are we headed?” Android 18 inquired, her usual stoic expression tinged with curiosity as she stood beside Xiaya amidst the vast expanse of the starry sky.
“Are we returning directly to Planet Hongshan?” Meifei chimed in with her question.
“No, we won't be visiting Planet Hongshan just yet.”
A faint smile touched Xiaya's lips, his gaze fixed upon the resplendent, multicolored nebula ahead. It shimmered like cotton candy, delicate and ready to dissolve at the slightest touch of water.
“So, where are we headed next?”
“We’re going on a trip to Planet Yardrat. There’s something there I need to retrieve.”
With a few words spoken, Xiaya placed his hands on the shoulders of Android 18 and Meifei. Then, activating his spatial-temporal powers, their forms vanished from the cosmic expanse, only to reappear moments later on Planet Yardrat in Universe 5.
Meifei surveyed their new surroundings. The planet's landscape seemed remarkably unchanged, even after millennia. She could faintly discern the original appearance of Planet Yardrat from memory.
“This way, follow me,” Xiaya directed, moving forward.
All three were beings of immense power, traversing with incredible speed. In the space of a blink, their figures were engulfed by a vast desert sandstorm.
A few minutes later, they materialized near a palace perched precariously on a cliff.
This was an ancient edifice, constructed by the Yardratians specifically for Meifei. Not far from it lay a hemispherical dwelling, now reduced to a crumbling ruin. The hut's structure had long succumbed to the ravages of time, with the wind and sand burying the past, along with the dwelling itself.
Xiaya halted before the derelict hut, the prior scenes still vivid in his mind. Yet, in the blink of an eye, several thousand years had elapsed.
Crack!
Xiaya snapped his fingers, the sharp sound echoing. Instantly, a formidable aura radiated outwards.
The very ground began to tremble, and the rocks, long weathered by wind and frost, finally fractured and splintered. Then, under the bewildered gazes of Android 18 and Meifei, a sphere of purple light surfaced from the earth. It emitted a sound akin to a dragon's roar, with dozens of serpentine lines coiling within the luminous orb, moving slowly.
Compared to its initial state, the color of this nascent Domain had deepened considerably.
“What’s happening? Why is this here on Planet Yardrat?” Meifei questioned, recognizing the light sphere as the Domain Xiaya had previously created. Hadn’t her father destroyed it?
Solemnly, Xiaya took the purple light sphere into his hand, then absorbed it into his own being.
“This Domain sphere was my creation before the Time King sealed this timeline. I then entrusted it to Planet Yardrat for safekeeping. After millennia of evolution, it has become far more complete than when it was first formed.”
As the Time King was preparing to seal this particular timeline, Xiaya conceived the idea of placing the Domain sphere on Planet Yardrat.
His reasoning was that he knew Planet Yardrat would remain secure for the ensuing thousands of years, allowing ample time for development. If the 'Domain' were left to evolve naturally, its growth cycle would be excessively prolonged, a timescale Xiaya could ill afford to wait for.
Now that the timeline's seal had been broken, the 'Domain' world residing on Planet Yardrat had indeed flourished and grown stronger over the extended period.
This development would save Xiaya considerable time. Just as Bardock's journey to the past was an event destined by history, the moment the Time King sealed the Domain had become an 'imprint' meant to materialize on the timeline.
Upon reclaiming the 'Domain' within himself, Xiaya experienced an immediate sense of invigoration.
He then escorted Meifei and Android 18 back to Planet Hongshan. As for himself, he didn't linger, swiftly heading towards the Angel Realm. For the Xiaya of the present, traversing to the Time Realm, Dragon Realm, or Angel Realm independently was no longer a formidable challenge.
“Wonderful, as long as Xiaya-sama and Meifei are safe,” Kusu murmured.
Back on Planet Hongshan, Kusu, who had been anxiously awaiting Xiaya and the others, couldn't suppress a sigh of relief upon their safe return.
