The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse Chapter 1454 1454: End Of Cultivation
Previously on The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse...
The instant Rhazor ascended to Immortal King, Klaus sensed a section of his soul sea beginning to transform.
His shift from Early Immortal to True Immortal had already massively expanded and reshaped his soul sea in ways beyond description.
Yet with his new Immortal King status, he detected an even deeper transformation stirring inside him.
That wasn't the sole shift he noticed, though.
Back on Earth's moon, his entire Beast Legion of 8,400 members sat in lotus position, all in humanoid forms.
Star tattoos marked their foreheads, their auras surging from Early Immortals to Real Immortals, with some even pulsing True Immortal might.
Klaus felt their auras vividly, yet he had no clue why.
He understood only that his Immortal King breakthrough in one body triggered these shifts.
While his Beast Legion turned into beasts, the wildest change Klaus struggled to grasp was the intensified bond with them and everyone who consumed his Star Monarch blood essence.
He now perceived far more about them, even vaguely sensing their locations.
His buddies Danny and the others raced from a planet in the Human Universe; the same went for his Undead and Doom Legion.
Asmodeus guided them from Earth, touring the Human Universe before heading to the Vampire Galaxy for an old ally.
All had reached Immortal ranks, Asmodeus hitting Real Immortal. Their lack of fear stemmed from his mighty Immortal Undead.
He'd assigned three Immortal Kings, two Immortal Emperors, and an Immortal Lord to safeguard Danny's crew.
Asmodeus noted that Immortal stage let him shatter seals on his Undead, plus his skill to spawn Undead five realms higher.
Thus, Klaus wasn't the family's sole monster; Asmodeus terrified any challengers.
Klaus felt it all, surrendering to the rush.
He overlooked his body's changes amid the ecstasy, as golden energy swept his arm and merged into his chest.
Still euphoric, a message popped up with news he'd adore, but he missed it.
Finally, sensing all Immortal Qi and Divine Qi absorbed, he regained focus.
That's when the message caught his eye.
<Your Primordial Vampire Monarch Bloodline has undergone an upgrade: Supreme Grade ↠ Celestial Grade>
A grin spread over Klaus's face, eager for the wonders ahead.
In the end, only Rhazor hit Immortal King, but the other four bodies peaked at True Immortal.
The internal upheavals felt so immense he sat ten minutes sorting it out.
Deep in his bones, a fundamental shift brewed, wild power radiating from all five bodies. His main body forged six immortal rings from leftover essence post-Rhazor's breakthrough.
Crafting six immortal rings at True Immortal is utterly staggering; top geniuses barely hit five, but he surpassed.
This might, atop True Immortal power, rendered him fearsome.
Yet more: Orion (Paragon), Efad, and Kaden each formed five immortal rings. Rhazor shockingly birthed eight, for reasons Klaus couldn't fathom.
Klaus eyed the guy inspecting himself, fully knowing the shifts.
Feeling the stare, Rhazor glanced up with a grin:
"Why so surprised, Klaus? Do you feel threatened by me?"
Klaus smirked, annoyance flashing. "Feels great with all that power, right? Mind lending two immortal rings for good?"
Rhazor's grin vanished into a scowl. "Give it a shot. But don't cry when I shove your teeth down so deep, you'll brush them with a toothbrush up your ass."
"Big words from a little guy. Up for a spar like old times?"
"Why not?"
Before Goddess Nivara intervened, Klaus and Rhazor clashed brutally, shaking the shattered world.
Orion lifted his gaze at his two bodies, irritation clear. "I am too lazy for this shit."
He swiveled his head toward Goddess Nivara. "I have no relations with them, Grandma, so don't look at me with those amused expressions."
Goddess Nivara let out a hearty laugh. "I can see that, kiddo. Though I have to ask, do you not feel like joining them?"
Orion hesitated briefly before turning to face Efad. Directing his piercing gaze at him, the green-haired brat scowled deeply. "You wouldn't do that."
"Watch me."
In that instant, they established their own battlefield and began clashing their powers.
Kaden shook his head vigorously for several seconds before stepping nearer to his grandma. Spotting the playful smile on her face, he chuckled softly and remarked:
"I am a lot, as I said."
"I can now see that."
Kaden gave a nod and placed his finger on his grandma's forehead. "I am transmitting a Celestial Grade cultivation technique to you. Once you receive it, I will give you a drop of my blood and help you absorb it. That will get you started."
She nodded in agreement, and moments later, Kaden completed the transfer of the technique. He stretched out his palm, summoning a drop of golden blood.
"This will sever your connection to the Heavens, allowing you to walk the path of immortality and transcendence unhindered."
She nodded once more. Right then, the prompt for selecting her class and affinity floated in front of her. She hurriedly alerted Kaden.
"Let it be. My blood will give you a much better class than the one the Heavens are offering."
Having no cause to doubt him, she took the blood essence from Kaden and swallowed it without the slightest pause.
Kaden acted swiftly, pressing his finger to her forehead without delay. Her cultivation base soon began surging upward. Klaus had provided her with the purest essence of his blood, propelling her rapidly through levels and ranks.
(A/N: They are all Klaus, so don't get confused.)
At the same time, his four bodies stayed entangled in fierce melee. The main body and Rhazor had traded thousands of strikes, and though neither deployed techniques or immortal rings, the main body was repelled several times.
Klaus burst into laughter, savoring the rush of battle where every minor flaw was ruthlessly exploited, mimicking a clash against a true adversary.
