Levi activated the Soulleech Maw, igniting his staff with mesmerizing green Aether Flames that chilled the souls of Fang and the Nightcrawlers. Fang demanded answers, but Levi challenged them to survive first before vanishing in a Combustion Leap. Immune to the Toxic Kingdom, he ambushed Nyr’Kalloth, ensnaring him in burning chains amid a Zombie Blight storm and melting his soul despite desperate defenses.

While Bishop Na’thir and Va’ren gazed upon Levi’s blazing form, their breaths caught sharply in their throats... and then, two words slipped from their trembling lips at the exact same moment.

"Aether Flames..."

Surrounding lesser onlookers merely caught sight of peculiar flames that stirred their excitement... yet these two had pored over prohibited records, examined locked grimoires, and deciphered carvings from societies crumbled into oblivion long ago.

Just one fire matched that exact depiction... Aetheric Flames.

Flames that devoured not physical substance, but the fragile divide linking soul to reality itself. Their hands shook from the overwhelming gravity of what this signified, eyes gradually shifting to the Soulleech Maw twisted around Levi’s blade like a timeless beast shielding its favored wielder.

"No... no, that is impossible..."

"How... is that? It can’t be..."

The final known bearer of such flames had been a disaster that sent shivers of horror through the mightiest entities across the cosmos.

A consumer so repulsive that its confirmed demise had sparked universal rejoicing, turning its name into mere legend.

And now... it clung to Levi like a devoted snake... tamed, submissive, and vibrant with life.

Na’thir sensed a vise gripping his chest as Levi’s fiery silhouette advanced through the tempest, bearing that same icy grin.

"If those are truly Aetheric Flames..." His stare sharpened, laced with a shadow of fear. "Then the Maw is not extinct... it has found a vessel."

For the first time, Bishop Na’thir no longer viewed Levi as a pesky youth he wished he hadn’t spared... or even a concealed Half-Radian.

He perceived him as an artifact from an era the cosmos had desperately tried... and utterly failed... to entomb. This epiphany shook him deeper than anything prior, finally revealing the truth: he could not let him live unless captured in his current frailty.

Otherwise, the fallout would overwhelm him.

Commanding Aetheric Flames elevated Levi, in the view of every watching titan, to an elite class... the same as Half-Radians, Half-Oblivars, and fellow Half-Ancient Races.

Indeed, Bishop Va’ren believed he outshone them in rarity.

A torrent of feelings surged within him... and for a Tier 8 titan, such turmoil was utterly atypical.

’Soulleech Maw Wielder... There’s just one across the whole universe, and it’s him!’ Bishop Va’ren’s eyes locked onto Levi. ’I need to pull him to my side... I must... before those fanatics from that Organization snatch him away.’

Bishop Va’ren had first aimed to manipulate Levi as a tool... but shifted to enslaving him upon witnessing the Lantern of the Lost Keeper.

Now... grasping the chance that Levi commanded the vanished legendary beast Soulleech Maw, Bishop Va’ren craved nothing less than Levi aligning with him as a follower or perhaps a peer!

Such was the colossal value of a singular existence in the universe... he grasped better than most that Levi’s survival of this Game would transform his destiny forever... for glory or ruin, he transcended ordinary Humanity.

Meanwhile, oblivious to the titans’ scheming minds, Levi surged straight at Xorr’Vaedryn, hauling the blazing crown in his wake... Xorr’Vaedryn’s face drained of color in terror as he scrambled to flee.

He’d already dreaded Levi since the Lantern shattered his undead horde... now? Pure horror gripped him. His allies fared no better.

As summoners, their strength largely flowed from their minions... Yet, with Levi eradicating their final forces, none risked calling forth more amid their depleted reserves.

They’d assumed the Toxic Kingdom shielded them securely... but none foresaw Levi as a monstrous anomaly with his spleen evolved into Abyssal Filtrum. A Divine Grade Oblivar Mutation that purged curses, corruption, alien energies, toxins, and persistent malice.

It granted him near-total resistance to virtually all harmful forces or substances assaulting soul or flesh.

Toxic Kingdom? It menaced its makers far more than Levi!

’Argh!!! Sir Fang, save me!!’

’Arghhh!!!! My soul!!! It buuurns!!’

Fang heard their desperate pleas, yet... he held back. Not until he fully grasped Levi’s terrifying green flames. He fell back to the Toxic Kingdom’s remotest edge, watching Levi slaughter the nightcrawlers individually.

Sael’Drakk, Deyss’Vael, and even the Shadow Mercenary... they exerted every ounce of effort to protect themselves, unleashing their deadliest venomous finishers. Still, Levi sliced through unscathed, his face unchanging.

As though forged from venom itself and shaped by its lethal grasp... In truth, the Abyssal Filtrum toiled relentlessly to cleanse his bloodstream, simultaneously converting the poison into dark energy and sealing it inside the Void Seed.

The spectacle left spectators, nightcrawlers, and even Levi’s comrades completely baffled... Regrettably, Gamemaster Envy declined to clarify, as he remained clueless about Levi’s feat.

All he witnessed was the poison vanishing from Levi’s blood in under a millisecond due to an unknown force... The system obstructed his scan, leaving him with a frustrated look.

’First Aetheric Flames and now poison immunity... what secrets does he conceal that earned system approval for two distinct powers?’

Gamemaster Envy quickly summoned Levi’s profile. Thanks to his admin privileges, it revealed far more info than the version available to the public.

He promptly accessed the authorized concealed sections, only to halt abruptly as realization struck... Levi hadn’t received approval for merely two abilities.

’Eight... approved for eight.’ His eyes bulged. ’How can this be?’

Gamemaster Envy understood the system’s stringent standards for approvals... It rarely granted protected secrecy for a Rifter’s powers unless their justification truly warranted it.

This carried huge weight, since only Nocturn could access these secret details... Not even a Murinori Clan could peek without Nocturn’s permission.

Thus, such clearances typically went to Tier 7+ powerhouses.

’Is he truly human, or some mysterious being from the Aether Realm reborn in mortal form?’ Gamemaster Envy furrowed his brow in confusion.

Doubts and queries swirled endlessly in his thoughts... Still, he could merely guess at Levi’s background, with no way to uncover facts. As a Gamemaster, sharing this info or questioning Levi directly would violate his master’s directives.

Before long, it dawned on him that even answers would change little... Beyond satisfying his curiosity, probing Levi’s circumstances offered scant benefit.

After all, he served merely as Nocturn’s attendant, confined forever to the Boundless Expanse.

Gamemaster Envy’s face reverted to its contrived, enthusiastic host demeanor... Then, spotting Levi consume three more souls, he announced in a thrilled voice.

"Raiders Captain has unleashed the beast inside!! Who dares halt him? Who can face him?! Tell me who?!" he bellowed. "We watched Orry’Xel carry the Raiders alone, and now Levi settles the score!"

The majority of the audience couldn’t fathom how Levi overpowered the nightcrawlers so effortlessly in their own territory... But they didn’t mind, roaring his name fervently as they observed him cut down the nightcrawlers until just one survived.

Fang.

Yet, right when Fang pondered jumping from the rope to flee the Toxic Kingdom... with his guardians slain... his eyes narrowed in shock as Levi’s Aetheric Flames wavered and started fading.

In mere seconds, the Soulleech Maw withdrew its extended tongue and expelled two last flame bursts... Then it sank into Levi’s hand, seeming utterly depleted of power.

’A opportunity?’ Fang’s mind raced instantly.

"I know what you’re thinking...and no." Levi said coolly while approaching, "I already possess all I require to end you... no flames required."

Fang’s face grew grave upon hearing this... He grasped that Levi had wiped out the nightcrawlers to strip away his poison defenses.

The Toxic Kingdom no longer belonged to the nightcrawlers.

It belonged to... Levi!
