Mo Hua located the statue hiding the Ancient Wilderness Formation Map. As he searched its interior, the severely wounded Mr. Tu, having been attacked by Mo Hua, began to reform his body after his blood sacrifice ritual was interrupted and his Soul Lamp extinguished. Mr. Tu discovered the carnage of his demon cultivators and realized Mo Hua was alive and on the altar.

This despicable little ghost who deserves to be cut into a thousand pieces...

What in the world is he doing?!

He's actually riding on the Divine Lord's head, and even reaching into the Divine Lord's brain?!

This statue of the Divine Lord is one of the most ancient effigies in the Great Wilderness.

Normally, I myself would bow respectfully, kneel in worship, never daring to desecrate it even slightly, not even daring to look directly at it. Yet now, this Divine Lord statue is being utterly humiliated by Mo Hua perched atop it.

Mr. Tu was so enraged that his vision blurred, blood surging in his chest, the urge to vomit nearly overwhelming him. He desperately wanted to charge forward and tear Mo Hua to shreds to vent his fury.

However, the shred of remaining reason held his impulse in check.

This was the Divine Lord's altar, the very "forbidden ground" of the Divine Lord's birth. He dared not rashly ascend, lest it also be considered an offense to the Divine Lord.

Mr. Tu took a deep, steadying breath, attempting to regain composure, yet his voice could not help but emerge hoarse and quivering:

"You... come down..."

Mo Hua blinked. Not only did he not descend, but he instead dug his arm in deeper. His fingers brushed against something cold, moist, and eerily bone-like within the Evil God's skull. His heart leaped instantly. Silently, he used his fingers to extract it and placed it into his Storage Ring.

Mr. Tu's eyes turned fiery red, wishing he could devour Mo Hua whole.

"Come down..." he commanded once more.

Mo Hua lay upon the Evil God's head, silent, but his mind raced furiously.

Mr. Tu was in the Feather Transformation realm; far too powerful, Mo Hua was completely outmatched.

The demon heads within the hall had all been defeated by him using the 'Planting Devil in Taoist Heart' technique. Without these puppets and "toys," he had no means to restrain Mr. Tu.

Furthermore, the altar he stood upon seemed to be Mr. Tu's "forbidden zone," a place he hesitated to step foot upon. This made the most perilous Evil God's altar the safest haven for Mo Hua.

Otherwise, once he left the altar, the incensed Mr. Tu might very well tear him limb from limb on the spot.

Mo Hua currently possessed no viable strategy to escape Mr. Tu's clutches. Therefore, he absolutely could not leave the altar, could not leave the statue.

The situation had reached an impasse.

Mr. Tu continued to fix his murderous gaze upon Mo Hua.

The two remained locked in this tense standoff.

After a period, Mr. Tu managed to calm himself slightly. A sudden realization struck him, draining the color from his face as he comprehended a far greater issue.

The altar thrummed with the intense aura of the Divine Lord.

Logically, the blood sacrifice had been a success, and the Divine Lord should have descended.

That Mo Hua kid, riding the Divine Lord's head and digging into its skull – such rebellious and blasphemous actions should have drawn the Divine Lord's wrath. But why did the Divine Lord remain indifferent? Why was Mo Hua unharmed?

Why?

Where was the Divine Lord?

What had happened to the Divine Lord?

Mr. Tu immediately shifted his gaze downwards, looking towards the unconscious Yu Er situated at the center of the altar, upon the White Bone Throne.

A trace of the Divine Lord's aura was already present on Yu Er's form.

Though faint, it was undeniably there.

This was because the true nascent form of the Great Wilderness Master had indeed hatched from Yu Er's Divine Thought Embryo.

Mr. Tu's brow furrowed, his heart filled with both awe and profound confusion. He glanced at the unconscious Yu Er, then back at Mo Hua, who remained unscathed atop the Divine Lord's head. In that instant, his heart trembled as if a veil had lifted. His gaze turned cold, yet filled with deep-seated dread, as he looked at Mo Hua and demanded:

"You... are not human. What have you done to the Divine Lord?"

Mo Hua's eyes narrowed slightly. Amidst the tempest of his thoughts, he quickly grasped Mr. Tu's line of reasoning.

He mistook me for the Fierce God.

He sees Yu Er as his Divine Lord!

A spark of inspiration ignited within Mo Hua, and he immediately let out a cold, chilling laugh.

This laughter contained three parts eeriness, three parts demonic essence, three parts divine majesty, and one part innocent, playful mischief.

It was not the laugh of a mortal, but the cold, detached laughter of a "deity."

Then, Mo Hua vanished from the Evil God's head. In an instant, he reappeared upon the White Bone Throne.

With one hand clutching Yu Er's neck, a mysterious, god-like smile gracing his lips, Mo Hua looked down at Mr. Tu, his expression filled with divine mockery, and declared:

"Your Divine Lord has indeed descended."

"But now, He is in my grasp."

"The life and death of His mortal vessel are entirely within my will..."

Mr. Tu clenched his jaw, uncertain of the truth, and dared not act rashly. Only his gaze remained heavy as he questioned Mo Hua:

"What in the world are you?"

Mo Hua knew he had to answer, but could not afford to speak carelessly. Instead, a mysterious, cold smile playing on his lips, he posed a question to Mr. Tu:

"Where was your Lord born?"

When deities speak, their words are subtle hints, leaving the rest to one's comprehension.

Mr. Tu's expression flickered as an immediate thought formed: The Divine Lord was born from... the Abyssal Swamp of the endless Great Wilderness...

Could this formidable cultivator from Taixu Gate be intentionally bringing this up? Perhaps he shares a connection with the Master of the Great Wilderness, originating from the same Barbaric Wilderness Abyssal Swamp?

A sense of unease grew within Mr. Tu; the more he contemplated it, the more plausible it seemed.

If that weren't the case, why would this formidable figure actively oppose the Divine Lord at every turn? And how could he possess such intimate knowledge of the Divine Lord's grand design?

Mr. Tu's apprehension intensified.

He was, after all, a loyal servant of the Divine Lord, a recipient of his divine favor. Faced with ordinary cultivators, even those from Heaven Void, he wouldn't harbor significant fear.

However, inhabiting the mortal shell of this Foundation Establishment youngster was a divine being.

Furthermore, it was a formidable entity with profound ties to the Divine Lord himself.

Mr. Tu's gaze towards Mo Hua now held an added measure of reverence, so much so that he found himself hesitant to meet Mo Hua's eyes directly.

His expression grew somber as he posed a question to Mo Hua: "What is your ultimate objective?"

Mo Hua's countenance remained impassive: "You are not worthy to know."

These words resonated with an almost divine authority, and upon hearing them, Mr. Tu experienced a fleeting sense of inadequacy.
