Victoria surrenders to Alex, who reveals he figured out her immortality is due to four Divine Weapons controlling the laws of Restoration, Conversion, Destruction, and Decay. He explains that her body is a construct of cursed energy, and without Restoration, she cannot rebuild herself. Alex demands Victoria turn into a sword to chop wood, but she counters by asking for his help to kill her father.

Victoria stood still for a moment before speaking.

"I want revenge on that son of a bitch father of mine."

The words left her mouth with quiet venom.

For a brief moment, silence filled the ruined battlefield.

Alex rubbed his chin as if he were seriously considering the matter.

Then he spoke in a low voice.

"So you’ve got daddy issues too, huh?"

He looked down toward the purple sword resting casually in his hand.

"Looks like I’m meeting more and more girls with daddy issues lately."

"Kaelith is one of them too."

The sword immediately began humming violently.

The purple energy surrounding the blade flickered and crackled as if the weapon itself was cursing him.

Alex sighed.

"Alright, alright."

He raised both hands slightly.

"Calm down."

Then he looked back toward Victoria.

"Just remember you’re lucky to have such a generous master."

Victoria ignored the insult.

Her expression turned serious.

"The man I’m talking about is not someone ordinary."

Her crimson eyes narrowed.

"So I’m telling you beforehand."

"He has become one of the strongest beings I know."

Her voice lowered.

"You could die."

"So choose your words carefully before agreeing to anything."

Alex said nothing.

Instead, he slowly began walking toward her.

Step.

Step.

Step.

Victoria instinctively took a step backward.

Then another.

Her instincts were screaming at her.

Inside Alex’s mind, a calm voice appeared.

[ Soul Affinity is in use. ]

White energy began leaking from Alex’s body.

It flowed like mist, smooth and quiet.

But the moment it appeared—

Victoria felt it.

Her soul trembled.

"What the hell are you doing?"

Her eyes widened.

She could feel something pulling at her existence itself.

Her soul felt as if invisible chains had wrapped around it.

Drawing her closer.

Alex continued walking calmly.

"Don’t forget who created you."

His voice became colder.

"And who you were created for."

"Hephaestus specifically brought you back to life for one purpose."

He stopped directly in front of her.

"To become a weapon worthy of me."

His amethyst eyes glowed faintly through the mask.

"So I advise you not to resist."

His voice lowered slightly.

"Or it might become more painful."

Victoria gritted her teeth.

Her soul struggled instinctively against the pull.

But deep down she already knew something.

The man standing before her was monstrously powerful.

There was no escape.

Her resistance slowly faded.

Then she asked quietly.

"Can I trust you?"

The moment Alex heard that—

He burst into laughter.

Loud.

Unrestrained.

"I won’t waste your time with meaningless conversations about trust."

Then—

He slowly removed the mask from his face.

The skull mask dissolved into faint particles of light.

Victoria blinked.

For a moment—

She forgot to breathe.

The man standing before her was absurdly handsome.

Smooth black hair framed his face, falling slightly across his forehead.

His features were sharp yet elegant.

His skin was pale and flawless.

But what truly captured her attention were his eyes.

Amethyst.

Deep.

Vast.

They looked like galaxies swirling endlessly within them.

Cosmic storms hidden behind calm pupils.

For several seconds, Victoria simply stared.

Completely mesmerized.

’What the hell...’

’I thought he was hiding his face because he looked ugly...’

’But this...’

’This is on another level.’

She finally snapped out of her daze when Alex spoke again.

"My real name is Alex."

He placed the mask loosely at his side.

"Alex Dragonheart."

His eyes locked onto hers.

"Remember it."

"Because it’s the name of the master you’re going to serve for the rest of your life."

Victoria’s mouth twitched slightly.

Before she could respond, Alex continued.

"And about trusting me..."

He shrugged casually.

"You can forget about that."

"Sometimes even I can’t trust myself."

"I tend to do things on a whim."

Victoria’s expression stiffened.

But before she could complain, Alex interrupted again.

"But I can promise you one thing."

His gaze sharpened slightly.

"You want that father of yours dead, right?"

Victoria nodded slowly.

Alex smiled faintly.

"I already have enemies on the level of gods."

"So adding one more won’t make much difference."

He turned slightly away.

"So consider it done."

For a moment, Victoria simply stared at him.

Then something strange happened.

A faint warmth appeared in her chest.

A feeling she had not experienced in a very long time.

Reassurance.

It felt oddly familiar.

Just like the first time she learned how to control cursed energy.

The moment when her path toward power had truly begun.

And for the first time since her rebirth—

Victoria felt that same feeling again.

In the next moment, Alex raised his hand slowly.

He swirled his fingers through the air as if drawing invisible lines.

Strange runic symbols began forming in front of him.

They appeared one after another, glowing faintly with silver light. Each rune rotated slowly, humming with ancient energy that did not belong to the laws of this world.

Victoria’s eyes narrowed the moment she saw them.

She immediately realized something strange.

These were not any runes she had ever encountered before.

"What are you doing?" she asked cautiously.

Alex didn’t even look at her.

He continued tracing patterns in the air while speaking casually.

"At one time, a crazy old man taught me how to use runes."

Another rune appeared beside the others.

"He called me a genius in the art."

Alex smiled slightly.

"Which I obviously am."

The glowing symbols began spinning faster.

"And since mana contracts don’t work properly in this world..."

He tilted his head thoughtfully.

"I figured why not use runes instead?"

He snapped his fingers lightly.

"To create a slave seal."

The moment Victoria heard those words—

A chill ran straight down her spine.

Her pupils shrank.

"You’re not planning to..." she started.

Alex turned toward her with a wide smile.

"You know, I consider myself a very nice guy."

He chuckled.

"So don’t worry."

"I won’t work you to the bone."

Victoria felt genuine fear as she tired to move but couldn’t.

The runes he had created suddenly began gathering together.

Dozens of symbols collided and merged into one another.

Light flared.

Then everything condensed into a single mark.

A symbol.

Simple.

Yet overwhelming.

It was shaped like the letter S.

Victoria instinctively tried to step backward.

But her body refused to move.

Her muscles locked in place.

’What...?’

’My body...’

’I can’t control it...’

Alex spoke calmly.

"Relax."

"It won’t hurt."

"I promise."

Victoria shook her head desperately.

"No..."

Her voice trembled.

"Stay away from me."

The glowing symbol suddenly dissolved into thousands of tiny particles.

They shot forward like sparks.

Before she could react—

They entered her body.

The particles sank into her skin and gathered on her forehead.

Pain struck immediately.

A burning sensation spread through her skull.

"YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

Victoria yelled angrily.

"It actually hurts!"

The light faded.

On her forehead, a glowing S-shaped mark appeared.

Alex clapped once.

"See?"

"That was easy."

He flicked his finger.

In the next moment—

Victoria’s body dissolved.

Her form shattered into countless crimson particles.

They spiraled through the air around Alex like a storm of glowing dust.

The particles gathered in front of him.

Condensing.

Shaping.

Forging.

A sword slowly formed.

Its blade was deep crimson, polished like blood-colored crystal. The surface reflected faint streaks of dark energy swirling within it.

The weapon looked elegant.

Deadly.

Beautiful.

But what truly shocked Alex was the aura.

An overwhelming bloodlust radiated from the blade.

It was unlike anything he had ever seen before.

Raw.

Ancient.

Violent.

Energy buzzed from the sword like a living creature.

Alex reached out and grabbed the hilt.

The moment his hand touched it—

CRACK.

His body trembled violently.

Cracks suddenly spread across his skin.

Thin fractures ran across his arms, shoulders, and neck as if his body itself was struggling to contain the weapon’s power.

Then—

Cosmic essence erupted from his body.

A glowing storm of cosmic energy burst outward, covering both Alex and the sword.

The energy stabilized his form.

The cracks disappeared instantly.

As if they had never existed.

Alex slowly placed his mask back onto his face.

Then he spoke with excitement in his voice.

"Now this..."

He raised the crimson sword slightly.

"This is what I call a weapon."

"A weapon no one can wield but me."

Then he looked toward his other hand.

The purple sword rested there quietly.

He stared at it thoughtfully.

’Now what should I do with her...’

’Should I feed her to Victoria too?’

The purple sword suddenly buzzed nervously.

Its energy flickered.

Almost like it was scared.

Alex burst out laughing.

He then looked toward the surrounding world.

The decayed domain still stretched endlessly around him.

Ruined mountains.

Rotting skies.

Crumbling ground.

Alex casually raised the crimson sword.

Then he swung it once.

The slash cut through the air.

For a moment—

Nothing happened.

Then the entire world split apart.

The decayed domain shattered like broken glass.

Reality cracked open as the environment collapsed into fragments of fading energy.

Alex blinked.

"Wow."

"Even my domain couldn’t overpower this world."

He looked at the sword again.

"But one swing from this... and it shattered."

The next moment—

Everything changed.

Alex suddenly found himself back inside his room.

The same bedroom where he and Kaelith had been talking earlier.

The bed.

The window.

The quiet interior.

It was all back.

Alex looked down at the two swords in his hands.

One crimson.

One purple.

"Alright."

"You two can take your time for now."

Suddenly—

Light burst from both weapons.

Energy erupted.

The swords began transforming.

Two humanoid figures slowly formed from the light.

Bodies reconstructed piece by piece.

Victoria.

Kaelith.

They stood in front of him again.

There was just one problem.

They were both completely naked.

Not a single piece of clothing remained on them.

Alex blinked.

"Oh."

He scratched the back of his head.

"Did your clothes get destroyed when I turned you into weapons?"

Both Victoria and Kaelith froze.

Then their faces turned bright red with anger.

Their auras began rising rapidly.

Before either of them could explode—

The door suddenly burst open.

"Lucifer!"

James walked in loudly.

"It’s time for dinner—"

He stopped mid-sentence.

His eyes widened.

His entire face turned red instantly.

"I—I’m sorry!"

"I didn’t know you were... uh... busy."

The room fell silent.

Then—

A terrifying aura erupted from both Victoria and Kaelith.

The air trembled violently.

Sweat slowly appeared on Alex’s forehead.

’Yup...Looks like i went overboard with the cringy lines.’
