The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2458 Securing a fragment

Cain's lips stretched into a broad grin as he sensed his power surging upward yet again.
"Treasures haven't proven truly beneficial to me in quite some time," he mused inwardly. "The assets from the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe and the Crimson World no longer match my growing might. However, the artifacts of Paradise... they can extend into the Fourth Realm."
The prospect of future acquisitions stirred a rush of eagerness and thrill in his chest.
Nevertheless, Cain refused to let such notions divert his attention. After reviewing his acquisitions thoroughly, he passed the shadowy spatial ring over to the Royal Guard. Within it lingered only supplies brimming with vitality and chaotic force.
These provided minimal value to Blutlinie, yet they fit the Royal Guard impeccably. Their paths of cultivation depended exactly on such energies to progress.
With that issue resolved, Cain slipped into meditation, solidifying his strength and confirming his energy stayed at maximum. He couldn't predict the perils ahead, so readiness proved vital.
On the next day, Cain left the capital of the Dark Blood Kingdom with the Royal Guard and Samira. Joining them were one hundred warriors of the ArchDeity Bloodline. As a unit, they flew high through the heavens toward the target zone.
Though the sea beasts of the Ocean of the Blood Sun were already probing nearby sectors, Cain along with his elite team had been charged with probing a far riskier zone—one where the core sections demanded Alpha-Omega Overgods for entry.
Cain raised no complaints. Actually, he felt scant wish to linger in the capital further. Despite its status as a haven for cultivation, the unending feeling of numerous gazes fixed on him had been profoundly unsettling.
Naturally, he recognized that Samira and the Blutlinie fighters dispatched to support him served also to oversee his moves.
Regrettably for General Fausto, the Power of Chaos operated covertly in their thoughts already. Once the mission wrapped up, Cain would dictate entirely what lingered in their memories and what they relayed back.
Even with the need to moderate their pace for the ArchDeity fighters, merely five days passed before they arrived at the appointed sector.
Stretching before them was an immense range of metallic peaks spanning endless kilometers. Yet the real hazard of the area hid not in the landscape but in the fearsome electrical surge permeating the air. Fierce streams surged amid the summits, unleashing random bursts of immensely potent lightning.
Through a handful of direct orders, Cain dispersed the squadron over the terrain. The fighters projected their awareness broadly, meticulously probing their environs and guaranteeing no overlooked areas as they pushed ahead.
The routine proved straightforward, monotonous, and draining—yet indispensable. Solely via exhaustive searching might they uncover the hidden shards of the Sacred Treasure of the Ancestor Tomb.
Lightning bolts hammered the warriors repeatedly. Initially, their forms withstood the assaults unscathed. But progressing further into the peaks, the strikes intensified and multiplied. In time, the ferocity escalated to threaten the very survival of the ArchDeity fighters.
Beyond that threshold, advancement fell to Alpha-Omega Overgods alone.
Cain and the Royal Guard advanced unaccompanied.
Satan, Hades, and Morningstar darted rapidly, dodging the majority of the lightning assaults. Any that struck them carried insufficient force for grave injury.
Cain, in contrast, made no effort to evade them whatsoever.
As soon as the lightning streams pierced his Stasis Force Field, their velocity dropped sharply. Upon nearing the white flames encircling his frame, they hung almost immobile.
The spectacle left the escorting Blutlinie warriors in stunned admiration.
Cain ignored their responses entirely. His concentration lay elsewhere.
His thoughts linked to the Blood Avatar, directing it over remote territories, past concealed threats, and firmly toward the coast where he had detected the shard.
Certainly, he upheld his designated role, scrutinizing the mountain range diligently. Still, he anticipated discovering nothing in >this sector.
At last, right as Cain wrapped up the survey of the zone outlined by General Fausto, the Blood Avatar arrived at the beach.
Following a quick inspection, it burrowed under the grains.
A shoulder guard surfaced.
A wave of elation sparked in Cain's gaze.
He scanned the vicinity. The lightning tempest had ramped up so fiercely that sight was heavily impaired. No one could view him distinctly.
Seizing the opportunity, Cain adopted a meditative pose amid the peaks and concentrated on the Power of Chaos. Via the bond, he infused Ancestor Power into the Blood Avatar.
Moments later, a pale ember ignited in the avatar's grasp. Upon contact with the shoulder guard, the emblem of the yin-yang sun manifested on its exterior.
"Yes!" Cain exclaimed silently.
"The Power of Chaos uncovers the fragments' positions."
The reason the Power of Chaos responded so intensely to these artifacts stayed an enigma. While Cain yearned for clarity, he realized answers wouldn't arrive shortly. For the present, the revelation alone sufficed amply.
Sustaining the link, Cain kept funneling the Power of Chaos via the Blood Avatar into the shard.
Instantly, fresh visions inundated his consciousness.
His sight hurtled over immense expanses, crossing the domain at breakneck velocity—until settling at the Dark Blood Kingdom's capital.
To be exact, it displayed the spatial ring borne by the Dark Blood King.
"If this power discloses the closest fragment," Cain pondered steadily, "then it follows that it points to the one in the capital."
His gaze sharpened a touch.
"I'll dispatch the Blood Avatar deeper south and attempt it anew tomorrow."
In line with his intent, the Blood Avatar ingested the shoulder guard and merged into the nearby sea. Then, racing at remarkable velocity below the surface, it journeyed southward.
In the interim, elevated amid the tempest-torn heights, Cain stood from his meditative position and serenely finalized the sector's examination—his demeanor as serene as always, revealing none of the precious trophy he had freshly claimed.
