The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2454 Sacred King of Chaos and Order

Previously on The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order...
In the grand hall of the Dark Blood Kingdom's capital, the War Council convened with the Heartcram King, Evernight Queen, and Scarlet King facing the Dark Blood King alongside his generals, Averus and the monstrous Fausto. The Dark Blood King welcomed the trio as reluctant generals before unveiling the war's cause: the emergence of the Ancestor Tomb in the First Realm, a sacred site tied to the origins of the Royal Blutlinie. He revealed the Ancestor's ancient act of devouring Paradise's ruling Depravita Race, transforming their power into the bloodline that birthed a new era of warriors. Cain, piecing together the ruthless history, felt a chill of dread at the implications for Paradise's bloody legacy.

"Lucky for me, he's dead." Cain couldn't resist soothing himself with that idea.

No clue existed for him on facing down a creature that could unleash slaughter across an entire universe.

Myriad ideas raced through his head, yet his face stayed composed and inscrutable. Noting his lack of response, the Dark Blood King pressed on.

"For the Royal Blutlinie Race, the Ancestor Tomb's significance goes beyond just being our birthplace," he explained deliberately, his tone laden with gravity, "it also bestows upon us incredible boons."

A subtle glow lit his eyes.

"Via the tomb, a person gains the might of genuine eternal life... the might to forge a grand and authentic cosmos... the might to elevate one's whole being beyond the boundaries of the Third Realm."

Right as he uttered those phrases, fervor ignited in the gazes of all Royal Blutlinie there. Their blood surged wildly, instinctively drawn to the allure of such elevation. Cain himself failed to conceal the spark of wonder in his stare. Evidently, the Ancestor Tomb stood as a truly remarkable entity.

Thankfully, the Dark Blood King had more to reveal.

"The Ancestor Tomb emerges at unpredictable times," he went on. "Ancient texts indicate the initial opening happened five hundred million years following the Royal Blutline Race's ascent. The latest instance unfolded roughly four hundred million years back."

Cain gave a quick nod. Such a gap clarified his ignorance of any details on it. The most ancient spirit he'd inspected came from the Kalous King, whose domain had lasted

merely three hundred million years.

Pushing those notions aside, he turned his focus back to the Dark Blood King.

"Each time the Ancestor Tomb manifests," the king proceeded, "it scatters pieces of the Nine Sacred Treasures throughout Paradise. Those artifacts serve as the means to unlock the tomb."

His tone grew more intense.

"Even more crucially, solely those holding a full Sacred Treasure earn the chance to vie for the Ritual of Ascendant Origin."

While he declared this, the Dark Blood King struggled to contain the fierce yearning inside. He drew in a long breath prior to resuming.

"Via that ritual, a Royal Blutlinie awakens the Ancestor's inheritance... and ascends to become a Sacred King of Chaos and Order."

Cain's gaze intensified.

To him, the terms Chaos and Order held profound significance. They represented the exact energies he and his sibling had commanded.

The Ancient One might qualify as someone versed in comparable forces, but Cain never viewed him as a true expert. His skills always appeared warped—more a copy than an authentic creation.

Nevertheless, Cain avoided hasty judgments. Chaos and Order might imply various things.

Rather, he shifted back to the conversation.

"I understand," Cain stated evenly. "Thus, pieces of one Sacred Treasure lie dispersed in the Dark Blood Realm."

A sorrowful grin formed on the Dark Blood King's features as he denied it with a shake.

"No."

"The First Realm gets two Sacred Treasures, just like the Second Realm. From the Third up to the Sixth Realm, every realm claims fragments from one Sacred Treasure. Regarding the Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Realms, no full treasures arrive there—instead, shards from a lone Sacred Treasure spread across those three realms."

A spark of realization appeared in Cain's eyes.

At last, he comprehended the real cause of the looming conflict.

"Your Majesty plans to collect the fragments and claim the Sacred Treasure personally," he remarked.

The Dark Blood King's look hardened into icy savagery as he affirmed with a nod.

"Yes."

"During the prior opening of the Ancestor Tomb, the whole Dark Blood Realm and I lacked the strength. I had to surrender the fragments

under our control."

A hint of disgrace flickered over his face. Yet it vanished swiftly, replaced by a much grimmer emotion—rage, wrath, and an icy, lethal determination.

"However," he added, his voice deep and firm, "now I've unlocked my Ancestor Domain. I command the strength of the Fourth Realm."

His eyes blazed fiercely.

"On this occasion, I'll seize the Sacred Treasure. I'll step into the tomb."

"And I'll rise as the Fifth Sacred King of Chaos and Order."

With those declarations, the Dark Blood King's presence exploded across the room.

The force proved crushing. It bore down on all those gathered like a crumbling heaven, hindering their breath. The atmosphere itself turned thick and lethargic beneath his might's burden.

Thank goodness, the outburst endured just moments. The presence retracted into him soon after, and his demeanor settled into grave

serenity.

"The leaders of the Seventh and Eighth Realms will pursue the

fragments too," he said further. "Conflict among our three realms

cannot be avoided."

His eyes scanned the gathering.

"Without doubt, they're mustering their forces with all they have. We need to match that effort."

After a short halt, he fixed his stare on the Scarlet King.

"Regrettably, we've just forfeited two kingdoms."

Upon hearing that, the Royal Blutlinie's stares grew keen as they

swiveled to Cain.

"Your deeds have robbed the Dark Blood Realm of a vital share of its might," the Heartcram King uttered icily. His words held an obvious aim to sideline and incite the Scarlet King.

Cain merely scoffed.

"Hmph. They lacked power," he shot back promptly. "That's why I devoured their essences and forms."

He reclined a bit, his crimson eyes shimmering.

"You claim the Dark Blood Realm weakens due to two

kingdoms' collapse."

A perilous smirk crossed his features.

"I declare the realm stands stronger today."

"For I dwell here."

In the following moment, a horrifying energy unfurled through the chamber.

Null Eternum's essence emanated from Cain, quiet but total.

All those in attendance—barring the Dark Blood King—sensed their forms rigidify. Their actions lagged, their minds weighed down, and their perceptions faded.

It resembled an unseen power invading their core particles, disrupting the basic flow of their being.
