The Royal Military Academy's Impostor Owns a Dungeon [BL] Chapter 1259: One Man’s Junk

With a result so mind-boggling, the next best thing to do was naturally to call upon the individuals who could possibly explain just what had happened.
"Your Highness, we came as soon as we heard the news!"
The suddenly busy team established to assess the items they’d purchased during the past market days quickly filled the room, where the rest were already waiting for them.
"Good. Then listen to this and tell me if any of you have heard of something like it before," the confused Divine Heir told the newcomers before turning his attention back toward the floating prompt. "D-0, explain. What exactly is this report? And what even is an evaluation level of L?"
"It is indeed the transmitted report from the bounty that had been sent out earlier," D-0 responded smoothly. "Unfortunately, functions remain limited, so we cannot yet receive a copy of the simulation footage. However, according to the report, the bounty was completed after the challengers bypassed the initial objectives, resulting in an evaluation of Legendary."
"!"
"Legendary?!"
The reaction was practically in unison, with several of those gathered around them unable to stop themselves from exclaiming after hearing something so ridiculous!
Had there always been such an evaluation level?!
In the many, years that they’d all participated in simulations for training, had any of them ever received an evaluation like that?!
Naturally, everyone turned toward the group they assumed would know something about what had just happened. But maybe they should’ve expected the answer when the oldest among them simply let out a long sigh.
"Your Highness... it’s clearly there, and honestly, I wouldn’t put it past that rascal if something like this had been hidden there all along. Even now, we’re still finding things that weren’t mentioned in any of the manuals, especially among the functions that were still in the testing phase when the attack happened..."
The lanky man trailed off, seemingly unwilling to dredge up any more dark memories than necessary, before rubbing a hand over his face.
"But if it helps, he definitely complained that we needed newer versions because everyone seemed hell-bent on copying the first solution that worked. He always had issues with the lack of originality. Kept saying he’d kill to witness someone actually think outside the box for once..."
"..."
Everyone looked squarely at the researcher.
The man, who clearly hadn’t expected some random complaint from who knew how long ago to suddenly become relevant again, visibly squirmed beneath the intense gaze of their current sovereign.
Prince Rhydan, however, didn’t really think anything bad of it.
If anything, he was simply relieved that the evaluation didn’t mean something had gone horribly wrong. And if what they were hearing was correct, then perhaps it meant that the vendor they’d been desperately trying to contact was someone far more worth noting than they’d initially realized!
He just couldn’t comprehend how someone who had yet to even clear their own E-rank level had somehow ended up going as far as dismantling the dungeon core.
Just how was that even possible when the simulation was particular nightmare?!
That entire reconstruction had been designed to truly instill in their people that the threat they faced was already right at their doorstep, going so far as to recreate an actual attack from their history. The entire point was to survive the invasion and evacuate before the horde managed to breach the city’s final barriers!
Who in hell would look at something like that and decide to go in the opposite direction of safety?!
Much less somehow reach the dungeon core and dismantle it?!
Unfortunately, the Divine Heir didn’t get much time to contemplate that particular insanity before D-0 called his attention once again.
"Your Highness, have you decided on your response regarding the additional rewards?"
"!"
Right.
There was still that!
Realizing there was actually a choice to be made, Rhydan obviously selected [YES] without much hesitation.
Because if he didn’t, how could they possibly face a vendor who’d just achieved something even he, despite his long life and position, had never heard of anyone accomplishing?!
Then again...
What even constituted an appropriate reward for a Legendary clearance?
Rhydan’s expression slowly became troubled again.
Would they even have enough to properly compensate for something like that when practically all they had left was an enormous amount of unusable CP and what they’d long considered junk, none of which seemed remotely comparable to the things the vendor had been selling them?
More importantly, if this mysterious vendor was capable of accomplishing something like that...
Would there even be anything they possessed that such a person could still benefit from?
__
But unbeknownst to the worried Divine Heir, one man’s junk could always be another man’s treasure.
Because back within the comforts of said unusual dungeon, an entire group had gathered in front of a prompt that honestly couldn’t have been any bigger as it gloriously declared:
[E-RANK DUNGEON CLEARED]
[TIME: 00:58:02]
[CALIBRATING EVALUATION...]
[PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: L]
[CONGRATULATIONS! First Clear Rewards Available!]

"..."
Luca and practically everyone else stared at the hovering display, looking completely confused at first.
Then Ollie’s jaw dropped.
The blonde slowly raised one trembling finger toward the enormous projection.
"Legendary?!"
"!!!"
Every single person present gasped in utter surprise!
As for Luca, he practically hiccuped from how quickly his confusion turned into overwhelming joy, because if he was reading that correctly...
Did that mean there were actually sets of rewards now?!
However, before he could even start wondering if he was dreaming, D-29 frantically chimed in.
"Host! Are we going to be rich now?!"
"!"
The money-grubber, who could practically hear the most beautiful bells ringing inside his head, honestly didn’t know what to answer because he still hadn’t even seen what kind of rewards they were suddenly talking about!
But whatever fatigue he might’ve accumulated from going through that simulation?
Gone!
Completely wiped away!
So with a trembling hand and his heart already beating far faster than it had while they were surrounded by those horrifying corrupted monsters, Luca reached out and accepted all of their recent blessings!

"...!"
The dungeon owner’s eyes widened.
And widened.
And somehow widened even more as he watched the prompts list one thing after another that would definitely make any hoarder chipmunk’s heart sing!
It was to the extent that he eventually needed the capable arms of his husband to physically support him, feeling faint not because he’d just fought his way through those mortifying corrupted monsters, but because of the sheer influx of rewards suddenly being dumped right in front of him!
So much CP!
Vouchers!
A reward chest!
And they could actually a manual and crystal core?!
Luca genuinely didn’t know where to look first!
But just when he thought the beautiful sound of grace had finally come to an end, everyone was caught completely off guard when yet another prompt suddenly flashed into existence.
Only this time, instead of appearing on the massive shared projection they’d all been staring at, individual holographic displays flared to life directly before every participant’s eyes.
"!"
Luca blinked.
Everyone else blinked.
Then they collectively looked at what had appeared before them.
