Jian Anning wakes up with a terrible hangover in an unfamiliar, luxurious suite. She finds herself in a disordered room, with her and a man's clothes strewn about. Trying to piece together the events of the previous night after a company celebration, she realizes she slept with someone while drunk. The man beside her stirs, causing her to wonder if it's the idol Yu Zexiao.

A slim arm suddenly emerged from behind her. Warmth flowed from it, imbuing her body with a tingling sensation. A shiver ran through her as she turned her head, her gaze instantly meeting a pair of captivating eyes.

The man’s eyes had just fluttered open from a deep slumber, his thick, long lashes casting subtle shadows. His dark pupils, akin to a shimmering lake, were framed by arched brows that exuded an air of arrogance beneath his otherwise indifferent facade, appearing both approachable and ungraspable. High and straight, his nose bridge resembled a sculpted masterpiece, proudly presented to the world. His lips, rosy and finely formed, sat above a long neck that accentuated the man’s strength and elegance, like a bow taut and ready to release. He was languidly reclined, his gaze alone possessing a lethal, almost poisonous allure.

Yu Zexiao’s previously hazy vision slowly focused on her. Observing her typical prim and proper office lady attire, he could never have envisioned her appearing like this! Feeling his stare, she instinctively pulled the blanket higher, her fair cheeks igniting with a flush. Noticing her reaction, Yu Zexiao’s thin, soft, rosy lips curved into a subtly wicked smile. No words were exchanged, yet the air still thrummed with the intoxicating, enchanting scent of their recent encounter.

After a brief silence, Yu Zexiao finally spoke, his voice like the tear of the finest silk, husky yet laced with an undercurrent of boundless malice, “Last night, we…”

“Last night was an accident!” Jian Anning suddenly realized something and blurted it out, speaking rapidly, “I… I had too much to drink. I hope you can forget. Just consider it, consider it—an accident, alright?”

Yu Zexiao’s lips parted slightly, a flicker of surprise registering in his eyes and on his brows. After all, countless women vied for his attention. He had initially presumed this was Jian Anning’s complicated strategy to play hard to get, but he never anticipated such a confession! Sensing his astonished gaze sweep over her multiple times, Jian Anning began to panic. She hastily gathered her clothes and dressed; only after the door clicked shut did the man seem to break from his stupor.

He glanced down, noting the bedsheets remained pristine white, devoid of the tell-tale crimson blossoms typically present after one’s first intimate experience. Recalling her composed denial just moments before, Yu Zexiao’s expression darkened considerably—could it be that this woman had orchestrated their encounter last night? Was she no longer pure?
