Mo Hua recognized the dire corruption plaguing heavenly prides, turning them into demon vessels through slaughter and evil invasion, and urgently led his Taixu Gate brothers into a blood-mist-shrouded dead forest to rescue others. Skillfully avoiding blood leeches, writhing thorns, and grotesque spirits, they subdued the half-corrupted Ouyang Xuan with divine thought, sparing his life. Amidst horrors of battling disciples and lurking demons, a massive evil spirit trembled and veered away from Mo Hua's path as the group raced onward.

Deeming it prudent, Mo Hua paid no heed to it, pressing forward along the cause-and-effect threads. Within the sinister Large Formation, across the blood-soaked barren woods, through the savage bloodshed, he saved nearly twenty Junior Brothers, one after another.

Certain ones remained unscathed, simply confined in a narrow valley, too fearful to step out.

Others suffered minor infections from Evil Spirit.

Some clashed with disciples from other Sects, igniting killing desires that disturbed their Taoist Heart, birthing traces of murderous Evil Thoughts.

Cases like Ouyang Xuan's involved heavy infection, teetering on the edge of madness.

Restraining these individuals demanded significant effort.

The trickiest proved to be the Taia Mountain Five Brothers: Ouyang Fu, Lu, Shou, Xi, and Cai.

Mo Hua located them in the midst of the five brothers "killing each other".

Ouyang Fu and Ouyang Lu, tainted by Evil Spirit, eyes blood-red, couldn't curb their killing urge, even turning blades on their kin.

The other three brothers reluctantly countered to subdue their two elders.

Yet in the fray, the Large Formation's blood mist infected all five, amplifying their bloodlust. They abandoned restraint, devolving into true fratricide, five Giant Swords smashing together in merciless, blood-hungry rage.

Mo Hua arrived to behold this sight.

"Stop!"

Mo Hua's eyes narrowed faintly, his sharp "deafening" cry slicing through eardrums, momentarily clearing the five's heads.

Ouyang Shou, Ouyang Xi, and Ouyang Cai snapped to clarity at once and ceased.

Ouyang Fu and Ouyang Lu, profoundly possessed, pressed on with savage killing strikes.

Cheng Mo and companions rushed to halt them, yet lacked the strength.

In the chaos, golden radiance flared in Mo Hua's eyes; a domineering glare swept forth, drilling into the duo's gazes.

The pair of brutes shuddered violently, minds in turmoil, slamming to the earth.

One mere glance from Mo Hua tamed the strongest two of the Taia Five Brothers.

Disciples like Cheng Mo, ignorant of his method, stared in awe, briefly deeming their Junior Brother a deity.

"Bring them, follow me," Mo Hua commanded.

"Yes, Junior Brother."

Ouyang Shou and Ouyang Xi hoisted their elder brothers, merging with fellow disciples to trail Mo Hua.

Mo Hua extended his Divine Sense, mapping the terrain, ultimately spotting a cave amid the barren forest.

The group filed into the cave.

Fingers dancing, Mo Hua unleashed Spiritual Ink that twisted across the ground into a Formation, barricading the entrance.

"Those uninfected, stand behind me."

"Those slightly possessed, or with rising murderous intent, stand to my left."

"Severely infected and unconscious, lay on the right side on the ground."

Mo Hua divided them by possession severity, then produced an incense burner, kindling a stick of Sandalwood Incense, speaking to the mildly afflicted—Yang Qianjun, Ouyang Shou, Ouyang Xi, Ouyang Cai:

"Sit cross-legged right there, meditate to guard your heart, banish stray thoughts, envision a spotless mirror, a mind serene as placid water."

"If your Taoist Heart wavers during this, or Evil Thoughts prove stubborn, inform me at once..."

"Okay, Junior Brother."

Yang Qianjun and the three Ouyang brothers assented, joining the rest to meditate and master themselves as Mo Hua directed.

Next, Mo Hua focused on the gravest three: Ouyang Xuan, Ouyang Fu, Ouyang Lu.

These situations posed real challenges.

He lacked the ability to invade others' Sea of Consciousness.

The Godslaying Sword beyond the body wielded excessive might.

Compelling Divine Thought through the sword to sever Evil Spirit would annihilate their Divine Sense too.

Mo Hua mulled briefly, opting to counter "poison" with poison, "Demon" devouring demon.

Extracting a fractured White Bone Sword, he murmured:

"Sword Bone, enter their Sea of Consciousness, consume the Evil Spirits."

"Devour only Evil Spirits, not a single extra bite, or I'll toss you to the dogs."

Following the warning, Mo Hua positioned the broken White Bone Sword upon Ouyang Xuan's brow, at the Heavenly Gate Point linking to the Sea of Consciousness.

A subtle, ghostly red gleam surfaced.

Sword Bone then invaded Ouyang Xuan's Sea of Consciousness, adhering to Mo Hua's "Little Ancestor" orders, gobbling every bloody Evil Spirit.

Evil Spirits tasted foul.

Sword Bone craved the cultivator's Divine Sense far more; such was its innate Evil Spirit compulsion.

Still, it refrained.

Daring an extra nibble meant that external Little Ancestor held endless methods to destroy this minor Sword Demon.

No one grasped the Little Ancestor's savagery and dread better than it.

His declarations stood as iron laws; Sword Bone absolutely refused to rebel.

"Fine, these are Ouyang's lineage disciples too. Not human myself, but I'll perform a merit..."

At the thought of "Ouyang", Sword Bone's gaze softened. After devouring all Evil Spirits, it scanned once more to ensure completeness, then withdrew from Ouyang Xuan's Sea of Consciousness.

Mo Hua applied the same approach, directing Sword Bone to feast on Evil Spirits within Ouyang Fu and Ouyang Lu's Sea of Consciousness too.

Post-devouring, Mo Hua verified personally that Sword Bone had complied diligently with orders, then gave a satisfied nod.

Ouyang Xuan and the rest's troubles were settled.

Inspecting Yang Qianjun and others, Mo Hua noted their Evil Thoughts had greatly receded.

The remainder were stable too.

"Everyone’s here, and all alive..."

Only then did Mo Hua sigh fully in relief, gratitude washing over him.

Fortunate indeed that he commanded Heavenly Mechanism Causality techniques, sensing kin's auras. Absent that, within the Evil Path Great Formation's enveloping blood mist and Evil Qi, locating Ouyang Xuan and company swiftly would have proven impossible.
