Cain successfully integrates the Power of Karma into a fragment of a fourth-realm artifact, hardening the realm barrier to trap his enemies. Embracing the persona of the elusive Red King, he travels to the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom. Upon arrival, he ignores the warnings of a high-ranking official named Kyra, who demands he depart. As he continues his advance despite her commands, the fortress activates its defensive armaments to strike him down.

The energy spears merged instantly into one colossal cannon packed with devastating force. The pressure it unleashed shook the heavens, scattering the ash clouds from the volcanoes encircling the stronghold like an unseen surge driving them apart.

The beam blasted ahead, shredding the air while charging straight at the Red King.

But right before it struck him, a golden glow ignited in his eyes, as if it could swallow all of reality.

Beneath the stunned stares of Kyra and the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom's other top experts, a vortex formed in the Red King's left eye. It rotated lazily at first, but upon contact with the beam, it unleashed a suction beyond imagination.

In one fleeting moment, the gigantic beam got entirely devoured. The destructive force disappeared completely, as though it had never been there.

Kyra's eyes bulged in total disbelief while her thoughts reeled from the sight.

She hadn't overdone the strike. The beam wasn't intended to slay him. It was supposed to hurl the Red King back at worst and compel him to respect her command.

It aimed to show that defying her orders brought repercussions.

Instead, she had handed him the opportunity to unveil his horrifying strength.

And the spectacle wasn't finished yet.

The following instant, the Red King lifted his hand leisurely and aimed a finger at a vast volcanic mountain chain far off. Then-

"BOOOOM!"

Before a single heartbeat passed, the energy burst forth right into the mountain range.

A world-shaking blast erupted.

Whole summits vaporized as the assault ripped through the volcanic terrain, flattening a huge swath of the peaks in one catastrophic blow.

Molten lava and ash spewed skyward while shockwaves rippled over the ground.

Silence descended afterward.

From the lowliest Blutlinie fighter to the strongest Royal Blutlinie there, all stood dumbstruck by that reality-warping might.

The Red King then resumed his advance.

Every stride he made across the sky sent shivers through Kyra and the rest's hearts.

With deliberate calm, he neared the enormous force field shielding the stronghold.

As soon as his hand met the barrier, a fierce energy backlash exploded. Scorching waves of protective power lashed out, searing his finger in an effort to drive away the invader.

Seeing this, relief washed over the Royal Blutlinie.

The force field was built to block entities like Shakra. No matter the Red King's prowess, he couldn't just stroll through it.

Or so they believed.

The Red King gradually brought his palms together.

Next, he shaped a lotus mudra with his fingers.

Right away, a splendid golden lotus bloomed around him.

It boasted thirty-three petals.

Certain petals blazed like tiny suns, emitting dazzling holy radiance, while others dimmed almost to invisibility. Combined, they crafted a vision of such grandeur that all onlookers gaped in reverence.

The lotus's aura radiated laws that evidently transcended the Third Realm's boundaries.

The Red King pressed on with his steps.

The force field instantly retaliated with fury.

Titanic surges of ruinous energy exploded from the shield, slamming into the golden lotus with crushing might. That unleashed power could pulverize a Peak Alpha-Omega Overgod and gravely injure a King-Level entity.

But nothing pierced the lotus's defense.

Fissures started spiderwebbing across the golden petals as the barrier intensified its assault.

Yet prior to the lotus breaking apart-

The Red King had already passed through the force field.

He entered the stronghold with composed ease.

The barrier behind him gradually calmed, acting as if undisturbed.

Within the fortress, the Red King halted and surveyed the Royal Blutlinie warriors plus the myriad soldiers assembled nearby.

He stood solitary.

They formed a full army.

Still, the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom's troops were the ones gripped by terror.

Numerous soldiers instinctively bowed their heads, shunning his crimson stare.

Some averted their gazes completely, too afraid to confront him.

The Red King paid them no mind.

Saying nothing, he strode onward to the central castle.

Soon after, he stepped into a vast hall lined with elaborate chairs circling a lengthy table.

The design exuded grandeur and dominance.

This was unmistakably the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom's council room in the Eighth Realm.

Without pause, the Red King headed straight for the head seat-the throne for the fortress's supreme leader.

Then he took his place.

He reclined at ease, propping his feet atop the table like he owned the place.

A few seconds passed before Kyra arrived in the chamber.

Spotting him there, fury flickered in her eyes. Invading a rival kingdom's bastion, claiming their commander's throne, and acting with such brazenness-it was an intolerable insult.

Her hands balled into fists.

But she refrained from acting.

The stronghold housed numerous potent attack arrays.

A few could trap or slay King-Level powerhouses.

However, Kyra hesitated to activate them.

Her thoughts drifted unbidden to the earlier mountain-vaporizing blast.

'If that detonation had hit inside the stronghold rather than those far-off peaks...'

She couldn't bear to complete the idea.

After composing herself with deep breaths, Kyra advanced and parted her lips to talk.

Yet prior to any sound escaping, the Red King pivoted his head her way.

His scarlet eyes fixed on hers.

Instantly, Kyra sensed her soul's every hidden truth exposed.

"I know the Nirvana Crown Prince is not here," the Red King stated calmly. His tone held no volume or menace, but it bore a weight that pressed down on the whole room.

"He is currently near the capital of the Eternal Soul Kingdom."

Kyra's pulse faltered.

The Red King went on.

"When he returns, tell him to come see me."

He halted for a beat.

"Now leave."

Kyra shuddered.

The fear surging through her then dwarfed any she'd ever known.

They had labored tirelessly to conceal the Nirvana Crown Prince's whereabouts. Even allies thought him in secluded cultivation, pushing past a bottleneck.

But the Red King not only knew the Crown Prince was gone-

He pinpointed his exact location.

Kyra's mouth opened, desperate to voice something.

Anything at all.

Yet words failed her.

Ultimately, she dipped her head and departed the chamber in silence.

As she exited, a violet energy barrier abruptly enveloped the council hall.

The seal locked down the entire room.

From outside, peering in or nearing it became impossible without triggering alarms.

Kyra gazed at the array, her face ashen.

"Just what kind of monster is that entity? What am I supposed to do against someone like that?"

She lingered there briefly, mind adrift.

Shaking it off, she let out a weary sigh before heading back to rally her troops.

Whatever came next...

They had no choice but to await the Nirvana Crown Prince's return.
