"Guan Qingyue, do you realize that such actions constitute a crime for which you could be sentenced?" Yang Ruxin inquired, her eyebrows slightly raised.

"I don't know," Guan Qingyue replied, frowning at Yang Ruxin. Suddenly, her eyes widened, and she immediately knelt. "Please spare my life. You are a high-ranking official; please speak for me. You like my brother, don't you? I'll let you be my sister-in-law... I haven't done anything..."

Guan Qingyue’s words caused Guan Qingshu’s expression to falter. Why was this girl blabbering everything?
